Abstract

For low-level students the reading stage is to read the beginning. Pre-reading to low-grade students is the foundation of the speed-reading, extensive reading, and reading comprehension stages that are indispensable in high-level classes. So that the teacher must really hone students' beginning reading skills. The teacher has not fully utilized the media in learning to read. The position of the teaching media is in the teaching method component as an effort to enhance the process of teacher-student interaction and student interaction with their learning environment. One of the supports for learning to start reading is teaching reading skills such as letter cards, picture series, big books, story calendars, and picture story books. These media are very easy to obtain or make by the teacher himself. The focus of this research is to improve learning early reading skills through the big book media for class IA MI Nurul Islam Kalibendo, Pasirian District, Lumajang Regency. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the learning of early reading skills leads to a significant increase based on the activeness and enthusiasm of students during learning. So that this can be increased by using the big book media maximally. This is evidenced by the average value of students' initial reading skills after the action increased to 93.3%.

Abstract

The restrictions on educational activities were felt by Indonesia because of the Covid-19 pandemic and caused learning loss or failure of understanding in students, forcing the government to open schools again using a synchronous learning model, namely direct face-to-face learning and face-to-face indirect learning called ansynchronous. This research is a case study research that uses qualitative methods, the research object is Lumajang secondary education, the data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation are then analyzed using the triangulation analysis method. The learning model of MAN Lumajang uses a synchronous learning model using the E-Learning application, it's just that it is not optimal so that the impact such as learning loss is still very pronounced with the division of classes twice a week face to face. Meanwhile, SMAN 1 Lumajang uses a synchronous learning model using the MT (Microsoft Team) application, but it is not optimal, so the impact such as learning loss is still felt by dividing classes twice a week face to face. SMKN 1 Lumajang uses an asynchronous learning model using the Google Classroom application, its use is maximized so that the impact such as learning loss is still not felt by dividing classes once a week face to face.

Abstract

In particular, human development is subject to the search for fulfillment through an educational process based on Maqāṣid al-Syar'ah. The point of Maqāṣid al-Syar'ah is to protect mankind and protect them from harm in this world and the hereafter from each individual. This research is aqualitative research through a literature review review with descriptive analysis. This study results that the practice of 6 important things in Maqâshid al-syarî'ah is expected to be the main reference in implementing life practices,especially from the fields of spirituality, education, economics and health. This is used as a form of balancing integrated Islamic and general knowledge, this research only focuses on the preparation of human resources in terms of education

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to provide a clear picture of the concept of Islamic Leadership of Sultan Muhammad al-Fatih. With the descriptive analysis method, it is known that he practices spirituality as an Islamic Based Development actor which is a picture of a leader who can influence others to do something useful to the organization and oneself. This research describes the leadership of an Islamic figure who upholds Islamic principles. This research is also expected to add scientific insight around Islamic leadership as an optional to be applied today and in the future.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang konsep Islamic Leadership Sultan Muhammad al-Fatih. Dengan metode analisis deskriptif diketahui bahwa beliau mempraktik spiritualitas sebagai aktor Islamic Based Development yang merupakan gambaran pemimpin yang dapat mempengaruhi kepada orang lain untuk melakukan sesuatu bermanfaat terhadap organisasi dan diri sendiri. Pelitian ini mendiskripsikan gambaran kepeminpinan dari seorang tokoh Islam yang menjunjung tinggi prinsip-prinsip Islam. Penelitian ini juga diharap menambah wawasan keilmuan seputar leadership Islam sebagai opsional untuk diaplikasikan masa ini dan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the thing that contributes the most to world economic development, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. One of the most popular is halal entrepreneurship today. Indonesia itself is targeting the vision of becoming a global halal hub in the world in 2024. For Indonesia it is not an easy matter to realize this vision, this is because it is experiencing obstacles from the Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah sector which is still a lot of obstacles in the process of providing halal assurance and The readiness of human resources is still few who are aware of the importance of halal products. This research contributes more specifically to the discussion of human resources who are aware of the halal assurance required and in accordance with Islamic provisions, as well as formulating human resources as the main capital in Halal entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The research is focuses on how the habituation of behavior through good examplary of teacher in the view of Syekh Imam al-Zarnuji, and how are the espousals and obstacles to make the habituation of the students’ behavior through ‘uswatun hasanah’ from the teacher at SMP Al-Ikhlash Lumajang. The research method is qualitative using Grounded Theory, the data collection is using observation, interview and documentation, and the analysis data is using inductive, deductive and descriptive. Based on the data analysis shown that the students’ behavior in perspective of Syekh Al-Zarnuji, it has been mostly impelemented at SMP Al-Ikhlash Lumajang. Firstly, the students’ behavior toward their teachers; they are honor deeply relating to the whole teachers’ thing. Secondly, they are honeor deeply of the knowledges such as make the books are neat in the bookshelves. Thirdly, the competencies of teacher were needed as the figure of uswatun hasanah perspective of Syekh al-Zarnuji has been the characteristics of each teacher at SMP al-Ikhlash Lumajang. The espousal factors of such habitual behavior are the recruitment of quality teachers from Lemdik al-Ikhlash, upgrading teachers, the bahavior has been the characteristic of teachers, adequate facilities, and continuity. While, the obstacles factors such as the input of students were from the various educational background in the beginning of school year.

Abstract

Green Waqf is a potential method for achieving prosperity, expanding financial inclusion, advancing Islamic justice, and eliminating disparities in poverty levels. This research aims to find a model of good waqf governance to generate sustainable income increases. It will be accomplished by developing an integrated waqf model incorporating an environmental perspective as a balanced scorecard. This study is a literature review that also includes descriptive analysis, and it employs balanced scorecard analysis as its framework for conducting research. The results of the research are used to compile the data. During this phase of the process, data collection methods are utilized in order to locate and collect information pertinent to green Waqf, waqf productivity, the balanced scorecard, and an Islamic perspective in a structured manner. The conversation illuminated that the Waqf regulatory system was not functioning at its full potential and required enhancement. The conversation inspired that the Waqf regulatory system needed to be operating at its full potential; this needs to be emphasized, especially as a response to the low levels of waqf literacy, nazhir capacity, and technology utilization. The waqf management system does not exist in a vacuum free of defects. It is hoped that by using a balanced scorecard, gaps will be closed by implementing strategies, particularly the productivity and growth strategies, to maximize waqf management and provide an understanding of waqf ecosystems, thereby increasing the productivity of waqf management, generating the profitability of waqf assets, and maximizing the distribution of Waqf to beneficiaries (mauquf 'alaih). It will result in closing the gaps.

Abstract

Education is very influential on students in adapting themselves and being socially sustainable to their environment. Education have concepts that must be neatly organized in carrying out educational principles with quality results and making education truly able to shape students into a smart and religious generation. The concept of education is found in the book Ta'limul Muta’allim written by Syekh Burhanuddin al-Zarnuji and the book Washoya al-aba 'lil Abna' written by sheikh Muhammad Syakir which is widely used as a guide for students at Islamic boarding schools. The two books are considered important to be compared as a reference in knowing the concept of education in the book Ta'limul Mut'allim by Sheikh Burhanuddin al-Zarnuji and the concept of education according to the book Washoya al-Aba’ lil Abna' by Syekh Muhammad Syakir. This study uses library research using documentation data collection techniques while data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. Researchers found the book Ta'lim Muta'allim explained that the concept of education in this book is more likely to describe a person's moral/adab when carrying out learning and teaching activities. Meanwhile, the concept of education in the book Washoya al-Aba 'lil Abna' does not only focus on the provisions of teaching and learning, but also describes the need for a child to serve Allah and His Prophet, including describing the morals of daily life.
