Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the intricate interplay between knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior, individual innovation capability, and the performance of secretariat employees in the Sidoarjo Regency. The research, encompassing all 70 secretariat employees, employs a total sampling technique and utilizes Likert-scale questionnaires. Employing multiple linear regression analysis, the findings reveal that knowledge sharing enablers, motivation work behavior, and individual innovation capability significantly influence the performance of secretariat employees in the Sidoarjo Regency. This study sheds light on the pivotal roles of collaborative knowledge sharing, motivated work behavior, and individual innovation in enhancing the overall efficiency of secretariat operations, offering valuable insights for organizational development and human resource management in a global context. Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the combined impact of compensation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. BPR Arta Seruni, Sidoarjo Branch. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis and a sample of 80 employees, the study reveals that all three factors—compensation, employee engagement, and organizational commitment—positively influence employee performance individually, and collectively have a significant effect. The findings underscore the importance of addressing these factors collectively to enhance employee performance within the banking industry, offering insights for organizational strategies aimed at improving effectiveness and satisfaction among employees, thus contributing to sustainable growth and success. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Faris Collection Sidoarjo, totaling 104 employees, were used as respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The independent variables are innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements. The data analysis technique uses SPSS version 25 software. Based on the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between innovative work behavior, competency and teamwork variables on employee performance. Each variable also indicates that there is a positive and significant influence. Where the variable innovative work behavior has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, competency has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance, and teamwork also has a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the direct effects of financial compensation, transformational leadership, and preventative discipline on employee performance at PT. Xx. Both primary and secondary data are used in this kind of quantitative study. With a total of 120 employees, the researcher employed saturation sampling, a non-probability sampling approach. A Likert scale, with a range of 1 to 5, was used to measure the data gathering strategy in this study. Data was gathered through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The study's findings demonstrates that employee performance is directly impacted by transformational leadership. Employee performance is directly impacted by preventive discipline. Employee performance is directly impacted by transformational leadership. Employee performance is directly impacted by financial pay.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas strategi pemasaran digital PT Jago Bisnis Nusantara (JABIS) melalui pemisahan kanal media sosial dan integrasi platform digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi aktivitas digital perusahaan, wawancara dengan pemilik dan tim kreatif internal, serta dokumentasi dari media sosial dan website resmi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemisahan akun media sosial antara layanan pelatihan dan agency memperkuat diferensiasi brand serta meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens secara relevan. Penerapan strategi omnichannel branding melalui Instagram, website, landing page, dan komunitas digital menciptakan konsistensi pesan yang memperkuat citra profesional perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur digital marketing UMKM, khususnya dalam hal segmentasi konten dan integrasi lintas platform. Secara praktis, studi ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi UMKM dalam membangun positioning merek dan meningkatkan loyalitas audiens melalui strategi digital yang terarah dan terintegrasi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi BUMDes Barokah Rezeki Mandiri di Desa Kedungcangkring, Sidoarjo, yang mengalami penurunan omset dan kinerja pasca pandemi. Permasalahan utama terletak pada kurangnya sistem laporan keuangan yang transparan, proses bisnis yang tidak efisien, serta minimnya pemanfaatan digital marketing. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, pelatihan teknis, serta pendampingan langsung terhadap manajemen BUMDes. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai standar UMKM, implementasi Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), penyusunan struktur organisasi dan pembagian job description untuk 18 karyawan, serta pelatihan digital marketing berbasis media sosial. Pendampingan forecasting bisnis dengan metode moving average menunjukkan potensi pendapatan harian sebesar 2–5 juta rupiah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan efektivitas operasional, peningkatan pemahaman pengurus terhadap sistem keuangan, serta perbaikan struktur kerja dan promosi usaha. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan integrasi pendekatan manajerial, keuangan, dan digitalisasi dapat mengakselerasi kemandirian BUMDes berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

General Background: Human Resources (HR) significantly impact organizational performance, influencing overall productivity and success. Specific Background: This study investigates the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at PT Kebun Sayur Surabaya. Existing literature suggests that while HR development is crucial, specific factors influencing employee performance remain underexplored. Knowledge Gap: Previous research has often overlooked the combined effects of these factors on performance, particularly in the context of Indonesian companies. Aims: This study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of how work motivation, work discipline, and work environment impact employee performance at PT Kebun Sayur Surabaya. Results: Utilizing quantitative methods and SmartPLS 3.2.8, the study finds that work motivation, work discipline, and work environment each have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The study highlights that employees’ performance improves with enhanced motivation, strict discipline, and a supportive work environment. Novelty: The study’s novelty lies in its integrated approach, using total sampling of all employees to analyze these three variables collectively in a specific organizational context. Implications: The findings suggest that PT Kebun Sayur Surabaya should focus on strengthening work motivation, reinforcing discipline, and improving the work environment to boost employee performance. Implementing effective HR strategies based on these factors can drive organizational growth and success.

Abstract

The discussion that forms the basis of the background of this research is the problem of developing creative economic products, especially on the MSME scale which is seen from the linkage of marketing communication strategies that have not been or have been implemented in one of the implementation of marketing activities for Processed moringa Indra Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising (X1), product packaging (X2), public relations (X3) and events marketing (X4) on product development (Y) in the context of the creative economy. The method used is a quantitative method. The population used is all consumers of Processed Moringa Indra Jaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling in the form of random sampling of 100 people. Respondents were selected based on an existing database of MSME recommendations related to the respondent's domicile throughout Indonesia. Analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows statistical tools. The results showed that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini ialah untuk menilai pengaruh dari ketepatan kerja, disiplin kerja, serta kondisi tempat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Woonam Music, sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi instrumen untuk pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang mengikutsertakan survei yang dibagikan kepada 108 orang responden dan kontraktor. Hasil dari analisis data memperlihatkan bahwa ketepatan kerja dan kondisi tempat kerja berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Uji simultan (uji F) memperlihatkan bahwa 3 variabel independen, bila diga­bung­kan, menyandang pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menekankan esensialnya membangun lingkungan kerja yang menunjang dan mengoptimalkan ketepatan kerja sebagai strategi untuk mengayomi produk­tivitas juga kinerja yang maksimal bagi karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan tranformasional, human relation dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi produksi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan PT. Natura Plastindo Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi produksi pada PT. Natura Plastindo Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode total sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 54 reponden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer, yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner atau angket kepada responden yang diukur dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear sederhana dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, human relation, etos kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
