Abstract

Status gizi pada 1000 hari pertama kelahiran akan mempengaruhi kualitas kesehatan, intelektual, dan produktivitas balita pada masa yang akan datang. Ibu dan bayi memerlukan gizi yang cukup dan berkualitas untuk menjamin status gizi dan status kesehatan (kemampuan motorik, sosial, dan kognitif), kemampuan belajar dan produktivitas balita. Informasi yang disampaikan tahun 2022 bulan November pada acara penerimaan mahasiswa KKN Unugiri menjelaskan ada hubungan antara angka stunting balita dan anak yang tinggi dengan hubungan banyaknya pernikahan di bawah umur. Hal tersebut menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi bayi dengan perkembangan psikomotorik orang tua muda, keadaan sosial ekonomi, kesehatan reproduksi selama kehamilan ibu yang dengan umur relatif di bawah umur untuk menikah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan secara rutin melalui kerjasama institusi pendidikan kesehatan dan institusi kesehatan yang salah satunya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang 1000 hari pertama, makanan bergizi dan hasil olahan pangan yang memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi ibu dan balita, dan gizi seimbang serta adanya perubahan perilaku gizi yang baik. Selain itu edukasi kepada kader, kader PKK juga harus dilakukan agar kader dapat memberikan edukasi secara berkelanjutan kepada para ibu yang mempunyai balita. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan topik “Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan UMKM Kerupuk Telur Asin”. Gambaran cara pengolahan panganan yang sehat dan bergizi pada anak,demi menghilangkan mitos telur dan memangkas stunting pada desa Sarimulyo Kabupaten Blora dan IPTEKS yang diberikan kepada kader masyarakat berupa penyampaian informasi mengatasi stunting, serta melakukan pelatihan UMKM pada Desa Sarimulyo Kabupaten Blora dalam pemulihan bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Kemiskinan memiliki kecenderungan untuk menyebabkan ketidakcukupan konsumsi gizi yang berhubungan dengan tingginya kejadian stunting balita serta dapat menyebabkan gangguan mental seperti depresi dan gangguan kepribadian. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah kemiskinan dan meningkatkan ekonomi dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal. Di Desa Sumberagung salah satu sumberdaya yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah buah mangga. Olahan mangga yang mudah dibuat dan murah bahan bakunya adalah mangga kering (dried mango). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan pembuatan mangga kering (dried mango) dan melakukan analisis usaha produk mangga kering (dried mango). Kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan metode ceramah dan praktik langsung atau demonstrasi dengan sasaran 30 ibu-ibu PKK. Pengetahuan pembuatan mangga kering (dried mango) meningkat 100%, keterampilan pembuatan mangga kering (dried mango) meningkat 83,3%.  Analisis usaha produk mangga kering (dried mango) menunjukkan BC Ratio 3,33 yang berarti usaha dapat dijalankan dengan layak. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan mangga kering (dried mango) di Desa Sumberagung Kecamatan Banjarrejo Kabupaten Blora berjalan dengan lancar serta menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sasaran dalam pembuatan mangga kering (dried mango) serta tentang analisis usaha produk mangga kering (dried mango).

Abstract

Digital transformation requires employees to possess technology-based competencies as a core capability to maintain organizational competitiveness. This study examines the influence of technology-based training and organizational support on employees’ technology-based competence. A quantitative method was employed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS) with 150 employees as respondents. The results reveal that technology-based training has a positive and significant effect on technology-based competence, meaning that greater exposure to digital training leads to higher mastery of workplace technology. Furthermore, organizational support also has a positive and significant effect on technology-based competence, demonstrating that policies, facilities, innovative work culture, and leadership support accelerate the internalization of digital skills in the workplace. Collectively, both independent variables explain 68.4% of the variance in technology-based competence. This study highlights the importance of integrating digital training and organizational support within HRM strategies to build adaptive, innovative, and technology-competent human resources in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of employee engagement from the perspective of modern management and its relevance to the dynamics of the working environment in Bojonegoro. The research adopts a qualitative conceptual approach through a literature review of relevant scholarly sources published within the last ten years. The findings indicate that employee engagement represents a multidimensional attachment encompassing emotional, cognitive, and behavioral involvement in work, which is influenced by leadership, fairness, role clarity, and supportive work environments. In the context of Bojonegoro, employee engagement plays a crucial role in addressing social changes and increasing demands for professional performance. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of implementing humanistic, adaptive, and contextual human resource management approaches to foster sustainable work engagement. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptual analysis of employee engagement that focuses on theoretical strengthening rather than empirical measurement, while contextualizing the concept within local work dynamics, offering a distinct perspective compared to previous studies that predominantly emphasize quantitative and institution-based analyses.

Abstract

Purpose  - This study aims to analyze the application of the 5C prudential principle consisting of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition in financing practices at BMT DAQU Klepek Sukosewu Bojonegoro, Indonesia. The study also examines the relationship between the implementation of the 5C principle and the values of Sharia Economic Law through the perspective of Maqasid al Sharia, particularly in the context of the increasing level of Non-Performing Financing (NPF). Method – This research applies a qualitative approach with a field research design. Data were collected through semi structured interviews with Sharia administrators and supervisors, direct observation of financing practices, and documentation related to the financing process and the management of problematic financing. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and method triangulation. Results – The findings show that weaknesses in several elements of the 5C assessment contribute to the increase of problematic financing. Limitations in evaluating character, capacity, and economic conditions of customers affect the quality of financing decisions. The study also finds that the settlement of problematic financing at BMT DAQU is conducted through approaches which consider both managerial prudence and Sharia based ethical considerations. Implications – This study contributes to strengthening risk management in Islamic microfinance institutions. The integration of the 5C prudential principle with the values of Maqasid al-Sharia, particularly the principles of hifz al-mal and justice, can support more responsible financing practices and improve the governance of Islamic microfinance institutions.
