Abstract

Kawasan Pecinan Jamblang merupakan tempat wisata Kawasan Pecinan tertua di Kabupaten Cirebon. Bukan hanya ada Etnis Tionghoa di daerah tersebut, masih ada etnis Pribumi di Kawasan tersebut. Tetapi kini di Pecinan Jamblang jarang sekali terlihat aktivitas masyarakatnya, yang menjadikan daerah ini terlihat tidak terawat, sehingga jarang ditemukan wisatawan. Penghuni di daerah Pecinan Jamblang ini juga tidak semua ditempati, serta wisatawan datangpun hanya ingin melakukan penelitian pada Pecinan ini. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan membahas salah satu aspek penting pada Kawasan ialah Sirkulasi Jalan pada Kawasan Pecinan Jamblang dengan menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif untuk mencari maksud apakah aspek Sirkulasi jalan menjadi permasalahan pada kurangnya Wisatawan di Kawasan Pecinan Jamblang tersebut.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in digital marketing has become an effective strategy in increasing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises. This community service activity aims to identify the benefits and implementation of AI in digital marketing strategies for SME house groups in Labuhanbatu. By using AI technology, SMEs can increase marketing efficiency, target consumers more precisely, and optimize promotional costs. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, by collecting data through interviews and observations on SME actors who have adopted AI in their marketing activities. The stages of implementing the community service program are carried out in five core stages, namely: Socialization (Digital Marketing and Cooperatives), Training (Use of Web, GPT Chat and Training in Making Cooperative Formation Documents), Application of Technology (computers, laptops, androids and others), Evaluation Assistance (product monitoring and evaluation and use of AI), and Program Sustainability (Improving good Marketing Results). The results of community service activities show that the use of AI can help SMEs in conducting market segmentation, content personalization, and customer service automation, which overall contribute to increased sales and consumer loyalty. However, challenges such as lack of digital literacy and limited resources are still major obstacles in the optimal implementation of AI. Therefore, regular training and mentoring are needed for UMKM house groups in Labuhanbatu so that they can make maximum use of AI in digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research developed a prototype of an earthquake detector using a vibration sensor, integrated with a real-time early warning system through a buzzer and LCD display. The system is designed to detect vibrations that potentially indicate an earthquake in real time and to promptly provide alerts to the surrounding environment. The research followed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The hardware components include Arduino Uno, a SW-420 vibration sensor, a buzzer, and an LCD, while the software utilizes Arduino IDE for coding. The test results show that the system successfully detects vibrations and displays real-time notifications, proving its effectiveness in early earthquake warning scenarios. This system is expected to support disaster mitigation efforts by offering a simple and affordable solution that can be implemented in vulnerable areas.

Abstract

Tubercolosis adalah infeksi yang disebabkan oleh basil tahan asam ( BTA ). Tubercolosis merupakan penyakit menular yang apat menyerang siapa saja melalui udara. Penyakit tuberculosis merupakan penyakit menular yang berbahaya. Tuberculosis merupakan penyakit menahun atau kronis yang bisa menyerang antar usia 15-35 tahun. Cara mendiagnosa penyakit Tubercolosis adalah dengan cara pakar ahli mewawancari kemudian menguji sampel dahak dengan menggunakan laboratorium untuk mengetahui positif atau negatif penyakit Tubercolosis sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Pakar dengan metode Bayes untuk memudahkan dalam mendiagnosa penykit Tubercolosis . Sistem pakar ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 serta dengan menggunakan database Microsoft Access 2010.

Abstract

The existence of computers has even replaced many human workers, both in business and industry. This cannot be faulted because it is proven that the computerized system is much more efficient and profitable for the company than the manual system (with human labor). Almost every company, especially those that are developing and advancing, are currently competing to computerize their company's systems, to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. At PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Medan, especially those that produce goods, always occurs in the process of producing, storing, and selling products. With the application design carried out in the making of this research is the storage of input and output of data from existing goods, namely by managing all data on goods in the warehouse in a computerized system. Then the arrangement of incoming goods and outgoing goods in the warehouse rack pallets is arranged as optimally as possible by using the Genetic Algorithm method. The scheduling at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Medan, which is a schedule of orders given to sales that can be on that day. Next, distribution orders are scheduled on the day, hour, and sales working. In optimizing the preparation of the distribution order schedule using the genetic algorithm, four parameters are needed, including the number of goals, the number of sales, the order crossover and mutation probability. In designing a product distribution order scheduling system at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Medan consists of a login form, order data, sales data, destination data, time data, genetic algorithm processing and logout.

Abstract

Untuk memotivasi siswa agar terus berprestasi, MTs Al Falah melakukan kegiatan pengembangan potensi siswa melalui penetapan siswa teladan. Namun, penentuan siswa teladan tidak didasarkan pada kemampuan akademik dan non-akademik, tetapi pada subjektivitas kepala sekolah dan guru. Sehingga banyak yang mengeluhkan keputusan pemilihan siswa teladan yang tidak tepat sasaran atau layak menjadi siswa teladan. Belum adanya sistem informasi yang mendukung penentuan siswa teladan di MTs Al Falah, Kurang tepat dalam menentukan siswa teladan di MTs Al Falah, sistem pendukung keputusan dalam Penentuan Siswa Teladan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) adalah berdasarkan 5 kriteria, yaitu nilai pengetahuan, nilai keterampilan, pangkat kelas, ekstrakurikuler, nilai-nilai ekstrakurikuler. Hasil yang diperoleh nantinya berupa rangking siswa teladan. Metode Simple Additive Weight dapat membantu pihak sekolah khususnya dalam menentukan sejumlah persoalan mengenai pendidikan, salah satunya adalah menentukan siswa teladan. Karena metode ini merupakan metode pembobotan penilaian kinerja masing-masing alternatif.

Abstract

Kota Cirebon, di Jawa Barat, kaya akan sejarah dan budaya namun belum memiliki perkembangan yang pesat dalam aspek pariwisatanya. Kampung Panjunan potensial untuk dikembangkan, dengan kolaborasi antara Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Cirebon (STT Cirebon) dan Jurusan Arsitektur Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (UNPAR) bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap pengembangan pariwisata berbasis arsitektur dan budaya di Jawa Barat. Melibatkan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Cirebon dan Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan Kota Cirebon. Panjunan memiliki Masjid Merah yang kaya budaya, dibangun tahun 1480, salah satu masjid tertua di Cirebon, memiliki potensi pariwisata religi dan budaya. Pemerintah kota mendukung pengembangan pariwisata dan wisata lokal. Keterlibatan masyarakat dimulai dengan mempelajari aspek sosial-budaya Panjunan, memetakan budayanya, mengidentifikasi karakteristik fisik dan spasial untuk menjaga akar sejarahnya, termasuk pembentukan desa wisata. Hasilnya termasuk rencana konseptual untuk pengembangan pariwisata Panjunan dan dokumen pendukung untuk revitalisasi daerah tersebut, berdampak pada aspek fisik, ekonomi, dan sosial-budaya kawasan Panjunan.

Abstract

Liver segmentation in medical imaging is a crucial step in various clinical applications, such as disease diagnosis, surgical planning, and evaluation of response to therapy, which require a high degree of precision for accurate results. This research focuses on increasing the accuracy of liver segmentation by optimizing hyperparameters in the convolutional neural network (CNN) model using the developed ResNet architecture. The uniqueness of this research lies in the application of hyperparameter optimization methods such as random search and Bayesian optimization, which allow broader and more efficient exploration than conventional approaches. The results show that the DeepLabV3Plus model (the proposed model) significantly outperforms the standard ResNet in the image segmentation task. DeepLabV3Plus shows excellent performance with an MIoU score of 0.965, a PA Score of 0.929, and a meager loss value of 0.011. These results show that DeepLabV3Plus is able to recognize and predict segmentation areas very accurately and consistently and minimize prediction errors effectively. In conclusion, the results of this study show a significant improvement in segmentation accuracy, with the optimized model providing better performance in the evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of regional education policies to improve the understanding of the Qur'an in public elementary schools in South Labuhanbatu Regency. This policy is based on Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2015 concerning Improving Understanding of the Holy Book. The study used a naturalistic qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The results show that the Qur'an-based education policy is implemented through several main strategies: teacher recruitment based on religious competency, intensive training, the preparation of a standard syllabus, annual work contracts, and the implementation of Qur'an learning outside of main school hours. The success of this program is supported by the synergy between the local government, the Education Office, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, schools, and the community. The analysis shows that this policy is aligned with the principles of strategic management, transformational leadership, and systems theory, despite limitations in funding and teacher capacity. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of regional education policies as a model for improving Qur'an literacy in public elementary schools.
