Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan beban metode sirkuit kombinasi dengan latihan aerobik terhadap berat badan dan persentase lemak tubuh pada remaja overweight. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design menggunakan one-group pretest-post test design. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria remaja laki-laki overweight, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Tes yang dilakukan adalah pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh dan berat badan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas varian, dan uji t. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata berat badan saat pretest adalah 81,38 dan nilai rata-rata berat badan data postest adalah 75,85. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 10,866 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara berat badan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil uji t pada pengukuran persentase lemak tubuh menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata persentase lemak tubuh saat pretest adalah 27,27 dan nilai rata-rata data persentase lemak tubuh saat posttest adalah 24,09. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,963 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara persentase lemak tubuh sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan beban dengan metode sirkuit kombinasi dengan latihan aerobik merupakan salah satu metode latihan yang efektif untuk menurunkan berat badan dan persentase lemak tubuh remaja overweight.

Abstract

Sesungguhnya string yang ideal harus dibuat sendiri dengan melihat karakteristik atlet dan jenis peralatan yang dugunakan secara langsung supaya menghaslkan string yang tepat sehingga dalam penelitian ini tentang studi pendahuluan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemahaman pelatih panahan di yogyakarta dan jawa tengah yang berhubungan dengan pembuatan, fungsi dan tehnik membuat string dan serving untuk olahraga panahan yang berkualitas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Populasi penelitiannya adalah pelatih yang berada di Kota Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah. Jumlah populasi 40 pelatih yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Seluruh sampel tersebut dengan kriteria merupakan pelatih panahan di Jawa, serta bersedia menjadi sampel serta Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup. Tehnik pengumpulan daata dengan cara menyebar angket melalui goggle from selanjutnya para pelatih mengisi angket tersebut namun sebelum disebarluaskan angket tersebut sudah di uji validitasnya dengan rumus korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas cronbach's alpha dengan nilai 0,896, yang artinya angket sudah valid dan reliabel. Terdapat hasil pelatih di Jawa dilihat dari hasil analisis tingkat pengetahuan terkait dengan alat elektrik string server in archery 3 in 1 masih kurang dengan bukti 23 pelatih masih belum mengetahui alat elektrik string server in archery 3 in 1 dan ada beberapa yang baru mendengar nama alat ini.

Abstract

Futsal salah satu olahraga yang bisa dikatakan kompleks karena pemain dituntut tidak hanya memiliki fisik saja karena pemain juga harus memiliki teknik serta pemahaman taktik yang baik, pemain futsal membutuhkan kondisi fisik yang baik karena dalam bermain futsal tentunya menjadi faktor utama. Dalam olaharaga futsal tentunya terdapat beberapa unsur-unsur yang meliputi daya tahan, kecepatan, kekuatan, kelentukan, kelincahan dan daya ledak. Kondisi fisik merupakan sebuah komponen yang dapat dikatakan sangat penting terutama pada permainan futsal yang sangat bergantung pada kondisi fisik pemain karena dalam permainanya pemain dituntut untuk terus bergerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik pemain futsal tim simple boys berdasarkan komponen kondisi fisik.Simpel boys sendiri merupakan tim futsal yang berada di kota yogyakarta yang sedang mengikuti liga 2 futsal kota yogyakarta tahun 2022. Hasil pengkuran kondisi fisik yang dilakukan Pada daya tahan kardiovasluker dengan tes MFT mendapatkan 52,38  ml/kg/menit , tergolong pada kategori “sangat baik sekali”. Kemudan Hasil tes kecepatan dengan tes lari 50 meter mendapatkan 6,79 detik, tergolong pada kategori “cukup”. pada tes kekuatan menggunakan alat leg and back dinamometer sebesar 186,33 kg, tergolong pada kategori “cukup”. tes kelentukan menggunakan alat sit and reach mendapatkan hasil sebesar 16,06 cm, tergolong pada kategori “cukup”.Analysis of the components of physical condition towards the improvement of futsal player performance AbstractFutsal is one of the sports that can be said to be complex because players are required not only to have physicality because players must also have good technique and understanding of tactics, futsal players need good physical condition because playing futsal is certainly the main factor. In futsal sports, of course, there are several elements that include endurance, speed, strength, flexibility, agility and explosive power. Physical condition is a component that can be said to be very important, especially in the futsal game which is very dependent on the player's physical condition because in the game players are required to keep moving. This study aims to determine the physical condition of futsal players of the Simple Boys team based on the components of physical condition. Simpel Boys itself is a futsal team located in the city of Yogyakarta that is participating in the 2022 Yogyakarta city futsal league. The results of physical condition measurement performed on cardiovascular endurance with the MFT test get 52.38 ml / kg / min, belongs to the category of “very good.” The results of the speed test with the 50-meter running test got 6.79 seconds, classified as “enough.” In the strength test using a dynamometer leg and back tool of 186.33 kg, it was classified as “Enough.” The flexibility test using the sit and reach tool obtained a result of 16.06 cm, classified as “Enough.” Futsal players must improve their physical condition because it is one of the keys to achieving achievements

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the context, input, process, and product management of the Yogyakarta Special Region of Woodball. The evaluation model that will be used in this study is the CIPP model. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Results: The results showed that the evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sport of 2.65 was in the good category. (1) The context of the evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management, amounting to 3.12 is in the good category. Based on the background indicators for the coaching program, 3.23 in the good category, the goal of the coaching program in the 3.00 in the good category, and the coaching program in the 3.14 in the good category. (2) The input for evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management, amounting to 2.40 is in the less category. Based on the indicators of human resources of 2.57 good categories, the trainer program is 2.48 poor categories, 2.31 poor categories, facilities and infrastructure are 2.35 poor categories, and parental support is 2.31 less categories. (3) The evaluation process of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management, amounting to 2.59 is in the good category. (4) Evaluation of the Yogyakarta Special Region Woodball sports management product, amounting to 2.49 is in the poor category. The evaluation of the management of woodball achievement development in Yogyakarta Province went well, with all factors investigated yielding positive results.

Abstract

The elderly will become vulnerable, apart from not being equipped with basic knowledge of specific physical activities to overcome the storm of aging symptoms, especially if psychological support is very lacking, this will clearly burden the body and soul of the elderly. Innovation in physical exercise models for the elderly needs to bridge the void of varied exercise in suppressing aging which is a healthy spirit for the elderly. This study investigate how innovations in the influence of active and functional exercise can have a positive influence on reducing symptoms of degenerative diseases. Method: The research used a pre test and post test design. Instruments for measuring fitness include 30 second-Chair stand (number of stands), Chain Sit Reach (inches +/-), Back Scratch (inches +/-), 8-Foot Up Go (seconds). Analysis of statistical data calculations using normality, homogeneity and paired t-test. The effect of active training and functional exercise which aims to improve fitness (strength and balance) so that the elderly are motivated to do physical exercise with exercise levels that are appropriate to the elderly's abilities. Development of an exercise model that is carried out with light-moderate intensity, duration/time of exercise is not too long, only around 20 to 30 minutes, exercise intensity is light, very simple movements are carried out in three positions, namely sitting, standing and lying down (supine and prone). The training model carried out is also a form of coordination that is close to daily activities. The physical training model, active training and functional exercise, is stated to have an effect on improving physical fitness (with the results of data analysis with the help of SPSS. Based on the results of the paired t test and Wilcoxon, the overall p value (sig.) for all variables is 0.000. The significance value is 0.000 0.05, then there is a significant influence. Active and functional exercise models have been proven to have an effect on improving physical fitness. Active and functional exercise models are effective for improving physical fitness for the elderly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of exercise intensity on mental health in PT employees. Ramayana Makassar City The population in this study were all employees of PT. Ramayana Makassar City as many as 74, the sampling technique used was total sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, while the instruments used are a questionnaire to measure exercise intensity and the Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20 questionnaire to measure the level of mental health. The results of this study are that exercise intensity does not have a significant influence on mental health with a significant level of influence of intensity. There is no significant influence of exercise on mental health based on the SPSS output. The significance level (sig) of the exercise intensity variable (X) is 0.340, because the sig value. 0.340 > probability of 0.05, so there is no significant influence on the exercise intensity variable on employee mental health, there are several factors that are considered to be triggers for employees to be categorized as mental stress levels at work, imbalance between work and life, lack of social support at work, and pressure at work

Abstract

Non-specific lower back pain is a common condition characterized by strain, muscle spasms, or weakness of the paraspinal muscles, particularly the multifidus muscle, which affects adjacent musculature such as the gluteus, hamstrings, and quadriceps. This study aimed to investigate whether massage gun treatment combined with passive stretching could reduce non-specific low back pain in patients experiencing subacute and chronic phases of this condition. This pseudo-experimental research employed a one-group pretest-posttest design with three treatments. Participants were selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria: suffering from non-specific low back pain, willingness to participate, and age between 20 and 65 years. Exclusion criteria included anatomical abnormalities of the spine, fractures, open wounds, and specific spinal disorders. The visual analog scale (VAS) was used to measure pain intensity before and after each treatment session. Initial VAS scores averaged 65.6 units. Following the first treatment, scores decreased significantly to 52.1 units; subsequent reductions occurred at 42.1 units post-second treatment and 33.5 units post-third treatment. Statistical analysis revealed a significant difference across all three treatment sessions (p = 0.000 < 0.05), indicating a progressive improvement in pain control over time. Massage gun therapy coupled with passive stretching demonstrated efficacy in reducing non-specific lower back pain among participants. These findings suggest that repeated application of these interventions can lead to sustained improvements in pain management for individuals suffering from subacute and chronic non-specific low back pain conditions

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui pengaruh aerobic sirkuit terhadap daya tahan paru jantung, dan akurasi memanah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk "one groups pretest-Posttest design". Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY yang berjumlah 11 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t dengan taraf signifikan 5 %. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji t tersebut menunjukan jika nilai t hitung > t tabel, dengan hasil tersebut menunjukan hipotesisnya diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh aerobic sirkuit terhadap, daya tahan paru jantung dan akurasi memanah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIK UNY. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan sebelumnya dapat diperoleh: analisis data daya tahan paru jantung atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY diatas diperoleh nilai t hitung (3,964) > t tabel (2,28), dan analisis data akurasi memanah diatas diperoleh nilai t hitung (7,807) > t tabel (2,28), Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh aerobic circuit terhadap daya tahan paru jantung, dan akurasi memanah atlet SELABORA Panahan FIKK UNY

Abstract

Matoa is an endemic plant in Indonesia that has great potential in the health sector. This study aims to examine the antioxidant potential of matoa through a narrative review approach. The literature search method was carried out on the Google Scholar and Research Gate databases with the keywords "matoa", "immunity", "health" and "exercise performance" limited to the last 10 years of publication. Of the 65 articles identified, 9 met the inclusion criteria for in-depth analysis. The results showed that matoa contained various bioactive compounds, especially phenolic groups that played a role in antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cardiovascular and exercise performance. The use of matoa has been developed in various forms, ranging from health supplements to functional food products. This study also identifies the need for further research related to long-term safety evaluation and clinical validation to optimize the use of matoa in the health sector.

Abstract

Background: Rounded shoulder posture is marked by forward displacement of the shoulders from their neutral position, commonly caused by prolonged poor sitting habits. Clinically, it manifests as shoulder or scapular pain, restricted range of motion, and increased stiffness of the pectoralis minor. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of adding kinesiotaping to a shoulder strengthening and pectoralis minor stretching program with that of a conventional exercise therapy protocol commonly used as standard treatment. Methods: This experimental study used a pretest-posttest two-group design involving 42 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The sample was divided into intervention (shoulder strengthening and pectoralis minor stretching exercises + kinesiotaping) and control (shoulder strengthening and pectoralis minor stretching exercises) groups, and the data were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. Results: Paired sample t-test analysis in the kinesiotaping and strengthening group showed a significant result (p=0.000). Independent sample t-test revealed significant differences between groups for right scapular alignment (p=0.000) and left scapular alignment (p=0.035), indicating that adding kinesiotaping significantly improved scapular alignment compared to strengthening and pectoralis minor stretching alone. Conclusion: Both intervention and control groups improved scapular alignment in tailors. However, the intervention group showed a greater effect than control group.
