Abstract

Problems The ability of Oiki Pizza SMEs in recognizing business strengths is felt to be lacking, threats and opportunities and business weaknesses for business sustainability are still not detected properly, the level of food health according to government standards is also not properly known in running its business. The solutions offered by the team proposing Abdimas Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo include assistance in Marketing Managerial Coaching in the form of training in the preparation of TOWS analysis (Threats, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Streghts). The method that the researcher uses is divided into 2 activities carried out from January 2022 to April February 2022, namely carrying out a TOWS analysis (Threats, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Streghts) including identifying the main TOWS issues and strategies implemented, and the next activity is food poisoning anticipation training for the first level. food health. The parties involved are the three proposing lecturers and two students who serve in the management study program, UKM Oiki Pizza. Abdimas' results, namely UKM Pizza Oiki were able to compile TOWS for their business activities and record food processing activities based on the health standards of the UNESCO World Health Organization to avoid food poisoning.

Abstract

The company's competitive advantage can be seen from the implementation of strategic management of the company's performance where there is a role for dynamic capabilities in achieving sustainability. The main challenge for companies in general is to understand and apply knowledge management in the form of work systems, how to share, use knowledge and store knowledge and dispose of knowledge that is not in line with standard company procedures in the banking industry in Sidoarjo, especially Conventional Rural Banks which are also hit by break-even. Covid pandemic. The research method is quantitative explanatory with a population of 51 Conventional BPRs in Sidoarjo who are members of the Perbarindo banking organization (Association of Bank Indonesia) in the East Java region with 150 employees as a sample using Accidental Sampling questionnaires. The samples that were declared eligible were categorized as Teller, Customer Service, Back Office, Accounting, Marketing, Supervisor, Area Manager. Data were tabulated and analyzed with SEM-PLS Wrap 3.0 software with outer model and inner model analysis. In this study did not care about age and gender as well as education. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a very large effect on employee performance with a significance level of t count greater than t table. Increasing knowledge sharing in the banking industry can be an innovative performance behavior and strategic plan in the context of economic recovery during the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan inklusif di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif di lembaga pendidikan Islam melibatkan penyesuaian kurikulum dan metode pengajaran agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan beragam siswa, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, serta pelatihan guru untuk menerapkan prinsip inklusi secara efektif. Dukungan tambahan dan fasilitas khusus, seperti alat bantu belajar dan tim pendukung, harus disediakan untuk memastikan partisipasi penuh semua siswa. Keterlibatan orang tua dan komunitas serta pembentukan budaya sekolah yang mendukung inklusi dan menghargai keragaman juga krusial.

Abstract

The role of human resources Managing an online business is very important to increase the rating and reputation of the shop. This can be supported by employees who have high Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) so that they are able to carry out their roles well in the companyThis research aims to determine the influence of followership, job satisfaction and employee loyalty with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on CV Mastha Medica Surabaya employees. Using quantitative methods as research design and using saturated sampling techniques as a technique in determining the sample size. Research object on CV. Mastha Medica Surabaya with 35 employees as respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale which was then processed using the SEM-PLS method in the SmartPLS 3.0 application program. The results show that Followership has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The same results show that Job Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Meanwhile, the results show that employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

In this study, the researcher chose PT. Pelindo Container Terminal Surabaya as a research object with the status of Organic (Permanent) employees. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of talent management, HR planning and career development on employee performance at PT. Pelindo Surabaya Container Terminal. This type of research is quantitative which includes primary and secondary data. Sampling technique, Non Probability Sampling technique, the total population is 222 employees with Organic (Permanent) status. The method used in Non Probability Sampling is Purposive Sampling. The sampling technique used the sloving technique totaling 69 respondents as a sample. The method of collecting data disseminated questionnaires directly to respondents and direct observation of the research object. The data collection technique of this study uses an answer interval scale measured using a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique uses an outer and inner model and data testing uses Smart Partial Squer (PLS). The results of the study show that Talent Management has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. HR planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And career development has a positive and insignificant influence on employee performance. The findings of the study show that the company provides a job promotion for each individual employee who is selected, this is less effective for employees who are not selected so that they have insignificant results.

Abstract

The situation caused by the pandemic has prompted every company to protect the safety of its employees. The energy/electricity industry cluster continues to operate despite the need for social restrictions in several locations, including the East Java power plant. This study identifies the risks of human activities at power plants throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative data information gleaned from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research a technique that combines Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Of the 17 activities carried out in the risk analysis using the FMEA method, the activities that show the five locations with the highest RPN scores are the workshop, warehouse, administration building, Coal Handling Control Building [CHCB], and employee training. We will integrate this analysis with the risk analysis that has been prepared previously by the applicable administrative regulations. Human resource risk management is concerned with enhancing productivity among workers by lowering days ignored because of a lack of jobs. The results can serve as recommendations for evaluating COVID-19 risk management and preventive measures in power generation companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh electronic word of mouth (eWOM), kepercayaan merek, dan citra merek terhadap niat pembelian ulang di CV Asih Jaya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 103 pelanggan melalui kuesioner skala Likert. Studi ini menggunakan SPSS versi 26 untuk melakukan berbagai uji statistik termasuk reliabilitas, validitas, normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa eWOM, kepercayaan merek, dan citra merek masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat pembelian ulang secara individu dan kolektif. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut sangat penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan mendorong pembelian ulang, menekankan pentingnya mengelola umpan balik pelanggan secara online, membangun kepercayaan merek, dan mempertahankan citra merek yang kuat untuk mendorong keterlibatan dan retensi pelanggan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study investigates how motivation, work environment, and work discipline influence the performance of Integrated Referral and Service System (SLRT) officers at the Social Affairs Office of Sidoarjo Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a Likert scale questionnaire administered to 85 SLRT officers, data were analyzed through multiple linear regression in SPSS 25. The results reveal that motivation, work environment, and work discipline significantly impact employee performance. Specifically, higher levels of motivation, supportive work environments, and strong work discipline correlate positively with enhanced performance among SLRT officers. These findings highlight the importance of fostering motivational factors, improving work environments, and maintaining effective work discipline to optimize service delivery and organizational effectiveness within public service sectors. Highlight: Employee motivation significantly impacts public service performance outcomes. A conducive work environment fosters higher productivity and job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of supervision, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance. A quantitative approach with hypothesis testing was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS version 22. The research sample consisted of 55 employees from an undisclosed organization. Primary data were collected through direct distribution of questionnaires measured using a Likert scale, validated, and tested for reliability. The findings reveal that supervision, work discipline, and the work environment have partial positive effects on employee performance, and collectively, they significantly enhance employee performance. This study contributes valuable insights into the multifaceted factors affecting employee performance, offering practical implications for organizations seeking to optimize their workforce productivity. Highlight: Comprehensive Analysis: This study employs quantitative methods to comprehensively analyze the impact of supervision, work discipline, and the work environment on employee performance. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of compensation and leadership on employee performance, with work discipline serving as an intervening variable. Using a saturated sample of 37 employees at an undisclosed organization, the research employs Partial Least Square analysis. The findings reveal that compensation and leadership both significantly influence work discipline and employee performance. Moreover, work discipline significantly affects employee performance. Notably, leadership exerts a significant influence on employee performance through work discipline, while compensation directly does not. These results underscore the critical role of leadership and compensation in shaping work discipline and, ultimately, employee performance, offering valuable insights for organizational management and human resource practices. Highlights: Compensation and Leadership Influence: Both compensation and leadership play pivotal roles in shaping work discipline and employee performance. Work Discipline's Mediating Role: Work discipline acts as a significant intermediary in the relationship between leadership and employee performance.
