Abstract

Abstract  Cycle Time is a matter that must be considered in production time, a good Cycle Time will support the targets that must be met, even if Cycle Time decreases, production will also increase and company turnover will also Increase. In the case study of PT Arisamandiri Pratama, one of its productions is in the form of AC parts, namely capillary pipes which still use a manual rotating table to rotate the pipe to be welded so that it is unable to reach the target of 800 parts / hour with an average Not Good product of 93 parts / day. The design of an inverter-based electric rotary table can reduce cycle time, but how much frequency will affect the results of a welding, not that the faster the welding process the better, the faster the welding will affect the vibration of the table machine which will have an impact on the welding results. By experiment the inverter frequency setting is expected to get a frequency value with maximum speed but no vibration on the rotation table, the frequency used is between 700 Hz to 1500 Hz with an interval of 100 Hz. The experimental results show that the best frequency is 1000 Hz, with a rotation speed of 16 rpm with a production capacity of 935 parts / hour with Not Good products of 59 parts / day or a decrease in Not Good products by 42.1% per day

Abstract

Pelaku usaha ekonomi kreatif di Kota Kendari memiliki keinginan untuk bisa hidup dan berkembang dari karya yang dihasilkan. Namun, mereka memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengelola bisnisnya sendirian, sehingga membutuhkan sebuah ekosistem yang dapat membantu bisnisnya. Pada bulan Agustus 2022, telah dilaksanakan kegiatan aktivasi ekosistem ekonomi kreatif. Akan tetapi, program yang telah dibuat tidak dilaksanakan dan para partisipan melakukan pergerakannya secara individualis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak aktivasi ekosistem ekonomi kreatif Kota Kendari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mix method dan berlandaskan theory of change. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur nilai kematangan dampak dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. Sedangkan, metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kedalaman alasan partisipan dalam penilaian kematangan dampak tersebut. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penilaian ini didapatkan melalui triangulasi data dari 7 pakar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada 14 indikator yang menunjukan nilai kematangan dari 4 dampak. Kualitas kematangan dampak tertinggi adalah terciptanya jaringan yang saling terkoneksi dalam memberdayakan usaha masing-masing. Hal ini disebabkan oleh motivasi yang kuat, kepedulian dari berbagai pihak, dan adanya semangat yang kuat dari pelaku ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the ways in which the urban regulations of Padang Beach have affected the ways in which street sellers do business. The author carried out this study by employing descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews and documentation are the means of data collection employed in this study. After completing the data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing steps of the data analysis process, conclusions were drawn. This study draws on Blackman's theory of urban policy, which focusses on public service provision and access improvement in metropolitan areas. According to the study's findings, both enabling and limiting variables impact the implementation of street vendor arrangements from an urban policy standpoint. The problems faced in structuring street vendors are regulations and institutions, availability of land for developing facilities, empowerment and supervision and partnerships and the role of the community. So, to fix issues with street vendor management in the Padang Beach region, we need a more holistic and coordinated approach.

Abstract

Sustainable fertilizer practices are needed in the context of resource degradation, climate change and population growth. Farmers' decisions to adopt sustainable agricultural practices are influenced by economic, psycho-social and technological availability aspects. This research aims to explain the factors that influence farmers' decisions to adopt sustainable fertilizer practices. The research model uses the basic Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and adds the socio-cultural dimension of farmers. The research was carried out by taking the case of shallot farmers' decisions regarding the use of fertilizer. The research was carried out using a survey approach of 111 shallot farmers taken using proportional sampling in the shallot production center of Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEMPLS). The research results found that farmers' attitudes towards adopting sustainable fertilizer practices were influenced by factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence, while farmers' intentions to adopt sustainable fertilizer practices were influenced by farmers' attitudes and habits. The conclusions of this study have implications for technological development and socio-cultural aspects to scale up sustainable fertilizer practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principal supervision, learning organization, and creativity on classroom management effectiveness among civil servant teachers at public elementary schools in Cisauk District. The research method used is quantitative, utilizing SPSS for statistical calculations. The research sample consists of 120 teachers selected through purposive sampling from a population of 221 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: (1) Principal supervision had a direct positive effect on classroom management effectiveness; (2) Learning organization had a direct positive effect on classroom management effectiveness; (3) Creativity had a direct positive effect on classroom management effectiveness; (4) Principal supervision has a direct positive effect on creativity; (5) Learning organization has a direct negative effect on creativity; (6) There is an indirect effect of principal supervision on classroom management effectiveness through creativity; (7) There is no indirect effect of learning organization on classroom management effectiveness through creativity. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving the quality of principal supervision, strengthening learning organizations that maintain space for creativity, and encouraging teacher innovation in classroom management. It is recommended that schools conduct regular training and seminars to improve these three variables.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiential learning process within the International Young Bodhisattva Program 2025, organized by the International Network of Engaged Buddhists (INEB) at Hongshi Buddhist College, Taiwan. This program is designed to develop a cross-national generation of young people with social awareness, deep spirituality, and practical skills for realizing social transformation. The research approach used was a descriptive qualitative case study method. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and activity documentation. Data analysis was conducted inductively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that this program has a significant impact on the development of social awareness, spiritual transformation, and cross-cultural collaboration. This program serves as an alternative educational model that integrates spirituality, critical reflection, and social action, in line with the contemporary transformative education paradigm.

Abstract

Digitalisasi hidroponik merupakan usahatani yang tren diminati oleh generasi muda dan menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas hasil panen. Meningkatnya produksi kualitas hasil panen secara nyata dapat mewujudkan keberlanjutan usahatani. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan dengan menerapkan model usaha tani hidroponik berbasis digital pada komunitas usahatani generasi muda. Tujuan yang diharapkan yaitu dapat berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan hasil dan keberlanjutan usahatani hidroponik yang dilakukan oleh kelompok mitra. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan, usahatani sayur segera pada hidroponik yang dilakukan mitra dapat meningkat secara signifikan karena sistem hidroponik sudah diaplikasikan model digital, yaitu alat otomatisasi pemantauan dan stabilitasi kebutuhan nutrisi, suhu air, suhu ruang dan pH air. Aplikasi sistem keuangan digital juga dapat membantu kelompok mitra dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan secara efektif dan efisien.
