Abstract

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).

Abstract

Photography is one of the new avenues of service and business, some have made a hobby of photography a lucrative profession. They should be prepared to compete with other companies of the same kind by creating a good image of the consumer, providing quality of service and increasing innovation and creativity in order to create different photo concepts and attract consumers. The strategy became the main idea of Hero Photography to develop a business in photographic services. Hero Photography tried to adapt and compensate by coming up with a strategy that would attract consumers.These research methods use descriptive qualitative, with the aim of providing an idea and an explanation as to how startegi services Hero Photography in the interest of consumers. The study uses primary data sources as data obtained from informers and secondary data from archive or documents, journals, and various archival files of Hero Photography. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentary. At verifying data data using triangulation of methods and source triangulation using data analysis techniques of reposing data, presenting data, and summarizing data.Research has shown that the concept of sustainable excellence is influenced by the quality of the product, in this case, a superior photograph of adequate human resources capable with an obvious market target. The performance of the sale of Hero Photography was influenced by a marketing strategy with a concept of 4P (Price, Place. Product, Product), among other things is photographic quality, aesthetic quality good photo quality in terms of aesthetically pleasing clients who are less likely to use hero photography services. Strategic places like the old city become the attraction of visitors to capture the moment. Promotion became a strategy by using social media asa tool for promotion and offering online photo services by viewing affordable prices as one of the preferred customers to use the Hero Photography photo service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and price on the purchase decision of tobacco products at Nusantara Tobacco Shop through word of mouth. This type of research uses quantitative research methods and the data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was customers of Toko Tobacco Nusantara, this study used purposive sampling techniques with a saturated sample of 98 respondents. The measurement of this study uses the Likert scale which is then processed with SmartPLS 4.0 program analysis.The results of this study show that product quality affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.004), price affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.030) and word of mouth affects purchasing decisions with a P-Value value of (0.012). Word of mout is able to mediate product quality against purchasing decisions with a P-Value of (0.039). Word of mout is able to mediate price against purchase decisions with a P-Value of (0.041). Product quality has an influence on word of mouth with a P-Value of (0.000). Price has an influence on word of mouth with a P-Value of (0.000).

Abstract

A small industry has a strategic role in driving the economy. One of the potential small industries to be developed is the tempe industry. This study aims to analyze the benefits and feasibility tempe crafts manufacturer in Lamper Tengah Village, Semarang Selatan District which is the largest tempe industry area in Semarang City so that the results of the analysis can be taken into consideration to further develop their business.This research design uses quantitative methods. This research is a case study so business owners making tempeh in Semarang City is used as a source to obtain information needed in research. The data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, observation, and recording. Data obtained analyzed using profit analysis  Ï€ = TR-TC  and to find out business feasibility using the formula  R / C  Ratio.The results of this study indicate that the average total cost incurred by tempe producers in Lamper Tengah Village per month is Rp 16,916,210.70. The average amount of tempe produced was 18,108 packs with an average price of Rp. 2,500, so that the average monthly income earned by tempe craftsmen is Rp 45,270,556 and the average profit gained is Rp 28,354,355. The business of making soybean tempe has an efficiency value of 2.68, meaning that every one rupiah the costs incurred will get an income of 2.68 times the cost incurred, then the tempe industry business in Lamper Tengah Village is feasible to continue and can even be invested in industrial development the tempe.Keywords: Profit, Business Feasibility, Tempe Crafts Manufacturer

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan aspek vital dalam kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal, faktor-faktor seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir menjadi sangat penting. PT. Duta Albasy sebagai objek penelitian memiliki kebutuhan untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di lingkungan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Duta Albasy. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada 83 karyawan bagian produksi PT. Duta Albasy. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis regresi berganda juga mengonfirmasi hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan pengembangan karir memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Duta Albasy. Rekomendasi diberikan kepada manajemen perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan faktor-faktor tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of government policies regarding the ratification of the Job Creation Perppu for workers, trade unions and companies in the city of Semarang. The benefit of this research is that this research can be used as input in preparing and determining appropriate Human Resource Management strategies in order to get more optimal results. The partners and informants for this research are workers, unions and companies in the city of Semarang. Data analysis in this research used qualitative interview research. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the main objective of the PERPPU policy regarding job creation is to create jobs through increasing the ease and security of doing business, increasing investment, and protecting and empowering workers (KKIR). The impact of PERPPU implementation on employees is that many employees are laid off, employees receive severance pay. low, permanent employees are replaced with contract or social workers, and employees feel uncertain about employee welfare. The impact of PERPPU implementation on the company is that company regulations become more structured with the PERPPU being ratified. The company feels that it is fair with employee welfare and company profits. Impact of implementation. PERPPU on work unions. Work unions are experiencing outsourcing contracts at the same time, BPJS is not paying enough attention to leave, wages below the UMK are not being paid attention to, they are not getting any protection at all.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of information quality and brand image on the purchase intention of consumers buying second-hand iPhones, considering consumer perception as an intervening variable. A total of 385 respondents who bought second-hand iPhones at PS Store Semarang participated in the research. The results show that brand image positively influences purchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.116 and a p-value of 0.024. Brand image also significantly affects consumer perception, with a path coefficient of 0.339 and a p-value of 0.000. Conversely, information quality does not have a direct significant impact on purchase intention (path coefficient of 0.123, p-value of 0.099). However, it significantly affects consumer perception (path coefficient of 0.634, p-value of 0.000). Consumer perception significantly influences purchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.723 and a p-value of 0.000. It serves as a crucial mediator between brand image and purchase intention (indirect effect of 0.245, p-value of 0.000) and between information quality and purchase intention (indirect effect of 0.458, p-value of 0.000). The model accounts for 89.8% of the variance in purchase intention and 91.0% in consumer perception, highlighting the importance of enhancing information quality and maintaining a strong brand image to boost consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of consumptive behavior, lifestyle, and income on financial management behavior among female workers in the city of Semarang. The research employed a quantitative approach. The population consisted of female workers in Semarang. Data were collected from 115 respondents using a questionnaire. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The research findings revealed that: (1) Consumptive behavior does not affect the financial management behavior of female workers in Semarang; (2) Lifestyle influences the financial management behavior of female workers in Semarang; (3) Income influences the financial management behavior of female workers in Semarang. The conclusion of this study is that consumptive behavior, lifestyle, and income collectively account for 45% of the variance in financial management behavior, while the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors not included in this linear regression model.

Abstract

Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan penerimaan pajak yang berkontribusi pada pembiayaan negara. Pemeriksaan pajak bertujuan memastikan kebenaran dan keakuratan pelaporan pajak, sementara penagihan pajak berfungsi untuk memulihkan tunggakan pajak. Di sisi lain, sanksi perpajakan diberlakukan untuk memberikan efek jera kepada wajib pajak yang melanggar aturan, sedangkan kondisi keuangan memengaruhi kemampuan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban pajaknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada wajib pajak terdaftar pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP). Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penagihan pajak dan kondisi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak, sementara itu pemeriksaan pajak dan sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Pada era sekarang muncul banyak jenis layanan digital diantaranya untuk belanja barang, layanan pengantar sembako, layanan pesan antar makanan (Food Delivery). Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh promosi, service quality, dan web quality terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada shopee food dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada mahasiswa aktif Universitas PGRI Semarang dengan pengambilan sampel 196 orang responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, service quality berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, web quality berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, service quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, web quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, promosi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen, service quality berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen dan web quality berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan konsumen
