Abstract

Since the goal of the research is to review the general discussion of each piece that needs money and operating capital for the analysis of the evaluated investment, financial elements are crucial to examine. A business's viability may be evaluated using metrics like the Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profability Index (PI), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Within the framework of field research, this study employs qualitative research methods. To gather information for this study, the proprietor of Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom was seen, spoken with, and recorded. First-hand accounts make up the data collection. The Payback Period (PP) for the Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom company is 7 weeks, or one month and three weeks, according to the feasibility analysis. Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom is considered to be a viable option based on the Net Present Value calculation, since the NPV value is greater than 0. Ultimately, the investment proposal is approved based on the Profitability Index computation, as the value of the index exceeds 1 based on feasibility criteria and the financial elements' outcomes. Keywords: business feasibility, financial aspects, payback period, net present value, profitability index Aspek keuangan penting untuk dianalisis karena tujuan studi adalah untuk menilai diskusi umum dari setiap elemen yang membutuhkan pendanaan dan modal kerja untuk analisis investasi yang dievaluasi. Kelangsungan hidup suatu usaha dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan kriteria seperti Profability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), dan Net Present Value (NPV). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dalam konteks penelitian lapangan. Dalam rangka mengumpulkan data untuk penelitian ini, pemilik Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom diobservasi, diwawancarai, dan didokumentasikan. Data yang terkumpul merupakan catatan tangan pertama. Kelayakan usaha Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom menunjukkan bahwa Payback Period (PP) selama 7 minggu atau 1 bulan 3 minggu. Dari perhitungan Net Present Value, Sambal Rujak Mbak Qom dikatakan layak untuk dipilih karena nilai NPV > 0. Terakhir dari perhitungan Profitability Index, usulan investasi diterima karena nilai Profitability Index > 1 berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan, sesuai dengan hasil dari aspek keuangan. Abstract

In general, the development of educational psychology is a branch of psychology that specializes in the scientific study of understanding teaching and learning processes in educational environments. Psychology is not limited to a single branch; rather, it encompasses various fields that are intriguing to explore. One of these is educational psychology. Islamic educational psychology is a field of knowledge dedicated to thoroughly analyzing human behavior as educators, alongside their potential in striving for the perfection of human life in accordance with Islamic teachings. In this context, perfection refers to the achievement of educational goals through continuous development of physical and spiritual potential, or the dimensions of al-jismiyah (physical) and ruhiyah (spiritual). The urgency of studying educational psychology in Islam, based on the Qur'an, lies in its role as a method and medium for refining one's soul, which is reflected in personality and behavior in daily life. The goal is to find solutions to transform students' behavior towards betterment and to achieve an ideal Islamic personality (mutmainnah).

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of integrating three approaches in education: holistic, contextual, and futuristic, to prepare students for the future. Holistic learning focuses on overall individual development (intellectual, emotional, social, physical and spiritual). Contextual learning connects lesson material with students' real lives. Futuristic learning develops 21st century skills such as critical thinking and digital literacy. Although beneficial, the integration of these three approaches faces challenges such as limited resources, teacher preparedness, student participation, appropriate curriculum, cultural differences, and appropriate evaluation. The Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia supports the implementation of this approach. Adaptation to local contexts and collaboration between parties are important to overcome challenges and realize quality education.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is correlation mechanic constant energy law to students’ achievement in momentum of the XI grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan. The method of this research is descriptive method by correlational approach to see the description of both variables. Population of this research is all of the XI grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan, consist of 3 classes, it is 105 students. Sampling technique was taken by using random sampling, it is 31 students. The instrument of this research is test for both variables, and it is 20 items. Data was analyzed by two steps. They are descriptive and inferential analysis by using r product formula. The mean of mechanic constant energy law is 76.27, it is good category. The mean of the students’ achievement in momentum is 79.53, it is very good category. Based on the calculation , it was got that r count is 0.736, and r table is 0.355 at 95 % significant. It can be seen that r count is greater than r table ( 0.736 > 0.355 ). It means that there is significant correlation mechanic constant energy law to students’ achievement in momentum of the XI grade students of SMA Negeri 5 Padangsidimpuan

Abstract

ABSTRAKNilai ukur antara sensor load cell yang ada pada timbangan digital dan nilai ukur pada timbangan konvensional atau manual terkadang memiliki perbedaan yang sangat signifikan diantara keduanya, hal ini biasanya diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan nilai ukur tersebut, oleh karena itu pada penelitian kali ini, akan dilakukan suatu pengukuran dan pengujian berat suatu beban dengan objek yang ukur yaitu buah apel, tomat dan jeruk. Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sistem mana yang lebih efisien dan akurat dalam melakukan suatu perhitungan berat suatu buah. Untuk tahap pertama, Proses pengukuran berat buah menggunakan sensor load cell dilakukan pada alat penyortir buah otomatis, kemudian untuk tahap kedua, pengukuran buah dilakukan dengan menggunakan timbangan jenis manual atau konvensioanal. Setelah didapat nilai perhitungan dari keduanya, selanjutnya akan dianalisa dan dibandingakan hasil ukur dari kedua sistem tersebut untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dari keduanya.Kata Kunci : Perbandingan, Nilai Ukur, Load Cell, Timbangan Manual, keakuratan ABSTRACTThe measuring values between the load cell sensors present in the digital scales and the measured values on the conventional or manual scales sometimes have a very significant difference between them, this is usually due to several factors affecting the difference in measuring values, therefore in this study, Will be done a measurement and testing the weight of a load with the measuring object of apples, tomatoes and oranges. This test is conducted to determine which system is more efficient and accurate in performing a weight calculation of a fruit. For the first stage, the process of measuring the weight of fruit using the load cell sensor is done on the automatic fruit sorter, then for the second stage, the fruit measurement is done by using manual or conventional scales. Having obtained the value of the calculation of both, then will be analyzed and compared the results of measuring both systems to determine the level of efficiency of both.Keywords: Comparison, Measure Value, Load Cell, Manual Scales, Accuracy

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji rasio profitabilitas dan solvabilitas PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk selama periode 2020-2023 dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif berbasis data sekunder. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variasi signifikan dalam efisiensi penggunaan aset dan kinerja keseluruhan. Pada tahun 2020, perusahaan mengalami kesulitan memenuhi standar industri, namun mencatat peningkatan pada tahun-tahun berikutnya. Meskipun ada peningkatan, kinerja masih di bawah standar yang diharapkan, mengindikasikan isu dalam manajemen aset dan pencapaian profitabilitas. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya manajemen aset yang efektif, adaptasi, dan inovasi berkelanjutan untuk menjaga kinerja yang baik dan mengatasi fluktuasi pasar. Ditemukan juga bahwa perusahaan telah membuat kemajuan dalam mengurangi ketergantungan pada utang, terutama melalui penurunan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas. Namun, masih terdapat ruang untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut.Penelitian ini merekomendasikan evaluasi dan perencanaan strategi keuangan yang komprehensif untuk mengoptimalkan struktur modal dan memperkuat kesehatan keuangan. Langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan posisi pasar perusahaan dan memastikan keberlanjutan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Perlambatan ekonomi global telah menghasilkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sangat cepat, yang telah meningkatkan standar kesuksesan bisnis. Persaingan yang ketat ini sering kali mengakibatkan praktik bisnis yang tidak aman dalam hal jual beli. Banyak pemilik bisnis yang terlibat dalam praktik menjual barang yang telah mereka beli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip etika bisnis Islam di CV. Swalayan Cahaya Abadi, bagaimana para pedagang menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut, dan memahami pandangan para pedagang mengenai prinsip etika bisnis Islam di swalayan ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan (field research), dengan data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung terhadap pemilik, karyawan, dan pembeli di CV. Swalayan Cahaya Abadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Swalayan Cahaya Abadi sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam, yang mencakup kejujuran, keadilan, transparansi, dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam setiap transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islam dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta menciptakan lingkungan usaha yang lebih harmonis dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Research related to material objects can be classified as follows: idiom meaning and semantic studies. On the meaning of idioms based on what was explained in Abdul Chaer's writings, an idiom is an utterance whose meaning cannot be predicted. Then in the semantic study aspect is the linguistic aspect which contains sound structures as well as concepts and meanings. From research related to the meaning of idioms that are often found in various someone's works, one of which is a novel. However, after tracing the meaning of the idiom cannot be understood only through the words that make it up, it requires re-analysis. Besides that, based on the research that the researchers conducted, research on the meaning of idioms used in the Qur'an, especially in each sura of this semantic review, has never been studied. This article uses qualitative research which means descriptive-analytical research. Based on the data analyzed and collected, this research is included in the category of Library Research (library) which is often disclosed, namely theoretical studies. The analysis used in this study is interpretive approach, namely looking at texts that can express a meaning in the sentence. With this analysis, the researcher has provided data which is the basis for applying the theoretical framework previously described. The author has found that there are many patterns of idiomatic meanings in every translation of surahs in the Qur'an. However, due to the limitations of the author's abilities, the author only takes a few patterns of idiom meanings as part of the surahs in the Qur'an, which count as many as 20 idioms with different surahs.

Abstract

The lack of specialized tools to check the condition of ornamental fish has hindered effective management. This research proposes a novel software architecture that uses the YOLOv9 model combined with RT-DETR to enable accurate and timely identification of ornamental fish conditions including fish diseases, empowering farmers and hobbyists with a valuable resource. This integration is done using Soft Voting Ensemble Learning technique. To achieve this goal, an Android mobile application successfully classified healthy fish and accurately identified common diseases such as bacteria, fungal, parasitic, and whitetail. Based on the test results, the integration accuracy of the YOLOv9 and RT-DETR models produced a high result of 0.8947 while the stand-alone YOLOv9 showed 0.8889 and the stand-alone RT-DETR of 0.8904. Recommendations are given for the combination of YOLOv9 and RT-DETR in condition detection and diagnosis of ornamental fish diseases.

Abstract

The concept of education, whether formal, informal, or non-formal, in the perspective of Islamic education, is fundamentally aimed not only at equipping students with knowledge and skills but also at fostering emotional, social, and spiritual intelligence. This approach is intended to shape them into individuals with the character of insān kāmil (a complete and noble human being). In relation to this, the philosophy of Islamic education encompasses the terms tarbiyah, ta'lim, and ta'dib. Among these, the term ta'dib is considered the most appropriate, as it encompasses not only the transfer of knowledge but also the transfer of values to students.
