Abstract

Aprila Indonesia is a non-formal and informal educational institution engaged in community education courses and competency training which was founded in 2009. In a company, one of which is the Aprila Institute, it is important to have standards in company operations and it is also important to continue updating SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Existing procedures are in line with changing circumstances so that there are no gaps between ongoing activities and existing SOPs, and the HRM SOPs used should be relevant and appropriate considering that SOPs are used daily. Therefore, this PkM (Community Service) activity aims to design HRM SOPs that are relevant to the Aprila Training Institute. In carrying out this PkM activity using the method of observation and interviews with the owners and employees of the Aprila Training Institute. The results of this activity are draft SOPs that can be used by the Aprila Institute, including draft SOPs for recruitment and selection of instructors, official travel, employee salaries, leave and employee permits, as well as employee training and development. Future research is expected to implement HRM SOP design in other companies engaged in goods or production.

Abstract

Alcoffee Co-working Space opened for the first time in Batam on April 1, 2021. Alcoffee Coworking Space is a cafe engaged in the culinary coffee field located on Jalan Harbor bay, Batam. Compensation and benefit factors are still the main factors causing employee job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction is a condition that determines the company's success in achieving its goals. This compensation and benefits can be given to employees in the form of bonuses that can improve work performance; therefore, the method applied to the Alcoffee Co-working Space is to distribute questionnaires as data collection and observation methods by visiting. From these results, sound quality can be developed with innovations that will be provided and improve employee performance.

Abstract

Seoul Café is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which is engaged in the culinary field by serving Korean specialties such as tteobokki, bibimbap, kimbap and other snacks that are produced by themselves to suit the taste of the Indonesian tongue. Seoul cafe is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta, Tanjungpinang and has been operating for 2 years. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an uncertain market demand for visitors to the Seoul Café, causing the human resources (HR) at the Seoul Café to be less organized, because as many as 40% of employees had to cut off employment due to the uncertainty of cafe visitors. The main goal that will be discussed in this practical work report is implementing cross functional training to increase the motivation for seoul café employees by creating a training module, the purpose of this training module is to improve workforce efficiency, performance quality, and better service to cafe customers and can be utilized as a learning knowledge, work attitudes in order to achieve certain work competencies. The module will be designed by using ADDIE model and will be handed over to related parties.

Abstract

Sektor kawasan industri khususnya pada pergudangan berpotensi besar untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi bagi sektor lainnya terutama pada wilayah Jabodetabek (Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi) yang memiliki populasi urban terbanyak di dunia. Tentu saja pengelolaan sumberdaya manusia sangat berperan penting dalam kegiatan di sektor ini untuk mendukung pertumbuhannya lebih maju lagi. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi employee engagement karyawan di Kawasan Pergudangan Sigma Kartika, Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Bogor. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 250 karyawan dari enam perusahaan yang bekerja disana dengan metode olah data menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa attachment-anxiety berpengaruh signifikan positif dengan employee engagement, namun attachment-avoidance tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan employee engagement. Attachment-anxiety dan attachment-avoidance berpengaruh signifikan positif dengan employee engagement melalui variabel mediasi psychological availability, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan melalui variabel mediasi psychological safety.

Abstract

Kyan''s cafe has been operating for a long time but the café does not implement a work contract system which is useful for clarifying the status of employees working at the café, applying legal documents for example work contracts or regulations in business are also very important and both parties can also work well with a binding agreement work. This led to the turnover rate in the past year.The data collection technique carried out by the executors in the process of implementing the Student creativity program is research in the field by making direct observations in the field. In addition, the executor also conducts interviews directly with the café owner to find information and provide the right data that can help the executor resolve the existing problems. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic and a lack of knowledge regards to marketing strategies can hinder business growth. Therefore, it is necessary to create a marketing strategy by utilizing technological advances in developing a business to reach wider consumers and increase sales. The method used in Community Service (PkM) activity was starting from the preparation stage, that is surveying the field to conduct observations and interviews. Community Service (PkM) activity was conducted at the Catfish MSME, Lele Hutauruk (LeHu) with aims to assist in creating digital-based marketing strategies by promoting businesses using advertisements. Advertisement in the form of images through WhatsApp and online sales with a website-based delivery order system. The results of the Community Service (PkM) activities at Lele Hutauruk (LeHu) are E-marketplace website as an online store that sells Catfish, advertisement using images for promotion through social media, and material modules on marketing strategies. The implementation of the output has succeeded in increasing sales by 5%.

Abstract

Abas Electric & Cell merupakan UMKM yang didirikan oleh Bapak Muhammad Hasan Basri yang biasa di panggil Pak Abas, berdiri pada tahun 2019. Lokasi toko terletak di Ruko Tanjung Buntung Blok D1 No 03. Toko ini menjual pulsa, paket, kuota, token listrik, aksesoris telepon genggam dan barang elektronik. Pendapatan toko sebesar 60.000.000 per tahun. Saat ini persaingan dan pandemi menjadi penyebab dari penurunan penjualan, selain itu promosi yang belum maksimal yang dilakukan di era digital ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pelanggan baru dan meningkatkan penjualan toko dengan merancang beberapa metode promosi seperti pembuatan spanduk (advertising), pembuatan kartu nama (sales promotion), penggunaan instagram bisnis (direct marketing) dan membuatkan video promosi (company profile). Saran untuk pemilik usaha untuk terus melanjutkan penjualan dan promosi secara online dan dapat bergabung dengan jasa pengantaran.

Abstract

Zeal Indonesia is a start-up company that focuses on talent management which has been operating since 2018 with more than 60 employees. Currently, Zeal Indonesia actively offers careers opportunity and development through an internship program. The internship lasts for three to four months with remote working (work from home) system. The current number of interns is 29 people who occupy different positions. Even though they have dozens of employees, Zeal does not yet have an employee performance appraisal system to monitor the performance of its employees. Therefore, this project aims to assist Zeal Indonesia in implementing a performance appraisal system to monitor the interns' performance during the internship period. The author used interviews, observations, questionnaires, and company documents to gather empirical information regarding the needs of implementing an employee performance appraisal system. This performance appraisal system uses a graphic rating scale method with Google Forms and Google Spreadsheet to collect the data. With the implementation of this employee performance appraisal system, management can assess job behaviour, competencies, skills, and performance result of the interns. This performance appraisal will help the interns understand their values in the workplace. Thus, the improvement of their performance and development of their abilities and skills can be seen through time. Further research is expected to be able to implement a performance appraisal system in other types of start-up companies with other methods such as 360 Degree

Abstract

Lawet Coffee is a business that engaged in the field of culinary that mainly focus on coffee which located in Nusantara Street, Tanjung Balai Karimun. This Lawet Coffee business is included as Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that gives satisfaction and sustain the customers loyalties. However, this business has a problem regarding the performance evaluation of the employees, which could cause the business does not able to reach the target of sales and could end up the business need to be shut down forcefully. A method for evaluate the employees performances are necessarily needed, it will be effective and efficient by using a method called Balance Score Card which part of Key Performance Indicator. Result and surface is an internal and external of SWOT analysist method, result of mapping strategy and combination of the SWOT analysist results are a formation of KPI. Business partner is having changes regarding the KPI formula which necessarily created for helping the partner of the business in evaluating from internal side as well as external side. Suggestion for the next study or research, expected to be able to design long time period and short time period of sales targets in order to expand the partner business quality with the new innovation.

Abstract

Rumah makan Nasi Kari 1816 didirikan oleh Pak Tian Sun pada tahun 2011. Lokasi dari rumah makan ini berada di Windsor Phase 1 Blok 2 No. 3. Sesuai dengan namanya menu utama dari rumah makan ini adalah nasi kari dan menu lainnya adalah nasi semur. Omset perbulan dari rumah makan ini sekitar Rp 16.000.000 sampai Rp 20.000.000. Di masa pandemi ini membawa dampak negatif terhadap rumah makan ini yaitu menurunnya tingkat penjualan. Selain itu sistem dan pendukung lainnya untuk efektivitas jual beli makanan kurang mendukung. Dalam kegiatan PKM ini penulis bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan efektivitas jual beli dengan memanfaatkan Instagram, Grab-Food, design logo, design menu dan pemasangan spanduk. Dengan dilakukannya kegiatan ini penjualan pada Nasi Kari 1816 meningkat dengan omset Rp 17.500.000 sampai Rp 23.000.000 per bulan. Rekomendasi dari penulis adalah pemilik usaha dapat menambah atau memperbarui menu makanan dan memanfaatkan aplikasi online dengan maksimal.
