Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Environment, and Self Efficacy on Interest in Entrepreneurship (Study on Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Batch 2018). Law and Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo Class 2018. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is the slovin formula with a total sample of 210 students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences Class of 2018. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale and tested for reliability and validity. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that entrepreneurship education has an effect on interest in entrepreneurship, environment affects interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy affects entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, entrepreneurship education, environment, and self-efficacy affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Adanya komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri, stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan membuat karyawan kurang semangat kerja dan karyawan merasa tertekan kepada tugas yang diberikan. Maka pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya variabel komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UD. Mahakam Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian memakai metode survey, teknik pengambilan sample memakai simple random sampling. Jenis data yaitu primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang melibatkan 200 responden UD. Mahakam Raya. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, konsep diri dan stres kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Adanya Human Resource Information System, OCB dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan kurang bersemangat kerja dan karyawan merasa tertekan dengan tugas yang diberikan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Human Resource Information Systems, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD. Mahakam Raya di Gempol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 185 karyawan UD. Mahakam Raya Teknik penerapan data dari SPSS 25 digunakan dalam analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Human Resource Information Systems, organizational ccitizenship behavior dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan UD. Mahakam Raya

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of work experience on employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, the influence of innovative work behavior on employee performance, the influence of work experience on job satisfaction, the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, the influence of innovative work behavior on job satisfaction, the influence of employee performance on job satisfaction, the influence of work experience on job satisfaction through performance, Job motivation affects job satisfaction through performance, the influence of innovative work behavior on job satisfaction through performance in PT employees. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, individual innovation capability and knowledge sharing on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with total sampling of Ud employees. Surwalandono to evaluate the influence of self-efficacy, individual innovation capability, and knowledge sharing on employee performance in the bag industry. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research results show that there is an influence between the variables self efficacy, individual innovation capability and knowledge sharing which is positive and significant. The self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Individual innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in an organization's ability to succeed and survive. The extent to which individuals or groups succeed in achieving goals and have a positive impact on organizational results is reflected in employee performance. Apart from ensuring compliance with sharia principles, sharia talent plays an important role in growing added value, fostering customer trust, and ensuring the survival of Bank KCP Sidoarjo as a sharia banking organization. Apart from directly assisting Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo operations in navigating the nuances of the sharia banking sector, training is very important to improve individual employee performance. As a sharia banking institution, the performance and sustainability of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo is greatly influenced by employee engagement. Investing strategically in increasing employee engagement can help Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo achieve long-term growth and success. With employee engagement as an intervening variable, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of sharia talent and training on the performance of BSI KCP Sidoarjo bank employees. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with Smart PLS tools.4. Consisting of 100 research sample respondents. The research results show that talent sharing, training and employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, talent sharing and training have a positive and significant influence on improving the performance of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo employees through employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Pia Mahen SMEs. This research was conducted on 45 employees of UKM Pia Mahen using census sampling technique and classified as quantitative research. Data analysis techniques in this study are data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS 22 statistical software. The results of this study prove that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction is able to mediate compensation and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, burnout terhadap work achievement melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 56 dosen wanita di UMSIDA. Adapun teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah : teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolonearitas, heteroskedastisitas), uji analisis jalur (Path Analysis), dan uji sobel. Penelitian ini memberi hasil yaitu : work life balance tidak dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap work achievement, burnout dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap work achievement, work life balance dapat berpengaruh terhadap work achievement melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening, burnout tidak dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap work achievement melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening, serta motivasi kerja dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap work achievement.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan di UD. Nora Collectioan akan diketahui melalui upaya dalam riset ini yang mampu atau tidak diberikan pengaruhnya dari Kepribadian, Etika Kerja, serta Lingkungan Kerja yang menjadi pengukurnya. Asosiatif kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode dalam riset kali ini. UD. Nora Collection Surabaya digunakan sebagai lokasi riset berlangsung. Sehingga seluruh karyawan UD. Nora Collection Surabaya akan dilibatkan dalam riset kali ini sebagai populasi. Serta teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah Probability Sampling yaitu memberikan kesempatan yang sama pada seluruh karyawan untuk ikut serta dalam aktivitas riset, kemudian simple random sampling juga dipergunakan untuk memperoleh responden dengan acak. Kuisioner dalam riset ini dipergunakan dalam mengambil data yang ada di lapangan. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipercaya dalam melakukan analisis dalam riset ini. Kinerja karyawan UD. Nora Collection Surabaya mampu diberikan pengaruh secara parsial oleh variabel bebas yang meliputi Kepribadian, Etika Kerja, serta Lingkungan Kerja yang dibuktikan dengan membandingkan t hitung dengan t tabel dalam riset ini, dimana hasilnya t hitung masing-masing variabel bebas tidak lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 1.66827. Kemudian secara bersamaan hasil riset menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang ditimbulkan Kepribadian, Etika Kerja, serta Lingkungan kerja pada kinerja karyawan UD. Nora Collection yang dibuktikan dari hasil uji f dimana f tabel 3.14 nilainya tidak melebihi 133.339 yang merupakan f hitung. Sedangkan R square menghasilkan nilai 0.886 dengan makna bahwa variabel independen memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 86.6% pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Rapid technological advances in the industrialization era make companies move faster in meeting needs. Government regulations that limit the distance and capacity of hospitals are the main factors for the emergence of e-service quality. Doctors have started to limit face-to-face contact with patients to avoid the risk of contracting Covid-19. This of course provides a business idea for hospital digital health service providers to apply it in the form of services. The quality of electronic services is also very important for the hospital health business to promote superior products and services to reach loyal consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty with e service quality and trust variables, an integrated health business strategy from the direct effect of e service quality and trust on customer loyalty. Descriptive research design with quantitative methods, where the population is taken from consumers who use Siti Khodijah Hospital throughout Sidoarjo, researchers use random sampling technique in distributing questionnaires using accidental sampling, anyone encountered can be used as a sample, by taking 120 samples with indicators and statement items as much as 20 items. The software used is SEM PLS Wrap3.0. The resulting output is an increase in service quality to e service quality in the health business, consumer behavior and environmental conditions that determine consumers are satisfied and believe in health business products and services for individual consumers in line with the development of digital technology with a significance level of t count greater than t table and the VAF value is less than 80%, which means that customer satisfaction as an intervening variable is able to partially mediate.
