Abstract

This study aims to analyze in-depth the management of learning based on the Sundanese local wisdom value of hade tata hade basa in the process of internalizing elementary school students' character. The urgency of this research is based on the phenomenon of student character degradation as an implication of globalization and digital technology, as well as the suboptimal integration of local cultural values ​​into learning practices. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects included principals, teachers, and students at SDN 2 Babakancikao and SDN 1 Mulyamekar in Purwakarta Regency. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, while data analysis referred to the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that the management of learning based on the value of hade tata hade basa has not been implemented optimally and systematically. At the planning stage, the integration of local wisdom values ​​has not been explicitly formulated in the learning materials. At the implementation stage, internalization of values ​​is carried out through habituation practices, but is not supported by structured pedagogical strategies. Meanwhile, at the evaluation stage, assessments are still oriented towards cognitive aspects and do not specifically accommodate character indicators. Supporting factors include a conducive school culture and leadership support, while inhibiting factors include limited teacher competency and a lack of implementation guidance. These findings underscore the need to strengthen integrated learning management based on local cultural values ​​to continuously improve the effectiveness of student character internalization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of differentiated-based Scouting coaching for students with diverse disabilities through a multi-case study at SLBN BAG B Garut and SLB C YKB Garut. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that: (1) planning begins with needs assessment tailored to the type of disability; (2) organizing adopts different structures formal structure at the hearing impairment school versus small-group structure at the intellectual disability school; (3) implementation applies differentiation of content, process, and product, with communication strategies as the main differentiator; (4) evaluation is conducted continuously, both formally and informally. Supporting factors include the commitment of school principals/foundations and the enthusiasm of coaches, while inhibiting factors include limited human resources and the unavailability of special modules. This study contributes to the development of a contextual differentiated management model for Scouting coaching in special needs schools.

Abstract

The development of community-based creative enterprises has become an effective strategy to enhance rural economic independence. However, the skills of the women’s community group (PKK) in Ciwaruga Village, West Bandung Regency—such as sewing, make-up artistry, cooking, and decoration—have not been fully utilized in an organized business. This issue highlights the need for an innovative creative business in the form of a Wedding Organizer (WO) that integrates local skills with Sundanese cultural wisdom. The method applied in this program was a participatory empowerment approach. The stages included identifying human resource potentials and local wisdom, mapping infrastructure and collaboration opportunities with local MSMEs, conducting training on WO management and digital marketing, and designing a collaborative business model. The results indicate that PKK members are able to contribute significantly to WO services such as bridal make-up, decoration, catering, and the production of local souvenirs. Furthermore, social networking and the use of digital media proved effective in enhancing promotion, while synergy with local MSMEs strengthened business sustainability and created more comprehensive wedding service packages with cultural value. In conclusion, the development of a women-empowered WO in Ciwaruga Village not only generates new economic opportunities but also reinforces local cultural identity and supports family independence. This model has the potential to be replicated in other villages as a strategy for community-based creative economic development.

Abstract

Kemandirian belajar merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting yang perlu dimiliki siswa dalam menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21 dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Salah satu faktor yang diduga memengaruhi kemandirian belajar adalah Self-Regulated Learning (SRL), yaitu kemampuan siswa dalam mengatur, mengontrol, dan mengevaluasi proses belajarnya secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self-Regulated Learning terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa di SMAN 4 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa yang dipilih sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi, dan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-Regulated Learning memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Semakin baik kemampuan siswa dalam mengatur proses belajarnya, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kemandirian belajar yang dimiliki. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan regulasi diri menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung terbentuknya perilaku belajar yang mandiri.

Abstract

This article aims to synthesize education policy and primary school governance systems in Asia and Europe from 2020 to 2025. The study employed a PRISMA 2020-based systematic literature review using articles retrieved from Scopus, ERIC, and Google Scholar. A total of 30 articles were selected through identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and final synthesis. The data were analyzed through descriptive mapping and critical narrative synthesis. The findings show that primary school governance in Asia and Europe does not follow a single model, but reflects a hybrid governance pattern. Asia tends to demonstrate stronger state control, administrative decentralization, and the expansion of school-based management, although these reforms do not always lead to substantive school autonomy. Europe shows stronger local autonomy, institutional accountability, evaluation, and data use. This review confirms that effective primary school governance depends on the balance between national standards, school autonomy, accountability, financing, leadership, equity, community participation, and digital governance. ABSTRAK Artikel ini bertujuan mensintesis kebijakan pendidikan dan sistem tata kelola sekolah dasar di Asia dan Eropa pada periode 2020-2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode systematic literature review berbasis PRISMA 2020 dengan sumber artikel dari Scopus, ERIC, dan Google Scholar. Sebanyak 30 artikel dipilih melalui proses identifikasi, penyaringan, penilaian kelayakan, dan sintesis akhir. Data dianalisis melalui pemetaan deskriptif dan sintesis naratif kritis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola sekolah dasar di Asia dan Eropa tidak bergerak dalam satu model tunggal, tetapi membentuk pola governance hibrida. Asia cenderung menampilkan kendali negara yang kuat, desentralisasi administratif, dan penguatan school-based management yang belum selalu menghasilkan otonomi substantif. Eropa lebih menonjol dalam otonomi lokal, akuntabilitas kelembagaan, evaluasi, dan penggunaan data. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas tata kelola sekolah dasar bergantung pada keseimbangan antara standar nasional, otonomi sekolah, akuntabilitas, pembiayaan, kepemimpinan, pemerataan, partisipasi masyarakat, dan digital governance.

Abstract

Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) Wira Tani berada di Kabupaten Karawang yang merupakan mitra, dibangun secara swadaya kelompok tani sebagai wadah penyuluhan pertanian dan mempunyai program yaitu pelatih pertanian peternakan-perikanan untuk masyarakat, program magang dan praktik kerja lapangan, serta pusat informasi dan teknologi pertanian, termasuk aktivitas berbasis kesadaran lingkungan. Wira Tani menjadi tujuan studi banding dari siswa/i sekolah PAUD sampai SMP-SMA dan mahasiswa disekitar Karawang dan Jabodetabek, kelompok komunitas Tani, komunitas bisnis, serta menjadi tujuan kunjungan instansi hingga wisata keluarga. Kegiatan P4S ini melipun berbagai kegiatan edukasi dan pendidikan pertanian terpadu. P4S Wiratani mengembangakan Agroeduwisata menjadi pusat Agroecocultureedutaniment dengan biaya Rp. 4 Milyar secara mandiri . Melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) diharapkan P4S WIRA TANI dapat Mengoptimalkan peran seluruh pengurus P4S Wira Tani, Meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat, Mengembangkan solusi berbasis budaya lokal, Mengintegrasikan nilai budaya Sunda. Menjadikan P4S WIRA TANI sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman.

Abstract

The principal's communication strategy plays a crucial role in creating a conducive organizational climate in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the principal's communication strategy in fostering a positive organizational climate at SMK Fadilah South Tangerang. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and education staff, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña with source, technique, and time triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the principal applies two complementary communication patterns, namely formal communication through meetings, official circulars, and policy dissemination, and informal communication through direct discussions, interpersonal interactions, and digital communication platforms. The integration of these communication strategies enhances work coordination, information transparency, teacher participation in decision-making, and collaborative relationships within the school. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including delays in information dissemination and unequal participation among school members. The study concludes that an integrated communication strategy serves as an essential instrument of transformational leadership and contributes significantly to the development of a conducive organizational climate in vocational schools.

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are crucial factors in achieving effective and efficient educational goals, as mandated by the Constitution and the Law on the National Education System. However, current realities indicate existing disparities in educational facilities that hinder the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the urgency, eligibility standards, and management mechanisms of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools. The research method employed is qualitative with a literature review (library research) approach, where data were collected from various primary and secondary sources, classified, and interpreted to form comprehensive conclusions. The results indicate that adequate, inclusive, and disability-friendly facilities and infrastructure, in accordance with Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Regulation (Permendikbudristek) No. 22 of 2023, can significantly increase student learning motivation. Furthermore, the management of these facilities requires a systematic strategic approach, including priority-based planning, task organization, and administrative supervision to prevent mismanagement. The study concludes that a management cycle consisting of seven stages—ranging from needs analysis to reporting—is vital to ensuring the availability and sustained quality of educational facilities to meet national education standards.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the education sector has shifted the data management paradigm from a conventional system to an integrated one. This study aims to analyze in depth the implementation, challenges, and benefits of the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) application as the primary instrument for school administration in Indonesia. Using library research, this article examines various literature, regulations, and previous research reports relevant to the digitalization of education management. The study's findings indicate that the implementation of Dapodik has successfully created national data standardization, facilitating efficiency in the distribution of operational assistance funds, mapping of infrastructure, and updating of educator data. However, this transformation process still faces significant challenges, including limited technological infrastructure in remote areas, high administrative burdens for school operators, and data validity issues related to population system synchronization. Nevertheless, Dapodik's usefulness as the backbone of education management is crucial in supporting data-driven policies. This study concludes that strengthening digital literacy among administrative staff and improving the stability of the application system are key to optimizing Dapodik's role as a catalyst for transparent and accountable school administration transformation.

Abstract

The implementation of self-assessment in teachers' professional reflection is an important component for improving the quality of education in elementary schools. However, studies on the use of self-assessment as a strategy for teachers' professional reflection remain limited, particularly those addressing the development of classroom management, pedagogical competence, and its integration into the professional development system for teachers in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of self-assessment in the professional reflection of elementary school teachers through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research was conducted by analyzing 30 national and international articles relevant to the research topic. Data analysis employed the IMRAD framework (Introduction, Method, Result, and Discussion), which aimed to map the state of the art, research gaps, scientific contributions, methodology, findings, and discussions from previous studies. The results of the review indicate that self-assessment has a positive impact on improving classroom management competence, pedagogical skills, professional reflection, self-efficacy, and the quality of learning. In addition, self-assessment enables teachers to analyze their strengths and weaknesses more objectively, which serves as a basis for continuous professional development. Based on this research, it was found that valid, reliable, and contextually appropriate self-assessment instruments for elementary school teachers in Indonesia are still limited. Therefore, the researchers recommend integrating self-assessment into the Teacher Performance Appraisal (PKG) system, teacher induction programs, and the strengthening of professional reflection practices through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) to support a reflective learning culture and the sustainable improvement of educational quality.
