Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Human Resource Capacity, Work Effectiveness and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Service in Pemalang Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 63 respondents. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used a saturated sample of 63 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis techniques. The primary data that has been obtained is then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25 data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the capacity of Human Resources has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen by a test of 2.146 and a significance of 0.036 <0.05. Work effectiveness has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen by the t test of 8.148 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as seen by the t-test of 3.304 and a significance value of 0.02 <0.05. Human Resource Capacity, Work Effectiveness, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, it can be seen from the F test that the calculated F value is 37,995 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Efektivitas Kerja dan Lingkungn Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Pemalang. Peneliian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 63 responden. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 63 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yairu teknik analisis linear berganda. Data primer yang telah diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan alat analisi data IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat uji sebesar 2,146 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,036 < 0,05. Efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat uji t  sebesar 8,148 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat uji t hitung sebesar sebesar 3,304  dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,02 < 0,05. Kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Efektivitas Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara silmutan dapat dilihat uji F dihasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 37.995 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 .

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia play an important role in the national economy, especially in rural areas. One of them is Gonoharjo Village in Kendal. This village has promising MSME potential in the field of snacks and Javanese sugar production but still has many obstacles due to the limitations of MSME owners in packaging, labeling, and marketing. This community service aims to explore the use of labeling, packaging, and digital marketing as a strategy for developing MSMEs in Gonoharjo Village, Kendal in 2024. The method used is a qualitative approach with socialization, in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this community service show that optimizing product labeling and packaging can increase selling value, while digital marketing has proven effective in expanding the market and increasing brand awareness. This study suggests the importance of ongoing training and support from local governments to maximize the potential of MSMEs.ABSTRAKUMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) di Indonesia memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, terutama di daerah pedesaan. Salah satunya yaitu Desa Gonoharjo di Kendal. Desa ini memiliki potensi UMKM yang menjanjikan di bidang makanan ringan dan produksi gula jawa namun masih memiliki banyak kendala karena keterbatasan pemilik UMKM dalam pengemasan, pelabelan, dan pemasarannya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan pelabelan, pengemasan, dan digital marketing sebagai strategi pengembangan UMKM di Desa Gonoharjo, Kendal pada tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan sosialisasi, wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pelabelan dan pengemasan produk dapat meningkatkan nilai jual, sedangkan digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan brand awareness. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan dari pemerintah lokal untuk memaksimalkan potensi UMKM.

Abstract

Human Resources are the main calculation in achieving organizational goals strongly and efficiently. Organizations must be able to carry out supervision well to achieve ideal business implementation. Every organization generally expects achievements from its representatives because the organization is given the authority to make presentations. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether career development and discipline moderated by rewards have an effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used were literature and questionnaires. The results of this research are that career development has no effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Informa Queen City Semarang employees, career development and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance through rewards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation through mediating variables of organizational commitment to employee performance CV Multi Warna Grafika Semarang, with saturated sample collection techniques taken based on non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that transformational leadership style affects employees' organizational commitment. Compensation affects the organizational commitment of employees. Organizational commitment affects employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Compensation has no effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership styles influence employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. Compensation affects employee performance mediated by organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku cyberloafing, organizational commitment, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada gen Z di Kota Semarang). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang mewakili populasi generasi Z di Kota Semarang yang berstatus sebagai karyawan. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang diolah dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistic Version 26 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between financial performance and company value in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023. The goal is to assess how various financial performance indicators impact firm value, as measured by the Price to Book Value (PBV). The financial performance indicators used in this study include Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and firm size (Size). To examine this relationship, the study employs panel data regression, using data sourced from the IDX and analyzed with Excel and E-Views software. This methodology helps identify the degree to which financial performance metrics influence company value in the energy sector. The results reveal that certain financial indicators significantly impact company value. Specifically, ROA, TATO, and DAR were found to have a meaningful effect on PBV during the 2020–2023 period. These findings suggest that the efficiency of asset management, the ability to generate profits from assets, and the level of debt relative to assets play critical roles in determining a company’s value. Conversely, other factors such as CR, ROE, DER, and firm size did not show a significant relationship with PBV during the study period. This study highlights the importance of selecting the right financial performance metrics when evaluating the value of companies in the energy sector, offering valuable insights for investors, analysts, and corporate managers aiming to optimize firm performance and valuation.

Abstract

The focus of the implementation of this PKM is the development of small-scale presto milkfish businesses in Mlatibaru Village, East Semarang District, Semarang City so that it can grow with improvements in business management. In accordance with the problems faced, the solution given to partners is to improve business management including: 1. Production aspects, 2. financial aspects, 3. Marketing aspects. The solution given is the use of tools with larger capacities, from a financial point of view, the application of simple bookkeeping using the Microsoft Excel application, and from a marketing aspect, the use of online media and attractive packaging. The method in this PKM activity consists of training activities and workshops. The training activities carried out include 1) basic accounting and bookkeeping training 2) bookkeeping training with the Microsoft Excel application 3) Online marketing training. The main activities of this community service include basic financial training and excel bookkeeping, online marketing, product packaging, web creation, addition of appropriate technology to support the production process. MSME players get new insights, know and are motivated to run a business through simple bookkeeping and recording with excel. Business actors also understand that online marketing is currently very important in product marketing, so they inevitably have to keep up with the times if they want their business to grow.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of information quality and brand image on the purchase intention of consumers buying second-hand iPhones, considering consumer perception as an intervening variable. A total of 385 respondents who bought second-hand iPhones at PS Store Semarang participated in the research. The results show that brand image positively influences purchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.116 and a p-value of 0.024. Brand image also significantly affects consumer perception, with a path coefficient of 0.339 and a p-value of 0.000. Conversely, information quality does not have a direct significant impact on purchase intention (path coefficient of 0.123, p-value of 0.099). However, it significantly affects consumer perception (path coefficient of 0.634, p-value of 0.000). Consumer perception significantly influences purchase intention, with a path coefficient of 0.723 and a p-value of 0.000. It serves as a crucial mediator between brand image and purchase intention (indirect effect of 0.245, p-value of 0.000) and between information quality and purchase intention (indirect effect of 0.458, p-value of 0.000). The model accounts for 89.8% of the variance in purchase intention and 91.0% in consumer perception, highlighting the importance of enhancing information quality and maintaining a strong brand image to boost consumer purchase intentions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Dan Risiko Terhadap Penggunaan Payment Later E-Commerce Dengan Self Control Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Pengguna Payment Later Di Kota Rembang). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian ini sebanyak 392 responden. Penentuan besarnya sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode simple random sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS versi 3. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Abstract

The case study from this study found findings that showed that the Access by KAI application in October 2024 received a rating of 2.5/5.0, this value is the lowest rating of other train ticket booking applications such as Traveloka and tiket.com which received a rating of 4.8/5.0 on the play store application store, therefore the researcher wants to know "how customer satisfaction is using the Access by KAI application". The researcher wants to conduct research on this problem, by developing an empirical method to explain the variables that affect customer satisfaction by using data obtained from the play store app store and distributing questionnaires to the general public randomly. The test was carried out using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) approach. The test results found that the quality of service was proven to be significant and positive to customer satisfaction, customer assessments were not proven to have a significant effect and negative on customer satisfaction, promotions were not proven to be significant and negative to customer satisfaction.
