Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the use of the Canva Application as a Learning Media to increase the Learning Interest of Class X-4 Students at SMA Negeri 1 Tondano. This research method is qualitative and to obtain results from the research, it was carried out by directly observing students in class X-4 and trying to use the Canva application technology to see whether it could increase students' interest in learning. Learning media are tools that can help the teaching and learning process. Material can be more easily transferred and absorbed by students. One of the media used is media that is able to attract students' interest in understanding the lesson, namely the Canva application. Canva is a design tool that uses the internet network. Everyone can use Canva with the interesting features provided in the application. With the Canva application, it is hoped that it can help students and teachers in the learning process.

Abstract

Abstract: Technological developments in the 4.0 era had a negative influence on the character of students, so that continuous efforts were needed through strengthening the Pancasila character, as a solution to the degradation of student character. The negative influence of technology has led to many cases related to sexual crimes, as a result of social media exposure has become a major threat for elementary school children. This study aims to analyze qualitatively the values of Pancasila which can provide character strengthening for elementary school students to prevent the negative influence of social media, especially cases of sexual crimes. This study uses a qualitative method of literature study. The results of the study show that strengthening the character of Pancasila values, namely the character values of faith, piety to God Almighty and noble character have the potential to prevent sexual crimes originating from social media.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the leadership model in managing the Public Service Agency and the factors that hinder and support leadership in the management of the Public Service Agency at Universitas Negeri Manado (Unima). This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, in the form of research with a case study method or approach (Case Study) with 5 research subjects. The research results show that the leadership model used in managing the status of Public Service Agency State Universities is the Mapalus leadership model. The name Mapalus is used based on similarities with Unima's vision, namely Superior and Innovative Unima based on Mapalus. The mapalus leadership model is a leadership approach that prioritizes collaboration, open communication, and synergy between leaders and team members. In this model, leaders not only command from above, but also work together with team members to achieve common goals. Leaders with this leadership model build strong relationships with team members, understand their needs and potential, empower them to achieve optimal performance, and encourage active participation in decision making and create a positive and inclusive work environment. Factors that hinder leadership in managing the Public Service Agency at Unima include resistance of team members and staff to change, lack of understanding of the implications of change, uncertainty regarding changes in status, lack of support from stakeholders, resistance to existing organizational culture and lack of resources or facilities. adequate. On the other hand, factors that support leadership include open and effective communication, understanding a clear vision, involving team members and stakeholders in planning and implementation, organizational culture that supports collaboration and innovation, developing new leadership skills through training and collaboration, ensuring decisions and actions reflecting stakeholder expectations and needs, support from internal and external parties, evaluating the impact of policies and decisions through collecting feedback and analyzing performance data, effective communication in overcoming resistance to change and constructive conflict management.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that after the amendment of the Indonesian Constitution, the establishment of the Constitutional Court included judicial review as one of its authorities.  As a court, the Constitutional Court generally acts as a negative legislator, where any law declared unconstitutional is declared null and void and not binding in any legal capacity. However, the Constitutional Court often formulates new norms to replace the unconstitutional provisions of the law, which leads to its position as a positive legislator. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the basis and reasoning of the Constitutional Court in formulating new norms. In conducting this research, normative legal research method is used. The results show that the Constitutional Court creates new norms when there is a legal vacuum, the formulation of conflicting laws, or the emergence of various interpretations due to unclear or biased laws

Abstract

The Indonesian nation is often affected by conflicts in the name of religion. In the Village of Santiago, an atmosphere of life is created in the differences between religious communities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a research focus (a) on religious days, (1) Eid, (2) Eid ketupat, (3) Easter, (4) Christmas, (b) general community activities, (1) funeral ceremonies, (2) wedding ceremony, (3) traditional tulude ceremony, and supporting factors (1) the role of government, (2) religious leaders, (3) local wisdom, along with inhibiting factors (1) economy, (2) education, (3) tribal differences. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis technique uses Grounded Theory. Research Results: (1) the people of Kelurahan Santiago apply mutual respect, a sense of togetherness, solidarity, cooperation, equality and additional combinations of galipoho and tulude cultures in being tolerant and maintaining tolerance, (2) the people of Kelurahan Santiago prioritize local culture in building interactions in social, so it is very difficult for conflict to occurn abstract consisting of 150 to 250 words with 11 points Times New Roman, 1 space and left aligned. Abstract includes research problems, research objectives, research methods, and research results.

Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of the strengthening of the character of integrity in SMA N 1 Moronge, where the strengthening of the character of integrity in the school environment and outside the school environment has differences. So what happens is that there are still some students who have not applied the character of integrity that exists in these students. Such as still violating school rules, not respecting the differences between fellow friends, acting rudely to both friends and teachers and not respecting every direction given by the teacher. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation with school principals, Civics subject teachers and students in the Moronge 1 State High School environment. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it has been seen that the principal and Civics subject teachers have made various efforts to strengthen the character of integrity to students in the school environment. Abstract

The people in Mapolo Village are the same as those from the rest of Indonesia. The public will be involved in the general election of the president or president in 2024. Given, of course, that the people here have had previous experience with Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election, including scratches and so on, some people feel that whoever the elected leader does not have too much influence on their lives. The aim of this study is to learn more deeply about how perceptions are evolving in society about their involvement in the Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election by the year 2024. In achieving the research objectives, qualitative research methods are chosen, with data collection methods such as observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the public is very enthusiastic about welcoming the 2024 Indonesia’s 2024 presidential election, the public hopes that the three presidential candidates and vice presidents are politically well and the public judges the three candidate pairs as the best princes of the nation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh semakin memudarnya pemuda dan asas-asas pada penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SMP PGRI Poopo Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penguatan profil pelajar pancasila pada siswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Fokus utama penelitian ini mencakup indikator penguatan profil pelajar pancasila yang sub indikatornya terdiri dari dimensi beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, mandiri, bergotong-royong, berkebhinekaan global, bernalar kritis, dan reatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penguatan profil pelajar pancasila pada siswa di SMP PGRI Poopo dengan menerapkan dimensi yang ada sudah sangat optimal, pembentukan karakter positif pada siswa sudah mampu diterapkan oleh guru, permasalahan yang terjadi sudah dapat diatasi dengan baik, serta kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah sudah berjalan sangat baik.

Abstract

The values of farmers' mutual cooperation in agriculture were examined in Javanese society, where challenges related to differences in provider quality hindered the assessment of the indigenous economic landscape. Economic indices from various sectors dating back to 1880 were interpreted. The Quantitative Descriptive method was employed to describe and analyze findings without broad generalizations. Participant statements and their responses were examined to identify discrepancies between research findings and existing theories. Qualitative research methods, including interviews and observational techniques, were used to collect data through oral or written communication, enhancing the compilation of observation reports on contextual learning progress. Data analysis was guided by the Miles and Huberman methodology, which directed the process from data collection to presentation and conclusion. Findings indicated a rapid increase in skilled workers after 1830, particularly among carpenters. The number of carpenters surged due to the arrival of newly trained experts, supporting the transportation of goods from rural areas to major cities and ports. Jepara and Rembang emerged as key centers for ship equipment and furniture production, with Rembang employing approximately 700 carpenters by 1840.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti ketahanan masyarakat Bajo di Torosiaje, Gorontalo, dalam dalam upaya menjaga kebudayaan mereka disaat pengaruh modernisasi yang semakin kuat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian memperlihatkan bagaimana masyarakat Bajo tetap memelihara nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, khususnya tradisi maritim, sistem pernikahan, pengobatan dan nilai gotong-royong  meskipun mereka telah mengadopsi teknologi modern. Teknologi modern diintegrasikan secara selektif tanpa menghilangkan esensi dari kearifan lokal sebagai identitas mereka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa masyarakat Bajo mampu melakukan negosiasi dengan perubahan, mempertahankan inti budaya mereka sambil menyesuaikan diri dengan tuntutan zaman. Selain itu, temuan ini juga menggarisbawahi peran sentral pendidikan dan kepemimpinan komunitas dalam proses pelestarian budaya. Kepemimpinan lokal berperan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai budaya kepada generasi muda, serta pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam menciptakan kesadaran melestarikan kearifan lokal dalam perubahan sosial dan teknologi.Tantangan dari temuan ini adalah tekanan dari dalam masyarakat sendiri yang ingin mendapatkan fasilitas modern yang lebih baik, sehingga dilema antara memenuhi kebutuhan modern dan melestarikan tradisi yang menjadi identitas komunitas.
