Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find the strength of the character education of honesty and responsibility of students at SD Negeri Pedurungan Lor 02 Semarang, the efforts made by the school and parents to increase the strength of honest character and responsibility through morning habituation. The type of research conducted is qualitative research with the results written containing a report of data quotations to provide a presentation of the results. The research was conducted at SD N Pedurungan lor 02 Semarang with the subject of 4th-grade students and teachers. Data collection techniques were taken from interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of strengthening integrity character education through morning habits according to the plans made by the teacher. The teacher checks the contents of the attendance board that has been provided. The teacher also communicates well in determining rules and sanctions for students if they violate them, while parents monitor children's activities at home when doing habituation activities. To make students honest and responsible for what they do, teachers and parents have strategies to improve the characters by giving rewards or strict sanctions if they violate them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh peserta didik kelas II yang ada di SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang selalu berbicara dengan sopan kepada siapapun, selalu berkata jujur dengan siapapun, dan selalu bertanggung jawab denga napa yang telah mereka lakukan. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas peneliti ingin mengetahui strategi apa yang telah dilakukan oleh guru sehingga peserta didiknya mampu berbicara dengan sopan kepada siapa saja, mampu berkata jujur dengan siapa saja, dan mampu bertanggung jawab atas perilaku yang telah dilakukannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu dengan menggunakan triangulasi data.

Abstract

ABSTRACT             Schools have the duty to manage finances based on the applicable financial management principles. School financial management in SMK throughout Batang Regency has not fully implemented the principles of accountability and efficiency even though the existing budget is received from various sources and issued to several posts. Vocational High School Education Institutions have an obligation to report their activities to the public or related parties. Accountability and reporting of funds raised is a manifestation of accountability.            This study aims to 1) determine the effect of budgeting quality on school financial performance; 2) analyze the effect of budgeting quality on school financial performance; 3) analyze the competence of financial human resources on the school's financial performance and 4) analyze the effect of the quality of budgeting and human resource competence on finance together on the school's financial performance.This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 86 teachers at SMK in Batang Regency. The research sample was 86 people with total sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive and multiple linear regression.            The descriptive data shows that 1) the quality of budgeting is in the fairly good category with a mean value of 114.22; 2) the competence of human resources in the field of finance is in the fairly good category with a mean value of 114.21 and 3) the school's financial performance is in the good category with a mean value of 125.06. The results of the hypothesis test show that 1) there is an effect of the quality of budgeting on the financial performance of the schools studied. state with the equation Ῡ=80.444+0.378X₂, a correlation strength of 0.366 with a contribution of 0.134 or 13.4%; 3) there is an effect of human resource competence in the field of finance on school financial performance which is expressed by the equation Ῡ= 48.313+0.659X₃, a correlation strength of 0.622 with a contribution of 0.387 or 38.7%.There is a positive influence on the quality of budgeting and the competence of human resources in the field of finance which jointly affect the financial performance of schools which is expressed by the equation Ῡ= 36.175 + 0.109Xₗ + 0.158X₂ + 0.415 X₃, output correlation 0.649 with a contribution of 0.400 or 40% Keywords: Quality of budgeting, competency of financial human resources, and                      school's financial performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the effectiveness of learning based on Web at Number Theory lesson at IKIP PGRI Semarang. The implementation is focused at FPMIPA IKIP PGRI Semarang in fifth semester of mathematics education students which contain of 9 classes. Sampling technique in this study use convenience sampling procedure, where as the experimental is 5B and 5A as the control class and 5G as a class test. Independent variable of this research is the activity of student and learning result as dependent variable. The Data is obtained through observation and tests then we analyze by t test and regression test.. The results showed that implementation of learning achieve effective with characterized by: a) Mean of student learning result greater than KKM = 75, and in classical is more than 85% of students achieve point at 75. b) Effect of activity on the results of study is means that the active variable (X) gives a positive effect on learning result (Y). The value of the effect of creativity on learning result can be seen by R value in the table of Summary Model 0.867 = 86.7%. The Value indicates that the creativity of students affect learning result at 86.7%. c) The Mean of experimental class is 80.94 and 62.60 for the control class, so the class of experiments significantly better than the the control class. Based on the above explanation we conclude that learning based on web at Number Theory in Semarang PGRI IKIP is effective.

Abstract

This study has the objective to determine the effectiveness of mathematic learning with Learning Cycle 5e model using interactive CD of triangle in class VII N 2 Limpung, Batang . This type of research is experimental research. Variables used in this study were: (1) student learning outcomes, obtained with the test, (2) creativity of student learning obtained from observations. The results of field trials demonstrated experimentally achieve effective classroom learning include, (1) study completed by the Z = -1.48 classical individually and with one test sample value sig (2-tailed) is 0.016, (2) creativity affects the outcome learning seen from the R square in Model Summary table obtained 0.660 = 66%., and (3) there is a difference between a class to learn the results of experimental and control classes with values ​​in the table Independent sig Test Samples of 0.029 = 2.9%, the average value the average grade of 70.57 experimental and control classes for 60.93 it can be concluded that the experimental class learning better learning outcomes compared to the control class.

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang efektivitas pendekatan TaRL (Teaching at The Right Level) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperimental dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive random sampling, melalui desain one group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas IV SDN Pedurungan Kidul 01. Setelah melakukan penelitian, diketahui adanya efektivitas antara pendekatan TaRL terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SDN Pedurungan Kidul 01. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen hasil nilai pretest-posttest matematika siswa yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar. Hasil belajar pretest diperoleh rata-rata yaitu 63,21. Setelah peneliti memberikan perlakuan dengan penerapan pendekatan TaRL, peneliti memberikan posttest dan didapatkan rata-rata kelas yaitu 82,14. Hal tersebut terbukti dari nilai signifikan pretest dan posttest < 0,05. Selain itu, nilai N-Gain juga tergolong dalam kriteria efektif 0,70 > g ≥ 0,30 dalam kategori sedang yaitu senilai 0,44177. Maka dengan demikian berarti terdapat efektivitas terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa sebelum dan sesudah menerapkan pendekatan TaRL.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is an effort or process to adapt the learning system in the classroom to the different learning needs and abilities of each student. Students have their own learning styles and learning needs. As an educator, you must be able to be a facilitator in every learning process so that students' interests can be met and educational goals can be achieved efficiently. Based on the results of observations and questions and answers with Mrs. Naili as the class teacher at VD Supriyadi Elementary School, information was obtained that the characteristics of class VD students were different and in the science and science subject, the material on students' magnetic properties did not meet the KKM. This research aims to explain that efficient differentiated education can improve student learning outcomes. The method used by researchers in this research is a quantitative method. The research concept used is One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The information analysis method uses the N-Gain experiment. Based on the results of the N-gain experiment, generally the N-gain Percent is 77, 74 with a minimum of 45 and a maximum of 100. The results of the paired samples test sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.005 can be concluded that there is an important comparison between the practice results from the pretest and posttest. This shows that differentiated learning is effectively used for science and science learning for Class V students at SD Supriyadi Semarang.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the understanding of ethnomathematics through the cultural context of the Rumah Sandi site in teaching transformation geometry mathematics. Ethnomathematics serves as a bridge between mathematics and culture, providing a valuable learning reference for students. The Rumah Sandi site holds historical significance as a monument of resistance during the Dutch Military Aggression II. In 2014, it underwent renovation by the Sandi Negara Institution and was renamed "Rumah Sandi Dukuh" as part of the Heritage Museum Sandi. The study employs a qualitative-exploratory ethnographic approach with data validity ensured through triangulation. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Various parts of the building exhibit geometric relationships such as dilation, reflection, and composition, which are found at the Rumah Sandi site. These findings can contribute significantly to enhancing the understanding of transformation geometry material in the context of mathematics education in schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of concrete media for the activeness of student learning in mathematics learning grade IIb SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This study used observation and interview techniques in data collection. The results showed that students actively learn in learning mathematics using concrete objects. In mathematics learning, learners are interested and learners are engaged in learning, as well as listening more and paying attention to what the teacher is conveying. This in learning situations shows an active, creative, and fun atmosphere. Active, creative, and fun learning if carried out continuously, it can increase students' interest in mathematics learning so that learning will be achieved. It is hoped that researchers can provide theoretical as well as practical benefits for the development of education, especially those related to the development of education in elementary schools. Learners can be seen listening to math learning in earnest. Based on the results of observations and interviews, students pay attention, listen, write, actively ask and answer, and do problems so that students feel happy in learning using concrete media in mathematics learning.
