Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat beli ulang pelanggan Lazada di Semarang Timur. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 120 reponden dimana setiap kelurahan di kota Semarang Timur diambil 12 orang untuk menjadi sampel setiap kelurahan.. pengumpulan data menggunakan google form yang disebarkan secara langsung ke responden dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat beli ulang dipengaruhi kualitas pelayanan, brand image dan harga. Setelah dihitung menggunakan SPSS memperoleh f hitung sebesar 48.916 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang memiliki arti bahwa kualitas pelayanan, brand image dan harga secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap minat beli ulang. Selain itu, pengujian t untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan 2,159 yang berarti berpengaruh.. brand image meiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang karena t hitung sebesar 1,169 dan harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang dengan t hitung sebesar 4,229.

Abstract

In this modern era, almost all aspects of life have undergone modernization, including market capital. The current capital market has provided a new alternative for investors. Now, investment is not only limited to real accounts and deposits in the banking system, but investment in capital markets has also developed. One of the most popular is stock. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effect of solvency and liquidity ratios on stock returns with profitability ratios as the intervention variable. The method used in this research consists of quantitative data. Based on the research, there is no influence between the solvency ratio (X1) on stock returns (Y), which is seen partially by the t value of -0.654 and the significance value is 0.514. There is no influence between the liquidity ratio (X2) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t-value of 0.714 and the significance value of 0.477. There is no influence between the profitability ratio (Z) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t value of -0.449 and the significance value is 0.654. There is an influence between the solvency ratio (X1) on profitability (Z) which is seen partially by the t value of -2.758 and the significance value is 0.007. there is no influence between the liquidity ratio (X2) on stock returns (Y) which is seen partially by the t-value of -0.821 and the significance value is 0.414.

Abstract

The research object took the Java Loenpia Semarang UMKM on the grounds that there was a problem, namely that the income target set by the management was not able to be realized from October 2022 to September 2023, this shows that the target and realization of income were not in line with the expectations of the UMKM leadership, so a strategy was needed to increase employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Java Loenpia Semarang MSMEs. The research sample was 70 respondents/employees of Java Loenpia Semarang MSMEs using sampling techniques, namely population research or census techniques or saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results found that compensation and work environment partially influence job satisfaction. Compensation, work environment and job satisfaction partially influence employee performance. The results of the findings of the first mediation effect can be concluded that there is no influence of compensation on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, the findings of the second mediation effect can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, perceived organizational support, work-life balance and job stress on turnover intention in PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa Semarang. This study used quantitative research methods. The population used in the study was employees of PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa employees and the sample used was 81 employees of PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa employees using probability sampling Data analysis in the study using SPSS for window software version 26. The results of this study show that there is a negative influence between job satisfaction (X1) on turnover intention at PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa Semarang (Y) partially with a calculated t-value of -0.344 and a significance value of 0.678. Perceived organizational support (X2) has a positive and significant effect on PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa Semarang (Y) partially with a calculated t value of 2,304 significance value of 0.024. Work-life balance (X3) negatively affects turnover intention in PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa Semarang (Y) partially with a calculated t value of -.465 and a significance value of 0.664. Job stress (X4) has no effect on turnover intention in PT. Trikusuma Jaya Perkasa Semarang (Y) partially with a calculated t value of -0.622 and a significance value of 0.535.

Abstract

The influence of lifestyle, locus of control, and income on financial management behavior. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of lifestyle, locus of control, and income on the financial management behavior of PGRI University Semarang students. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire using the Cochran formula. The sampling technique uses probability sampling testing with proportional random sampling, thereby producing a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests. This research data processing uses the SPSS 26 stone tool. The test results show that lifestyle has a negative and significant effect on students' financial management behavior with a t_count < t_table test value of -3.703 < 1.984 with a significance value of 0.00. The locus of control variable has a positive and significant effect on students' financial management behavior with a test value of t_count > t_table of 20,539 > 1,984 with a significance value of 0.00. and income is proven to have a significant positive effect on students' personal financial management behavior with a test value of t_count > t_table of 7,630 > 1,984 with a significance value of 0.00

Abstract

This research examines the employees of UKM Batik Lasem Sekar Mulyo, Rembang. This research aims to determine the influence of the role of core self-evaluation and empowering leadership on employee creativity through knowledge sharing. The research method in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all employees with a total of 95 employees who worked at UKM Batik Lasem Sekar Mulyo, Rembang, while the sample in this study was 95 respondents. Determining the sample size used a non-probability sampling technique because the population was relatively small, so the technique taken was saturated sampling (census). Data analysis in this research used the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the quality perception variable influences Core Self-Evaluation and influences Employee Creativity, Empowering Leadership influences Employee Creativity, Core Self-Evaluation influences Knowledge Sharing, Empowering Leadership influences Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge sharing influences Employee Creativity, Core Self-Evaluation has an effect on Employee Creativity, partially mediated by Knowledge sharing, and Empowering Leadership has an effect on Employee Creativity in Employees of UKM Batik Lasem Sekar Mulyo, Rembang, which is partially mediated by Knowledge sharing.

Abstract

The importance of understanding financial and investment aspects for employees, especially in the tax sector, is highlighted in the context of making smart financial decisions. In this context, financial literacy, income, minimum capital, and investment knowledge are crucial factors that may influence employees' investment decisions. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of financial literacy, income, minimal capital, and investment knowledge of employee investment decisions. The sample in this study was 99 sumatran taxation employees who were calculated using the slovin formula. In this study used the quantitative method with sampling technique in this study using a Probability Sampling with a Simple Random Sampling approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption tests. The results of this study show that there is no influence between the financial literacy variable on employee investment decisions, the income variable has a positive and significant influence on employee investment decisions, there is no influence between the minimum capital variable on employee investment decisions, and investment knowledge which has a positive and significant influence. significant impact on employee investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of providing compensation, job training, and work motivation on employee performance with employee loyalty as an intervening variable at UMKM HM Putra Emping. Based on this, this research is entitled "The Effect of Compensation, Job Training, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance with Employee Loyalty as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of UMKM HM Putra Emping in Batang Regency)". The population in this study was 50 employees. The sampling method used in this research was the census sampling method of 50 respondents. The data used is primary data by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses path analysis. The findings in this study conclude that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has no significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, employee loyalty has no effect on employee performance, compensation and work training have no significant effect on employee loyalty. , work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation has an effect on employee performance through employee loyalty as mediation, job training has a significant effect on employee performance through employee loyalty as mediation, and motivation has no effect on employee performance through employee loyalty as mediation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial knowledge, locus of control and financial attitudes towards financial management on Management Students of PGRI Semarang University Class of 2018-2021. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study are primary data. The population in this study is Management Students of PGRI University Semarang, this study uses the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 299 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed with the IBM SPSS Statistical Version 25 analysis tool using multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between financial knowledge (X1) and financial management (Y) partially, locus of control (X2) has a positive and significant effect on financial management (Y) partially, financial attitude (X3) has a positive and significant effect on financial management (Y) partially. Financial knowledge, locus of control, financial attitudes have a shared influence on financial management simultaneously. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test obtained a value from Ajusted R Square of 0.235 or 23.5% showed that financial management variables were influenced by financial knowledge variables, locus of control, financial attitudes, while the remaining 76.5% were influenced by other variables that were not in this study.

Abstract

Tantangan tenaga kerja Indonesia yang bekerja dinegara lain salah satunya adalah peningkatanan kemampuan manajemen. Kemampuan manajemen yang diharapkan terus diasah dan dikembangkan antara lain kemampuan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Manajemen Keuangan Dan Manajemen Pemasaran. Berawal dari kebutuhan kemampuan manajemen, tim pengabdi dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas PGRI Semarang memberikan pelatiahan terkait dengan kebutuhan peningkatan manajemen. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen pemasaran. Dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan menunjukan adanya pemahaman dan peningkatan kemampuan dalam manajemen.
