Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to increase the efficiency of financial transactions and financial and inventory management at Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang by utilizing digital payment technology. In addition, another goal is to provide easy payment for customers and help cafes compete in an increasingly competitive market by adopting more advanced technology. As a cafe business, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang has utilized digital technology to increase efficiency and expand their customer reach. One of the ways Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang makes use of digital payments is by accepting non-cash payments. In addition, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang also accepts payments using a debit card or credit card. Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang also utilizes digital payments in their financial management. They use online accounting applications to monitor and manage their cash flow. With this application, they can track their income and expenses more easily, as well as generate financial reports quickly and accurately.. In conclusion, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang has made good use of digital payments to increase efficiency and expand their customer reach. By accepting cashless payments, using online accounting applications, and leveraging social media for marketing, Cafe Cetroo Coffee 120 Karawang can improve their customer experience and business efficiency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi Marketing Public Relations Kopi Kenangan dalam membangun brand awareness selama 3 tahun terakhir. Teori yang digunakan adalah Tahapan MPR Whalen’s 7 step Strategic Planning Process yang mencakup strategi pull, push dan pass yang dilakukan MPR Kopi Kenangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Marketing public relations Kopi Kenangan ingin menanamkan mindset “Affordable with High Quality Coffee” ke dalam benak konsumen dengan menggunakan strategi MPR yang mencakup Analisis 7 step Strategic Planning Proces yang kemudian menghasilkan partnership, bundling dan marketing campaign yang dilakukan oleh Kopi Kenangan cukup berhasil dalam menanamkan brand awareness. Sehingga proses untuk mempertahankan brand awareness yang dimulai dari tidak menyadari merek awal Kopi Kenangan berdiri, sampai pada puncak pikiran yang berarti keberhasilan Kopi Kenangan sebagai brand kopi yang mampu berkembang dan bersaing.

Abstract

One of the businesses that processes snacks is Kerupuk Abadi Jaya which is located at Jl. Ir. Jatirasa, Kec, Haji Juanda Gang Makmur No. 25 Karawang, Cikampek, West Java Due to a lack of understanding of calculations, these UMKM have not been able to calculate the Cost of Production. As a result, various attempts were made to overcome this problem. In this study, we will use Microsoft Word software to calculate the Cost of Production using digital recording forms using the Software. Of course, using this software will make it easier to report production costs and calculate production costs. The recording includes the costs of Kerupuk Abadi Jaya production, such as raw material costs, factory overhead costs, and labor. We estimate that business actors will find out how much it costs to produce Kerupuk Abadi Jaya, from raw materials to finished goods, by calculating the Cost of Production. so that UMKM can develop into advanced and long-lasting businesses in the future

Abstract

Tempe Soleh is a food company engaged in the processing of heavy food which is located at Jl. Kp. West Sukaseuri No. 74, Kota Baru, Kec. Kota Baru, Karawang, West Java. These MSMEs have not been able to produce Production Employee Performance due to a lack of knowledge in Employee Performance. Therefore, efforts to overcome these problems in this study will drain a good load and most employees are disciplined at work, but the performance of these employees is still below standard. The factory industry provides employees with sufficient wages and benefits, but their performance is still far from expectations and unable to fulfill orders. The work environment has been designed to make employees feel comfortable, but their performance is also subpar. (1) Does work discipline affect the performance of employees in the Tempe Bapa soleh craftsman home industry? Thus the formulation of the case study. 2) What is the effect of wages on the exhibition of MSME workers in the Tempe Bapa soleh processing factory. (3) How does the work zone of the Ayah Soleh UMKM Tempe Factory affect employee performance? 4) How is the performance of employees at the UMKM Tempe Factory Bapa Soleh influenced by the work zone, safety and work discipline simultaneously

Abstract

To increase the work productivity of employees, we need encouragement from management so that employees want to improve their performance so that productivity will increase. The purpose of this research is to determine employee motivation, employee productivity and the relationship between employee motivation and Pempek Bain employee productivity. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive and observational methods. Abstract

This article discusses the benefits of Instagram social media as a promotional platform for Yuustories Florist in Karawang. Instagram has become an effective platform in expanding brand reach and building interaction with customers. Through a descriptive approach with an observational approach, this visit explores how Yuustories Florist utilizes Instagram to reach the right target market, increase customer engagement, showcase product creativity, and increase sales. The results of this visit show that the use of Instagram provides significant benefits to Yuustories Florist. By utilizing Instagram's features, such as posting attractive images and videos and organizing the feed well, Yuustories Florist managed to increase their brand visibility among Instagram users in Karawang and surrounding areas. In addition, interaction with customers also increased through comments, direct messages, and other interactive features. This helped Yuustories Florist build close relationships with customers and increase brand loyalty. In this article, relevant case studies or proof of success are also presented that show how Yuustories Florist has achieved tangible benefits through comparison of customer engagement, and increased sales achieved by Yuustories Florist

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development and progress of MSMEs through digitalization of financial services. Various breakthroughs and innovations should be made so that the existence of MSMEs is better able to compete so that they have a superior position in the era of information and technological advances. One of them, is the digitalization of financial services. in the current era of digitalization, everything has switched to an online pattern, namely all applications. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Perkembangan Usaha dari tahun ke tahun yang dijalani oleh pemilik usaha serta Kinerja Karyawan pada UMKM Shans Juice. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, kami melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha dan melakukan pengamatan. Hasil dari penelitian kami yaitu perkembangan usaha yang dijalankan mengalami peningkatan yang bagus terutama saat pandemi covid-19 namun pada kinerja karyawannya cenderung di tingkatan sedang karena saat melakukan pengamatan ada beberapa kesalahan saat melayani konsumen dan karyawan yang terlibat dalam UMKM Shans juice ini mengikuti target pasar yang dituju. Mereka mempekerjakan anak muda dan berjumlah tujuh orang meliputi cooker,barista, dan kasir. Tetapi hal tersebut terlihat kurang fleksibel, dalam 1 (satu) orang bisa bekerja menjadi semua bagian tersebut, dengan begitu Peraturan dalam bekerjanya perlu ditetapkan dan di tingkatkan agar lebih jelas dan ketelitian karyawan perlu pengawasan lebih

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure is one of the stages or parts that must be carried out in all fields because this part is very important for the sustainability of operational processes and is also very useful for fulfilling and achieving desired targets. The purpose of this environment is to find out whether structured operational standards will facilitate business owners and employees in carrying out their tasks well and producing consistent product quality. The method used in visit was descriptive and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques, namely, using interview guides, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the visit showed that the implementation of standard operating procedures in Garis Tangan coffee shop business has been effective. From the planning of operational standards in Garis Tangan coffee shop business, it can be concluded that this visit was carried out to measure the effectiveness standard operating procedures in increasing the efficiency and consistency of business operations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of warung senang-senang as a means of social interaction for young people and the people of Cikampek who come not only to enjoy the food menu but are willing to linger there just for social interaction. Currently, there are a lot of activities that occur in happy stalls such as confiding, organisational meetings, doing assignments, discussions, business meetings and several other activities that make happy stalls a public space for social interaction. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection done by observation, interview The purpose of this visit is to find out the process of social interaction as a promotion in happy-happy shop.
