This study aims to determine individual characteristics, job characteristics, and occupational health and safety (K3) on productivity with job satisfaction Intervening Variable PT. Integra Indocabinet Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 75 employees of PT. Integra Indocabinet Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results of this study prove that individual characteristics affect job satisfaction, job characteristics affect job satisfaction, job characteristics affect job satisfaction, individual characteristics affect productivity, job characteristics affect productivity, job characteristics affect productivity, job satisfaction affects productivity, Individual characteristics affect productivity mediated by job satisfaction, job characteristics affect productivity mediated by job satisfaction, job characteristics affect productivity mediated by job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational communication and organizational culture on employee performance (Study at Lazismu Umsida). This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 Lazismu Umsida employees. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that organizational commitment affects employee performance, organizational communication affects employee performance, organizational culture also affects employee performance. In addition, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Communication and Organizational Culture have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

This study applies a quantitative method with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 55 employees UD. Ratu Kencana Pangan Cabang Ngerong Kecamatan Gempol. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that leadership style democratic partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The work environment partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style democratic, compensation, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, work stress and leadership style on employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin with innovation as an intervening variable. The type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach. Because the total population is less than 100 or can be said to be a saturated sample, the total sample used is the same as the total population, namely 45 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The data collection technique used in this research is to distribute questionnaires and the tool to analyze the data obtained is to use IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for windows. The results obtained from this study prove that 1) Knowledge variable affects innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 2) Job stress variable affects innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 3) Leadership Style variable affects Innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 4) Knowledge variable Affects Employee Performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 5) Work stress variable affects employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 6) Variables of Leadership Style affect employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 7) Innovation variable affects employee performance at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 8) Knowledge variable affects employee performance through innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 9) Variable work stress affects employee performance through innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin 10) Variable leadership style does not will have an effect on employee performance through innovation at UMKM Sumber Rejeki Tanggulangin.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. Implora Sukses Abadi with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In determining the number of samples in this study, the Porposive Sampling . formula was used so that the number of samples used in this study were 134 respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires and the tools to analyze the data obtained were using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for windows. This study aims to analyze and see the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT Prima Karya Teknik. And to see which of the organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have the most significant effect on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement level, interviews and observations. The population in this study are all employees at PT Prima Karya Teknik, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling technique, namely taking or determining the sample if all the population is used as a sample. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed using SPSS Version 22 software. The data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the analysis results show that organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees. And the most significant variable on the performance of PT Prima Karya Teknik employees is the organizational culture variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of reward (X1), workload (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) on employee performance (Y) through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (Z). This research has a causal concept with the aim of obtaining truth results whether proven or not through the formulated hypothesis and using data analysis. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis technique with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for the social science) version 25 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested using validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that (1) reward has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (4) rewards have a positive effect and significant to employee performance, (5) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (7) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (8) reward has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, (9) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, (10) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture . competence and employe welfare on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) partially or simultaneosly at PT. Ekadharma international Tbk. in this study the researrcher used Quantitative research. The data in this study used tabulated data from respondents trough both observation and the questionnaire results. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were sixty employees at PT. Ekadharma Internasional Tbk. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS version 25 software. The results of thisstudy indicated that : (1) Organizational Culture, Competence and welfare partially affected organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), (2) Organizational Culture, Competence, and Welfare simultaneously affected organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). based on the finding results, the researcher concluded that competencevariable had the most significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Ekadharma Internasional Tbk.
