Abstract

Pendidikan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan intelektual, moral dan fisik seseorang untuk mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapi tuntutan dan perubahan dalam pendidikan. Berbicara mengenai pendidikan, literasi merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Literasi dapat didefinisikan sebagai kemampuan seseorang dalam berbahasa, atau lebih sering disebut sebagai kemampuan menyimak, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Literasi =penting ironisnya pada saat ini tingkat literasi diindonesia cukup rendah. Pada saat ini pembelajaran lebih menekankan pada kemampuan peserta didik untuk dapat berfikit kritis, terampil, komunikasi, kreatif dan berkolaborasi, atau yang lebih sering kita kenal dengan keterampilan pembelajaran 4C. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya literasi yang telah diterapkan dengan metode pembelajaran 4C yang harapannya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam literasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketermpilan 4C yang diterapkan pada sistem pembelajaran di SD N Suryodiningratan 1 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam berliterasi sehingga hal tersebut dapat menunjang keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Background: Urinary tract infections that occur in hospitals are mostly caused by the installation of indwelling urinary catheters. Indwelling urinary catheter care is one way to prevent catheter-related urinary tract infections. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of indwelling urinary catheter treatment using 5% chlorhexidine gluconate on urinary tract infections in the Blora Hospital. Methods: This research uses a quasi-experimental posttest-only design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, 12 subjects were recruited. The independent variable is indwelling urinary catheter care, and the dependent variable is urinary tract infection. Data were collected using colony counts and bacterial types on the fourth day. Data were analyzed by using the Mann Whitney test. Results: The results of the study showed that there was no difference in the incidence of urinary tract infections between patients in the treatment group who received indwelling urinary catheter treatment using chlorhexidine gluconate 5% and patients in the control group who received standard catheter treatment (p=0.138). Conclusion: Perineal care agents do not affect the incidence of catheter-related urinary tract infections. Further research should involve a larger number of respondents and consider respondent characteristics such as antibiotic use, diabetes mellitus, and urine production to obtain more accurate results.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground : Early mobilization is some effort to defend autonomy as early as possible by guiding the victim for defending fisiologis function (Carpenito, 2001).  According Smeltzer & Bare (2002) in patient with colon inflammation disturbance, explained that change position encourage doing passive and active exercise to depend muscle and prevent tromboembolic.  Activity limitation changed suitable with daily necessary.  General anesthesia can cause decreasing colon movement with stimuli parasympatic obstruction in colon muscle.  Client with local anesthesia will experience same case.  Direction surgery which involved intestinal can cause stopping intestinal while movement. Surgery action with general anesthesia in RS.DR.R.Soeprapto Cepuoften was being done in juny – December 2012 period reported 166 cases.Objective : This study to determine the difference of early mobilization 6 hours and 8 hours toward intestine peristaltic on post operation patient with general anesthesia at RSUD dr. R. Soeprapto Cepu. Methods : Method of this research  used quasi eksperimental design and taking sampling method was stratified random sampling, research was done into 20 respondences.  Collecting data technique using observation technique.  Statistic analysis used Independent t-test exam, organize and data analysis with computer program assist SPSS for windows 16.Result : The result analysis was shown with independent t-test exam was be found t hitung 0,662, t table 2,101, p value 0,641.  Where is t hitung < t table (0,662 < 2,101) and p value > alpha (0,641 > 0,05) above can be conclude Ho was accepted.  Its mean its’nt difference early mobilization 6 hours and 8 hours about peristaltic of intestine for post operation patient with general anesthesia in dr.R.Soeprapto Cepu Hospitals.Conclusion : Advice we recommend early mobilization of patients immediately after surgery with general anesthesia, according to the results of this study was able to mobilize patients early in the post anesthesia 6 hours. Keywords: mobilisation, peristaltic of intestine, post operation, general anesthesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Climate change in Indonesia is strongly influenced by 3 basic climate patterns: monsoon, equatorial and local climate systems which cause dramatic differences in rainfall patterns, tending to give rise to a high potential for various types of hydrometeorological disasters, such as floods, flash floods, droughts, weather extreme, extreme waves. The community-based early warning system for flood disaster preparedness (SIBAT) is one of the means for preventing flood disasters.The aim of this research is to describeThe relationship between the characteristics of sibat cadres and knowledge about community-based early warning system strategies for flood disaster preparedness (sibat) on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River, Blora Regency. Research methods This is a quantitative approachcross sectional  with a total sample of 110 SIBAT cadres selected using the Slovin method. Data was collected using a questionnaire sheet, then analyzed usingChi Square. The research results show that from3 The independent variable is significantly related to the dependent variable, the age variable with pvalue 0.013, gender variable with pvalue 0.071, education level variable with pvalue 0.013. which means that each variable has a strong relationship with the dependent variable, namely with knowledge about the Community-based Disaster Information System on the banks of the Bengawan Solo River.Keywords: SIBAT cadres, disaster preparedness, floods

Abstract

Latar belakang Terapi hemodialisis merupakan bentuk terapi penggantian fungsi ginjal yang paling banyak dilakukan dan layanan kesehatan dengan benban pembiayaan yang berat. Pengkajian riwayat penyakit pasien merupakan elemen yang penting dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan guna menjadi landasan dalam menegakan diagnostic dan merumuskan intervensi keperawatan yang tepat.Tujuan penelitian yaitu dapat memperoleh gambaran riwayat penyakit pada pasien dengan terapi  Hemodialisa di  RSUD dr. R. Soetijono BloraMetode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medik atau status pasien Hemodialisa yang tersimpan di bagian Rekam Medik RSUD dr. R. Soetijono Blora.Hasil penelitian kurun waktu mulai bulan Januari 2021 sampai dengan bulan  Desember 2022 didapatkan 115 kasus dengan terapi Hemodialisis yang sebagian besar berusia 56 – 65 tahun, jenis kelamin didominasi perempuan yang diduga pengaruh estrogen ginjal, adapun pasien dengan terapi Hemodialisis sebagian besar memiliki riwayat penyakit Diabetes Melitus (40,9%).Implikasi: Peningkatan jumlah kasus pasien dengan terapi Hemodialisa akan berdampak pada kesiapan layanan kesehatan dalam mempersiapan fasilitas, sumber daya, biaya dan teknologi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada pasien dengan terapi Hemodialisa.Simpulan penelitian bahwa pasien dengan terapi hemodialisis sebagian besar mempunyai riwayat penyakit Diabetes Melitus

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the teacher's role in achieving student learning outcomes. In addition to other objectives of this study, namely to find out the supporting factors faced by teachers in improving the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Karangrena 03. Researchers conducted this research in April 2023 at SD Negeri Karangrena 03 Maos Cilacap at the right time and location. Where Andri Muhartati, S.Pd is the teacher for class V, while all students in the class are the subject of this qualitative method. Information collection methods used in this study are observation and interviews. This study uses a qualitative descriptive data analysis method. Looking at the information obtained by experts, it can be concluded that the role of the teacher in achieving learning outcomes for grade 5 students in Indonesian subjects, namely the teacher acts as a learning resource, the teacher as a facilitator, the teacher as a manager, the teacher as a guide, the teacher as a demonstrator, the teacher as a motivator, and teacher as an evaluator. Supporting factors in achieving student learning outcomes include parental support, determining the learning method used, the relationship between students and students, as well as the relationship between teachers and students.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the teacher's role in shaping character education in Cibendung 02 Public Elementary School. The method used in this study was using qualitative methods. The sources of this research are students, class teachers, school principals, and also the surrounding community. Retrieval of data used is by interview, observation, and documentation. The techniques used in data collection consist of searching for data, presenting data, and the last is drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study are that teachers have maximized the learning of Pancasila character education through other learning subjects. The teacher also directly applies examples of Pancasila student profile characters that students must have in their usual learning activities. For example, mutual cooperation activities in carrying out school cleaning activities so that they are completed quickly. The importance of growing the character of the Pancasila student profile is very important. Therefore, every school must instill the character profile of Pancasila students in each of their students, in order to form good character for this nation's generation.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to increase student activity in learning science and ecosystem material in class V elementary school. The PjBL method used involves students in a project to make ecosystem dioramas, which is carried out in groups. Each group was assigned to make dioramas of various types of ecosystems such as marine ecosystems, savanna, tundra and tropical rainforest. The learning process includes an introduction to ecosystem concepts, research and analysis, as well as presentation and discussion of student work. From the research results, the data shows a significant increase in student activity from 25% in the pre-cycle to 75% in the first cycle. PBL helps overcome boredom in traditional teacher-centered learning methods, encouraging students' activeness, creativity, deep understanding of ecosystems, and communication and collaboration skills. This approach has proven to be effective in increasing the activeness and quality of science learning in the classroom. The application of the PJBL model in science learning with ecosystem material has proven to be effective in increasing students' activeness, creativity, communication and collaboration. This approach not only triggers students to be more active in learning, but also provides a deeper understanding of the ecosystem, as well as developing skills that are important for their future. Therefore, PJBL can be a very effective learning strategy, especially in science subjects.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify several approaches that can arouse children's interest in reading, especially elementary school students. For students in particular, interest in reading is something that is very important. It is a collective obligation for parents, teachers and elementary school children to try to arouse interest in reading. As a result, one of the problems is the decline in students' enthusiasm for reading in class. Another problem is students' lack of interest in reading and teachers' indifference to the fact that students read books as part of their education. When trying to use image media to increase elementary school students' interest or willingness to read, it is best to provide encouragement and assistance to the students.
