Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Perusahaan Stud Bolt di Kawasan Industri Mitra Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode descriptive survey dan explanatory survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 81 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (1) Konflik kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar -7,29%; (2) Stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 31,14%; dan (3) Konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 18,72%

Abstract

Cracker MSMEs, as an important sector in the Indonesian economy, often experience sudden and unpredictable increases in raw material prices. The aim of this research is to analyze production costs with the aim of increasing operating profits in the Parida white cracker business. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research sample in this study was the financial records of the Parida white cracker company. The research results show that the condition of MSMEs facing rising raw material prices is currently not increasing the selling price of raw materials. Despite increases in production costs, owners may choose to absorb some or all of the increased costs to prevent customers from switching to other competitors. All costs involved must be considered, including the costs of raw materials, labor, and factory overhead. The results of this research can be a guide for MSME owners in maintaining stable production costs. Apart from that, owners are expected to have several backup suppliers so that when raw material conditions improve, MSME owners can look for suppliers who sell lower-priced products.

Abstract

Digitalization is an important factor in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, considering that in the city of Karawang there are still many MSMEs that are not yet digital tend to be left behind in terms of innovation and market access, so there is a risk of experiencing a decrease in competitiveness. So that the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and MSMEs Office has a strategic role in supporting the digital transformation of MSME actors. This research aims to analyze the role of the Cooperative Office and its effectiveness in improving the digital competence of MSME actors, as well as identify obstacles and sustainability strategies in the implementation of digitalization programs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with conclusions drawn that are validated through triangulation of sources. The results of the study show that the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and MSMEs Office has an important role in designing a digitalization training program, the program has a significant impact in improving the digital competence of MSME actors. The main obstacle faced is the limited understanding of technology among some MSME actors, especially those who are older or who are not used to using digital devices. Therefore, the Karawang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office is expected to continue to innovate in designing and implementing a more inclusive and comprehensive digitalization training program.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation requires the Central Statistics Agency of Karawang Regency to improve employee competence. However, the gap in abilities due to differences in educational backgrounds is a major challenge. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies applied in employee competency development, the challenges faced, and the steps needed in dealing with digital transformation. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validation was carried out using source triangulation based on the results of interviews with informants. The results of the study revealed that the Central Statistics Agency of Karawang Regency implemented an effective strategy, including special training according to needs, independent training, mentoring and socialization. The challenges faced are difficulties in adapting to senior employees and differences in educational backgrounds, which require support through socialization, ongoing training and mentoring. The recommended steps include improving technology infrastructure, providing freedom for independent competency development, and strengthening collaboration between divisions. This research provides an important implication that the successful implementation of digital transformation at the Central Statistics Agency of Karawang Regency requires relevant support and training.

Abstract

Over time, rapid digitalization, financial understanding and financial behavior have become crucial aspects in financial management for the community, especially students. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of financial literacy skills and the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior of students in the management study program at Buana Perjuang University, Karawang 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with a verification approach. The analytical technique used is path analysis, with a sample size of 203 students, which examines how the influence of financial literacy and the use of financial digitalization affects students' financial behavior. The results of this study indicate that there is a low relationship between the financial literacy variable and the use of financial digitalization. There is a positive and significant partial effect of the financial literacy variable on the financial behavior variable, and there is also a positive and significant partial effect of the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior variable but it is relatively low. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of financial literacy and the use of financial digitalization on the financial behavior of students of the Management Study Program, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, Class of 2021. The implications of this study indicate that increasing financial literacy and utilizing financial digitalization can encourage the formation of wiser, more planned, and more responsible financial behavior of students, with an increase in the number of students who pay their UKT on time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKPSDM Kabupaten Karawang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui desainnya berupa verifikatif, studi ini melibatkan 54 responden lewat teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda yang dibantu aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil  penelitian secara parsial mengindikasikan, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sebaliknya, stres kerja terbukti memberikan pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, kedua faktor tersebut memengaruhi kinerja secara signifikakin, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai F statistik sebesar 40,482 (0,001 < 0,05). Di samping hal tersebut, skor Adjusted R Square senilai 0,598 mengindikasikan, variabel keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan stres kerja bisa menjelaskan 59,8% variasi kinerja. Adapun sisa persentase lainnya mendapat pengaruh dari faktor-faktor tambahan yang bukan ruang lingkup model yang diteliti. Dengan demikian, optimalisasi keseimbangan kerja dan pengelolaan stres menjadi strategi krusial bagi organisasi dalam mempertahankan kinerja sumber daya manusianya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh rotasi kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang Kesehatan Reproduksi RSUD Karawang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif verifikatif dengan melibatkan seluruh populasi sebanyak 68 pegawai sebagai responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui instrumen kuesioner skala Likert 1-5 dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa rotasi kerja dan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi positif serta signifikan terhadap performa pegawai, baik saat diuji secara mandiri maupun kolektif. Berdasarkan perolehan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,936 atau 93,6%, dapat diidentifikasi bahwa mayoritas variasi kinerja dipengaruhi secara kuat oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara sisa 6,4% lainnya dijelaskan oleh faktor di luar cakupan studi. Kesimpulannya, sinergi antara penempatan kerja yang dinamis dan dorongan semangat kerja menjadi pilar utama produktivitas, di mana motivasi kerja merupakan elemen paling dominan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan perlunya manajemen RSUD Karawang untuk memformulasikan pola rotasi tugas yang terstruktur serta memperkuat ekosistem kerja yang kondusif demi menjaga stabilitas kinerja organisasi secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and explain the effects of employee turnover and workload on the performance of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan branch offices in the West Java region. This study employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis and SPSS 25 as the analytical tool. The target population consists of 318 BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees throughout West Java, and the sample size is 76 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula. The research findings indicate that employee turnover has a positive impact on employee performance with a calculated t-value of 4.515, which is significantly higher than the critical value of 1.993. Workload showed a positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t-value of 2.478, which was also significantly higher than the critical value of 1.993. Concurrently, employee turnover and workload exerted a significant influence on employee performance, as evidenced by a calculated F-value of 3.373, which was higher than the critical value of 3.12 at a significance level of 0.040. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.085, indicating that the combined effect of employee turnover and workload on employee performance accounts for 8.5%, while the remaining variation is attributed to dominant factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh continues 5s dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Marugo Rubber Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 60 karyawan divisi produksi yang dijadikan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial continues 5s berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan continues 5s dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Continues dan Disiplin kerja menjadi faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan continues 5s dapat mendorong kinerja yang lebih optimal, sedangkan peningkatan disiplin kerja yang tinggi dapat menaikan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi PT Marugo Rubber Indonesia sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, serta sebagai bahan referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dengan menyajikan hasil empiris mengenai pengaruh continues 5s dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
