Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 on the movement of financing values, many have experienced a decline, including Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, all financing values classified as productive assets at Bank Muamalat Indonesia experienced turmoil in their intermediary function which tended to decline. Changes that occur in the value of financing are a reflection of the performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia itself and are a response to various external factors in Indonesia. This research formulated other problems, 1) How was the movement of financing products before the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia 2) How was the movement of financing products during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia 3) Were there significant differences in financing products before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The amount of financing sampled in this study is limited to murabahah, istisna, qardh, mudharabah, musyarakah, and ijarah financing. The analytical method used is descriptive comparative analysis with data processing using the SPSS 25 program. In this study, the results obtained based on the paired sample t-test differed that there were significant differences in murabahah, istisna', qardh, musyarakah financing with successive values of 0.000, 0.000, 0.011, 0.045 and there were no significant differences in mudharabah financing before and during the Covid-19 pandemic with a value of 0.455. Meanwhile, the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test for ijarah financing with a value of 0.028 indicate that there were significant differences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

Pringsewu Regency has great potential in the agricultural sector in Lampung Province. Agriculture is the potential for using the internet in business activities as a medium for carrying out trade transactions. Ease of access to electronic communication tools is one of the reasons for the increasing growth in the use of e-commerce in various countries, including Indonesia. Farmers can market agricultural products directly to consumers through marketplace-based e-Commerce applications, so that the marketing distribution chain can be cut and have an impact on profits for farmers. Farmers' knowledge about the use of social media and e-commerce is lacking, the application of technology in the form of social media and e-commerce is needed to increase the marketing reach of agricultural and livestock products, and further and sustainable development so that the community does not rely on producing and selling agricultural products in the form of raw. This research aims to increase market reach for agricultural products which requires technology that can reach wider marketing reach. Abstract

Public interest in saving is the most basic thing for banks because it can help grow the success of banks, while customer knowledge about savings products will be a factor that influences customer interest in saving. The lack of socialization to the public or customers in introducing Islamic bank products, especially savings products, causes the public or customers to understand less about existing savings products. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive research type and uses a quantitative approach method with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Central Lampung Cash Office. This research is a study that uses descriptive research and quantitative approach methods with the population, namely customers who save at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. The sampling technique used Probability Sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling method with Slovin formula as many as 99 customers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of knowledge of each type of savings product has a positive effect on interest in saving at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kalirejo Cash Office, Central Lampung. This is evidenced by the results of the joint test (T-test), namely the acquisition of a significant value of 0.000

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah saham daftar efek syariah Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis teknikal akan memberikan keuntungan. Karena, kemungkinan besar bagi pemula akan kesulitan menggunakan analisis teknikal yang nampak seperti chart. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan pendekatan ekonomi syariah. Hasil studi menemukan bahwa ada strategi khusus yang digunakan untuk membaca pergerakan harga menggunakan analisis teknikal dan apabila tidak memahami dan memprediksi pergerakan harga dengan baik maka kerugian yang akan diperoleh. Analisis teknikal yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pergerakan harga dengan memberi sinyal waktu masuk dan keluar pasar saham pada emiten yang terdaftar di daftar efek syariah tidak banyak berbeda dengan umumnya yang digunakan pada pasar modal. Hanya saja larangan dan ketentuan baik produk, distribusi, dan operaionalnya yang harus sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan teknik ini disarankan tidak digunakan untuk memperhitungkan keuntungan jangka panjang namun dalan jangka pendek dapat menghasilkanpengembalian yang positif pada investor.

Abstract

Interest in religious tourism in the Pringsewu Kapubaten, Indonesia is still relatively low. The purpose of this study is to reveal whether there is an influence of tourism image, service quality, and tourism promotion on the interest of Muslim religious tourism in the Pringsewu district. The research method used is a quantitative method using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 19.0. The originality of the research lies in the sharia economic approach which is carried out to reveal descriptively the results of the influence of three independent variables on the interest of Muslim religious tourism in Pringsewu that have never been revealed by previous studies. The results of the study stated that the percentage contribution of the three variables together amounted to 51.9%. This explains that the image of Muslim religious tourism, service quality, and tourism promotion can be a strategy to increase the interest of Muslim religious tourism in the Pringsewu district.Keywords: Tourism Image, Service Quality, Religious Tourism, Tourism Interests, Tourism Promotion

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on declining people's income and Indonesia's economic growth has made the Financial Services Authority (OJK) issue POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a countercyclical policy on the Impact of the Spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 as an anticipatory effort in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as encouraging the optimization of banking operational activities amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 as a countercyclical policy on the impact of the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 on Return on Assets (ROA) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha. This type of research is quantitative research. The data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research data was taken from January 2019-March 2021. The data analysis technique uses a normality test, homogeneity test, dummy variable simple regression test, partial test (t test), correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (r2), and independent sample t-test. The results of this study state that POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 as a countercyclical policy on the impact of the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) on BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha and POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 as a countercyclical policy impacting the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 has a positive effect and significant on Non Performing Financing (NPF) on BPRS Mitra Agro Usaha.

Abstract

The development of the digital economy has created a complex business ecosystem, demanding a rapid response from various parties, including accounting management. In this era, digital transformation is not just about adopting new technologies, but also a paradigm shift in financial information management. Technologies such as cloud accounting, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence are becoming an urgent need to ensure companies remain competitive. However, the implementation of these technologies faces challenges such as data security, workforce readiness, and high investment costs. In addition, digital transformation requires the ability to transform financial data into strategic insights, where accounting plays a role as a partner that can add value through predictive analysis and data-driven decision-making. This shift also requires accounting management to maintain a balance between information transparency and personal data security. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative method, this study explores how companies adopt digital technology in accounting management and its impact on strategic decision-making. The results show that although digital transformation presents great opportunities, challenges such as data security, workforce training, and harmonization of accounting standards with technological developments must be managed well to create an efficient and sustainable accounting system in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model adaptasi prinsip Total Quality Management (TQM) W. Edwards Deming dalam pengelolaan madrasah swasta guna merespons tantangan rendahnya mutu pendidikan dan persaingan global. Menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif analitis, penelitian ini mengkaji relevansi 14 Prinsip Deming terhadap dinamika manajerial madrasah yang seringkali terkendala oleh dualisme kepemimpinan yayasan-kepala madrasah dan dikotomi antara nilai keikhlasan dengan profesionalisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip Deming sangat relevan untuk diterapkan melalui model konseptual "Madrasah Berbasis Mutu Deming" (MBMD). Model ini mengintegrasikan filosofi perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) dengan nilai-nilai Islam seperti itqan (keunggulan) dan amanah. Adaptasi kunci meliputi penciptaan tujuan konstan (constancy of purpose) yang selaras dengan visi ukhrawi, pergeseran dari inspeksi massal menuju evaluasi diri berbasis kesadaran spiritual, serta eliminasi rasa takut (drive out fear) untuk mendorong inovasi guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi madrasah swasta memerlukan harmonisasi antara manajemen mutu modern dengan kultur religius, di mana profesionalisme dipandang sebagai manifestasi dari kesalehan ibadah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of educational administration governance in supporting quality educational management at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Mukomuko. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design to obtain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of educational administration within the madrasah environment. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, three homeroom teachers, six parents, and eight students from different grade levels. The findings reveal that educational administration governance has played a significant role in improving the effectiveness of educational management, particularly in academic administration, student data management, coordination among educational staff, and educational services. The principal actively conducted supervision and evaluation of administrative processes, while teachers contributed to managing learning administration and academic reporting. Parents and students also perceived the administrative services as sufficiently responsive and supportive of educational activities. However, the study identified several challenges, including limited digitalization of administrative systems and manual data management practices, which affected administrative efficiency and service quality. The study concludes that strengthening educational administration governance through technology-based administrative systems, organizational coordination, and continuous evaluation can significantly improve the quality of educational management. This research contributes theoretically to educational management studies and practically provides recommendations for improving administrative governance in Islamic educational institutions.
