Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Somethingnc in Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative methods, sampling using purposive sampling. Respondents numbered 100 participants and used a questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using SPSS. The results of this research reveal that simultaneously and partially there is a significant influence between social media variables, product quality and price on the decision to purchase Somethingnc in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Emina cosmetics Sumber daya manusia ialah asset bernilai dalam badan yang mana bisa bawa akibat yang penting dalam menggapai tujuan badan atau individu. Salah satu aspek yang mempengaruhi dalam kemampuan pegawai merupakan dorongan. Pada prinsipnya karyawan di PT. Weltes Energi Nusantara memiliki hasil dari pekerjaan sedikit kurang baik dikarenakan kurang maksimal nya kinerja karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini guna Mendeskripsikan tingkat motivasi, tingkat kepuasan karyawan, tingkat komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil yang di dapat pada penelitian ini yakni dengan tingkat kompensasi, komitmen dan motivasi pada karyawan maka akan mempengaruhi kemajuan tingkat kinerja karyawan PT.Weltes Energi Nusantara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh content marketing, celebrity endorser, dan harga produk terhadap keputusan pembelian serum Hanasui di aplikasi TikTok. Rumusan masalah penelitian berfokus pada seberapa besar ketiga variabel tersebut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 100 responden yang pernah membeli serum Hanasui, serta analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing, celebrity endorser, dan harga berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa konten kreatif, keterlibatan figur publik, serta harga yang kompetitif menjadi faktor utama dalam mendorong minat beli konsumen. Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa kombinasi strategi pemasaran digital yang tepat mampu memperkuat citra merek, meningkatkan kepercayaan, dan mendorong loyalitas konsumen di tengah persaingan ketat industri kecantikan. Adanya penelitian ini untuk memperluas literatur tentang social commerce pada konteks merek lokal di era digitalisasi

Abstract

The situation caused by the pandemic has prompted every company to protect the safety of its employees. The energy/electricity industry cluster continues to operate despite the need for social restrictions in several locations, including the East Java power plant. This study identifies the risks of human activities at power plants throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used quantitative data information gleaned from interviews, observations, and questionnaires. This research a technique that combines Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA). Of the 17 activities carried out in the risk analysis using the FMEA method, the activities that show the five locations with the highest RPN scores are the workshop, warehouse, administration building, Coal Handling Control Building [CHCB], and employee training. We will integrate this analysis with the risk analysis that has been prepared previously by the applicable administrative regulations. Human resource risk management is concerned with enhancing productivity among workers by lowering days ignored because of a lack of jobs. The results can serve as recommendations for evaluating COVID-19 risk management and preventive measures in power generation companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Intelligence on Employee Work Performance with Job Satisfaction Intervening Variable CV. Kirana Bahari. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 employees of CV. Kirana Bahari. The analytical tool used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The term PLS specifically means the calculation of the optimal least square fit of the correlation or variance matrix. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that intellectual intelligence affects job satisfaction, emotional intelligence affects job satisfaction, spiritual intelligence affects job satisfaction, intellectual intelligence affects work performance, emotional intelligence affects work performance, spiritual intelligence affects job performance, job satisfaction affects job performance. work performance, intellectual intelligence affects job performance mediated by job satisfaction, emotional intelligence affects job performance mediated by job satisfaction, emotional intelligence affects job performance mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

The following research is to describe and analyze more deeply the influence of Work Ability, Work Spirit, and Work Environment Variables on an Employee Performance at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. In this research method using a quantitative method, for data collection by using questionnaires. In the sample using a saturated sample, where there are 170 respondents at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. There is an analysis that includes the first classical assumption, the second multiple linear regression analysis, and finally the simultaneous test and also the partial test with the help of a software, namely SPSS version at 22. Then the primary data is obtained through a questionnaire on the measurement, namely by using a scale interval to be tested on the validity and reliability of a data declared valid and reliable. From the results of this study, it proves that work ability, worrk enthusiasm, and worrk environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on emploeyee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Pratista Hutama Sidoarjo during the covid-19 period. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Surya Pratista Hutama Sidoarjo with a total of 70 employees, the method used in this study is a quantitative method, in order to perform multiple linear test calculations. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the intricate interplay between knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior, individual innovation capability, and the performance of secretariat employees in the Sidoarjo Regency. The research, encompassing all 70 secretariat employees, employs a total sampling technique and utilizes Likert-scale questionnaires. Employing multiple linear regression analysis, the findings reveal that knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior, and individual innovation capability significantly influence the performance of secretariat employees in the Sidoarjo Regency. This study sheds light on the pivotal roles of collaborative knowledge sharing, motivated work behavior, and individual innovation in enhancing the overall efficiency of secretariat operations, offering valuable insights for organizational development and human resource management in a global context. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the combined impact of compensation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. BPR Arta Seruni, Sidoarjo Branch. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis and a sample of 80 employees, the study reveals that all three factors—compensation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment—positively influence employee performance individually, and collectively have a significant effect. The findings underscore the importance of addressing these factors collectively to enhance employee performance within the banking industry, offering insights for organizational strategies aimed at improving effectiveness and satisfaction among employees, thus contributing to sustainable growth and success. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Faris Collection Sidoarjo, totaling 104 employees, were used as respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The independent variables are innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 25 software. Based on the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork variables on employee performance. Each variable also indicates that there is a positive and significant influence. Where the variable innovative work behavior has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, competency has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, and teamwork also has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance
