Abstract

Background: Adaptive Statistical Iterative Reconstruction (ASIR) reconstruction in unenhanced abdominal CT scan reduce the radiation dose from 11.6 mSv to 2.07 mSv. However, the decrease in dose is accompanied by a decrease in image quality. Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) is one of image quality parameters. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of the ASIR method on the optimal Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) value in unenhanced abdominal CT of urolithiasis in clinical data. Method: 27 samples collected and the SNR was measured on the ASIR reconstruction results at the level of 40%, 50%, 60% by placing the ROI  in organ structures with different densities. Result: The results of this study indicate that the ASIR method has a significant effect on the SNR value. Based on the linear regression test, the value was 0.005 ( p< 0.05) and only had an effect of 9.5% on SNR. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the ASIR method affects the optimal SNR value for unenhanced abdominal CT on urolithiasis. The ASIR 60% level was recommended.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk, proses dan efektivitas pendekatan komunikasi pendidik dengan orang tua dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan pada PAUD Kartika Pradana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penilitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Kartika Pradana. Sumber data diperoleh dari orang tua peserta didik, pendidik dan pengelola lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Jalinan komunikasi orang tua dan pendidik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga) bentuk yakni: Komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi kelompok dan komunikasi organisasi. 2) Proses komunikasi orang tua dengan pendidik dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di PAUD Kartika Pradana Kota Malang melalui program-program yang bisa mewadahi komunikasi antara orang tua dengan lembaga baik secara formal maupun informal dengan prinsip-prinsip kejelasan, konsistensi informasi serta empati yang tinggi dari pendidik menjadi penentu keberhasilan komunikasi yang dilaksanakan antara pendidik dengan orang tua peserta didik. 3) Komunikasi yang terjalin antara pendidik dengan orang tua peserta didik di PAUD Kartika Pradana Kota Malang dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan sudah cukup efektif yang didukung dengan pelatihan ketrampilan berkomunikasi kepada para pendidik dengan mengedepankan sikap positif, pemahaman, menciptakan kesenangan dan kenyamanan, dan berupaya merangkul orang tua peserta didik dalam berpartisipasi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Pengenalan satwa dilindungi kepada anak 4-5 tahun dapat menggunakan berbagai macam media seperti buku pop-up, yang berdasarkan hasil observasi penulis belum terdapat buku pop-up pengenalan satwa dilindungi yang beredar baik di toko buku Gramedia maupun e-commerce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan buku pop-up yang layak untuk pengenalan satwa dilindungi kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Pengembangan produk menggunakan metode R&D menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima langkah dan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu validasi dari ahli media menunjukkan angka 100%, validasi ahli materi menunjukkan angka 80%, dan validasi pengguna menunjukan angka 87,3%. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan nilai pada aspek keefektifan sebesar 90,6%, keefisienan sebesar 96%, dan kemenarikan sebesar 100%. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan nilai pada aspek keefektifan 85,3%, keefisienan 100%, dan kemenarikan sebesar 100%. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa buku pop-up Kenali Aku dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan satwa dilindungi kepada anak usia 4-5 tahun.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of elementary school management programs using the Countenance Stake model. Quantitative approach is used in this research. The population of this study was the principals of district/city public elementary schools in East Java Province, totaling 1,323 people. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling and simple random sampling, with a total of 290 people or 22 percent of the population. Data collection was carried out using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis using path coefficient testing. The results showed that the strategic planning and financing management variables had a greater direct influence than the indirect influence through school culture and principal performance on school quality. Meanwhile, the variables of organizing, curriculum management, student management, education staff management, facility and infrastructure management, financing management, and community participation management have a greater indirect effect than the indirect effect through school culture and school principals' performance on school quality. Preparation (antecedents) as in the Countenance Stake model, has a direct influence on transactions and outcomes. Keywords: Program Evaluation, Elementary School Management, Countenance Stake Model. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi program manajemen sekolah dasar menggunakan model Countenance Stake. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah dasar negeri kabupaten/kota Provinsi Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 1.323 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu cluster random sampling dan simple random sampling, dengan jumlah 290 orang atau 22 persen dari populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berbentuk angket. Analisis data menggunakan pengujian koefisien jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel strategi perencanaan dan manajemen pembiayaan memberikan pengaruh langsung lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui budaya sekolah dan kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Sementara itu, variabel pengorganisasian, manajemen kurikulum, manajemen siswa, manajemen tenaga pendidikan, manajemen sarana dan prasarana, manajemen pembiayaan, dan manajemen partisipasi masyarakat memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dibandingkan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui budaya sekolah dan kinerja kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Persiapan (antecedents) seperti dalam model Countenance Stake, memberikan pengaruh secara langsung terhadap transaksi dan hasil (outcome). Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program, Manajemen Sekolah Dasar, Model Countenance Stake.

Abstract

Digital learning resources aim to be a container or reference that can be used as a support to develop existing learning tools. In addition, current technological advances make learning resources one of the containers that can improve digital literacy competencies for its users. Technology mastery skills are key in utilizing digital technology. However, it is unfortunate that digital learning resources are not utilized properly due to limited technology usage skills, especially in learning. In addition, the lack of digital learning resources for early childhood education is one of the limitations in adjusting digital learning resources for Early Childhood Education teachers. This study itself aims to create an efficient, effective, and attractive website product to be used as a digital learning resource for in-depth early childhood education. Data collection methods used include interviews, observations, and filling out questionnaires. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method by implementing the ADDIE design. The sample in this study was thirty Early Childhood Education teachers. The results of the study showed that the Dinggo Sedaya website is suitable to be used as a digital learning resource for in-depth early childhood education. Based on the results of validity and feasibility, the Dinggo Sedaya website is valid and suitable for use. This study implies that the Dinggo Sedaya website can be accessed by teachers as a digital learning resource for developing learning tools and improving the digital literacy competencies of Early Childhood Education teachers. Further research is expected to be able to examine the development of digital learning resources more broadly to provide a comprehensive picture and become the basis that digital learning resources need to be developed to support more meaningful learning in early childhood.

Abstract

Tourism villages in Boyolali district have enormous potential to boost economic growth, especially MSMEs. However, many MSMEs do not know digital applications. This research aims to optimize the digitalization process of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) through the development of a Design Thinking-based marketplace application. This research found the digital needs of UMKM through interviews and thorough analysis. The results show that effective and easily accessible digital products with interactive guidance features, automated inventory management, and easy-to-do market analysis are essential. Two prototypes each with seven main menus, were tested by 15 villagers, teenagers and general participants, using cognitive walkthrough, SEQ, A/B, and UEQ methods. Results showed that Prototype B was superior to Prototype A. In the Cognitive Walkthrough test, Prototype B showed a 100% success rate among teenagers and general participants. SEQ results indicated higher user comfort in Prototype B, with 84.375% of respondents giving the highest score of 5. A/B Testing showed higher interaction in Prototype B on various pages of the app, showing better efficiency. In UEQ aspects, Prototype B also performed better in perspicuity, stimulation, and novelty. These findings confirm that the Design Thinking approach is effective in developing user-friendly apps, helping to accelerate the digital transformation of UMKM in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of balance bike activities and the emotional resilience of children aged 5-6 years in Malang. This research was conducted on 35 children aged 5-6 years at the XBC Pushbike Malang, FF Reborn Pushbike Malang and CAKids Pushbike Malang clubs. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research with correlation and determination test analysis methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this research was using a questionnaire which was distributed to the children's parents. The results of research using the Pearson product moment correlation statistical test show that the Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.009 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.437 and a determination value of 0.191. The results show that there is a significant relationship and influence between the intensity of balance bike activities on emotional resilience, with a sufficient or moderate level of relationship strength and a positive relationship direction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether the relationship between maternal employment and the level of health of school supplies for children aged 5-7 years at TK ABA 33 Karangploso has a significant relationship or not. This type of research is correlation research with the Eta correlation research type. The location of this research is TK ABA 33 Karangploso with the number of research objects being 36 mothers of students at TK ABA 33 Karangploso. The research was carried out from 17 to 21 June 2024. The data collection technique used a checklist observation sheet. Data analysis techniques using quantitative analysis techniques. The results obtained from this research show that the highest percentage of mothers' work is working as a housewife. The health level of children's school supplies at Kindergarten ABA 33 Karangploso is classified as healthy. And the relationship between mother's employment and the health level of children's school supplies is not related or correlated significantly. Keywords: mother occup

Abstract

Balanced nutritional status in early childhood affects growth and development. Children's knowledge about balanced nutrition will affect the application of nutritional information in everyday life. The purpose of this research is to produce a food pyramid game tool product that is feasible according to material experts, media experts, user experts, small-scale tests, and field tests as well as teaching materials in stimulating balanced nutritional knowledge of children aged 5-6 years. This research includes development research (RnD) with the SYNTHESIS model which includes: 1) Needs analysis, 2) Identify aspiration model, 3) Develop initial model, 4) Expert test, 5) Small scale test, and 6) Field test. The small-scale test involved 6 group B kindergarten children, while the field test used 24 group B kindergarten children. The results showed that the food pyramid game tool showed very feasible results, this can be seen from the percentage of material experts 82.9%, media experts 83.5%, user experts 93.6%, small scale tests 100%, and field tests 95.8%. The validation results show that the food pyramid game tool is categorized as very feasible to be used as a stimulation of balanced nutritional knowledge for children aged 5-6 years.
