Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan pembelian konsumen pada produk Kedai Beli Kopi melalui promosi, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan di Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi, lokasi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk pada produk Kedai Beli Kopi di kota Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of internship experience, work motivation, and soft skills on student readiness to enter the world of work. The population in this study were students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo class of 2019. The quantitative research method and sample used were 110 students who were selected through non-probability sampling with a systematic sampling method. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire with a Likert scale as a measurement scale. By using multiple linear regression analysis techniques in data analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of the study have fulfilled good validity so that the model is declared feasible. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously between internship experience, work motivation, and soft skills on student work readiness in entering the world of work. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, online customer reviews and customer ratings on purchasing decisions for beauty products on Tiktok. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with the Smart-PLS version 4.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Product quality influences the decision to purchase Somethink products. Online Customer Reviews have an effect on the decision to purchase Somethink products. Abstract

This study examines the impact of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Climate on Employee Performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Offices in Sidoarjo District. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 employees through surveys and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. Results show that all three factors positively influence employee performance, with Organizational Culture being the most significant. This research underscores the importance of enhancing organizational culture to boost employee performance, providing valuable insights for policymakers and practitioners in village empowerment. Abstract

This study explores the impact of cafe atmosphere, menu diversity, and service excellence on customer loyalty at Istoria Cafe Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative approach with data from 97 respondents, the analysis reveals that cafe atmosphere significantly influences customer loyalty, while menu diversity shows no significant impact. Service excellence, however, plays a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of creating a captivating ambiance and providing exceptional service to foster customer loyalty in the competitive food and beverage industry, offering valuable insights for cafe owners and managers aiming to improve business performance. Abstract

Employees play an important role in the company, especially in operational processes and activities. The purpose of this study is to be able to test the effectiveness of transformational leadership, compensation, innovative work behavior on employee performance. The location of this research was conducted at CV. Gembira Abadi Jaya. The total population of this study were all employees of CV. Gembira Abadi Jaya which amounted to 43 respondents. In this study, the non-probability sample method and saturated sample were used, with a total sample equivalent to the population as a whole. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares method. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant effect, while compensation has no significant effect and innovative work behavior has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Efforts to enhance labor productivity are intrinsically linked to the improvement of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. The research focused on the optimization of OHS by conducting a COVID-19 risk assessment, with the goal of identifying and implementing Human Resource (HR) risk control measures to augment employee performance. In employing a qualitative methodology, the data were amassed through a combination of interviews, observations, and document analysis involving a diverse group of 23 respondents from various departments. The risk assessment process was meticulously structured into four phases: identification of causes, implementation of preventive measures, development of recovery strategies, and evaluation of consequences. The researchers organized the data into primary and secondary categories for analysis and utilized the Bow Tie method to elucidate the findings. The analysis reveals that the human factor, specifically employees’ non-compliance with safety protocols, poses the greatest risk for virus transmission. The result identifies the warehouse, workshop, administration building, and Coal Handling Control Building (CHCB) as the most critical areas requiring stringent risk controls. The results also provide an overview in preparing the basis for Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA). It provides benefits for implementing OHS in power plant companies through recommendations such as evaluation, preventive action, and risk control through COVID-19 risk assessment. Finally, the research delineates strategies for managing risks through preventive measures and recovery processes to mitigate the impacts and consequences associated with these hazards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis pengaruh entrepreneurship leadership, entrepreneurship culture, entrepreneurship orientation terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan alat statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurship leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, entrepreneurship culture berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, entrepreneurship orientation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama entrepreneurship leadership, entrepreneurship culture, entrepreneurship orientation berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward intrinsik, reward ekstrinsik, dan punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Mojopahit Mojokerto, penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 pegawai Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (PERUMDAM) Mojopahit Mojokerto. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Data primer dalam hal ini penelitian diperoleh dari kuisioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa reward intrinsik mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, reward ekstrinisk mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, dan punishment mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Selain itu reward intrinsik, reward ekstrinsik, dan punishment berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Work Achievement of Educational Institutions for Insan Cendekia Mandiri boarding school. This thesis is not published by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Work Achievement of Independent Scholar Education Institutions. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity and reliability tests. The hypotheses in this study were tested using classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and test using SPSS for Windows version 18 software. The results of this study resulted in several conclusions, namely: ( 1) There is a simultaneous influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Employee Work Performance; (2) There is a partial influence of Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development on Work Achievement; (3) Among Leadership, Work Environment, and Career Development, Career Development has the most significant effect on employee performance.
