Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment, work environment on organizational commitment, career development on organizational commitment, the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, work environment on job satisfaction, career development on job satisfaction, job satisfaction to organizational commitment, work motivation to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the influence of the work environment. to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the influence of career development on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Sidoarjo. This research method is Quantitative research, Population in this study 88 permanent employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa at Jalan Diponegoro No. 2 Sidoarjo, Sampling technique using NonProbability Sampling Technique, The data source used in this study is primary data. Data analysis uses a quantitative research approach. The results of the study concluded that work motivation affects organizational commitment, work environment affects organizational commitment, career development affects organizational commitment, work motivation affects job satisfaction, work environment affects job satisfaction, career development affects job satisfaction, job satisfaction affects organizational commitment, job motivation has no effect on organizational commitment through Job satisfaction as an intervening variable, The work environment affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, career development has no effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Sidoarjo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Global Mindset, Individual Characteristics, and Individual Characteristics on Employee Work Performance with Intervening Variable Organizational Commitment PT. PG Candi Baru. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 50 employees of PT. PG Candi Baru. The analytical tool used in this research is partial least square (PLS). The results of this study prove that Global Mindset has an effect on Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics has an effect on Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics has an effect on Organizational Commitment, Global Mindset has an effect on work performance, Individual Characteristics has an effect on work performance, Individual Characteristics has an effect on work performance, Organizational Commitment affects on job performance, Global Mindset affects work performance mediated by Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics affects work performance mediated by Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics affects work performance mediated by Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of leadership style, work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in MSMEs in the village of Sepande, Kec. District Temple. Sidoarjo.. In this study, we will examine the respondents, namely employees of SMEs in the village of Sepande. The method used is quantitative research with a sample of 90 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire using proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis used is the outer model test and the inner model test on the Smart PLS software application. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Motivation on MSMEs in the village of Sepande, Kec. District Temple. Sidoarjo has a direct effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The following research is to describe and analyze more deeply the influence of Work Ability, Work Spirit, and Work Environment Variables on an Employee Performance at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. In this research method using a quantitative method, for data collection by using questionnaires. In the sample using a saturated sample, where there are 170 respondents at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. There is an analysis that includes the first classical assumption, the second multiple linear regression analysis, and finally the simultaneous test and also the partial test with the help of a software, namely SPSS version at 22. Then the primary data is obtained through a questionnaire on the measurement, namely by using a scale interval to be tested on the validity and reliability of a data declared valid and reliable. From the results of this study, it proves that work ability, worrk enthusiasm, and worrk environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on emploeyee performance.

Abstract

Pada industri kecil rumahan yang telah mengalami perkembangan berbagai teknologi saat ini memiliki jangkauan yang luas dalam skala UMKM maupun skala yang lebih besar.. Pada inovasi branding ini menggunakan metode PALS pada UMKM pembuatan jamu dan batik didaerah kenongo, tulangan, sidoarjo. Yang betujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi warga sekitar maka perlu dilakukan implementasi inovasi branding jamu dan batik celup, sehingga diperlukan metode PALS untuk meningkatkan nilai jual produk. pada kelompok ranting Muhammadiyah ini telah membentuk Ikatan wirausahawan atau dikenal dengan rantai Aisyiyah yang bertujuan untuk mengakomodir kegiatan berwirausaha antar anggota Aisyiyah. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi yang menghambat perkembangan usahanya. Diantaranya adalah produk belum memiliki branding dan packaging yang menarik untuk bersaing di komoditas pasar. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami akan melakukan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan branding dan packaging agar produk yang dihasilkan oleh pra Kenongo II lebih mampu bersaing dipasar dengan produk-produk yang telah lebih dulu ada. Metode yang digunakan dengan diskusi observasi, wawancara, dokumemtasi dan demontrasi. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi branding dan packaging sangat berpengaruh terhadap daya minat konsumen yang cukup tinggi, maka UMKM perlu meningkatkan pengembangan legalitas usaha dan teknologi dalam jangka pendekdan untuk jangka panjang perlu meningkatkan SDM.

Abstract

pada kegiatan Kuliah keja nyata terpadu yang ada di universitas muhammadiyah sidoarjo saat ini, selain melakukan kegiatan dalam penelitian juga dituntut untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat.kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berlokasi di desa kenongo,tulangan,sidoarjo, dimana kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan yang bernilai positif yaitu dapat mengembangkan minat terutama pada generasi muda dalam pendidikan agama dan juga diharapkan dapat menghidupkan kembali pada taman pendidikan al-qur’an di lingkungan TPQ Suka Maju . pada kegiatan ini untuk pertama yang akan dilakukan yaitu dengan cara mengobservasi lingkungan sekita, menganalisis kebutuhan untuk mengelompokkan beberapa aspek masalah yang ada dan memprioritaskan beberapa potensi yang ada di lingkungan taman pendidikan al-qur’an suka maju untuk melakukan perancangan program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. kedua, yaitu melaksanakan kegiatan yang sudah dirancang, yaitu memprioritaskan kebersihan dan kerapian di taman pendidikan al-qur’an suka maju. dan yang ketiga yaitu,menyusun laporan pada kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata terpadu. dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara observasi dan melakukan beberapa wawancara. dan hasil yang didapatkan setelah kegiatan merevitalisasi taman pendidikan al-qur’an suka maju yaitu terwujudnya minat yang bertambah dalam generasi muda dan kebersihan yang dapat menjamin protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

Pada era modern saat ini yang mana semakin padatnya penduduk dan juga bangunan membuat lahan semakin sempit di area perkotaan, sehingga perlu diadakan penghijauan skala kecil di sekitar pemukiman. Salah satu cara untuk melakukan penghijauan yaitu dengan bercocok tanam dengan menggunakan sistem hidroponik. Khususnya untuk project ini kami lakukan di TK Aisyiyah 5 Bluru Kidul karena untuk edukasi bercocok tanam pada murid-murid. Dengan adanya hidroponik di TK Aisyiyah 5 Bluru Kidul diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat berupa penghijauan di lingkungan TK, memberikan edukasi bercocok tanam sejak dini kepada murid-murid TK, dan dapat memberikan keuntungan dari hasil tanaman hidroponik baik dijual kepada masyarakat atau dinikmati sendiri. Dalam edukasi menanam ini kita menggunakan sistem hidroponik, kemudian juga dilakukan edukasi tata cara merawat dan menjaga tumbuhan hidroponik. Hasil dari pembuatan hidroponik dapat dikatakan kurang maksimal karena terdapat kendala dari aerator yang mana daya serap air kurang kuat karena kualitas aerator yang dibeli buruk alhasil air tidak dapat naik keatas dan harus dilakukan penyedotan selang secara manual, hal ini juga dikarena biaya dari KKN yang menipis. Harapan dari kami yaitu dapat bantuan aerator dengan daya tinggi dari pihak TK sehingga proses aliran air pada hidroponik berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Pratista Hutama Sidoarjo during the covid-19 period. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Surya Pratista Hutama Sidoarjo with a total of 70 employees, the method used in this study is a quantitative method, in order to perform multiple linear test calculations. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of job analysis, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at PT.ALP Petro Industry in Pasuruan, using a quantitative approach. The population of the study consisted of 70 employees, and a sample size of 60 respondents was selected using random sampling. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. The findings of the study indicated that job analysis, work discipline, and workload had a significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These results suggest that improving job analysis, work discipline, and workload management can lead to better employee performance. The implications of this study are that companies should prioritize employee job analysis, work discipline, and workload management to improve overall performance and productivity. Highlights: The study highlights the significant impact of job analysis, work discipline, and workload on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The use of a quantitative approach and SPSS software for data analysis adds to the rigor of the study. The study's implication is that companies should prioritize improving job analysis, work discipline, and workload management to enhance employee performance and productivity.

Abstract

A balanced combination of own capital and debt is the main key to optimal capital structure in a corporation. At any given time, the management team in the company will show you a targeted capital structure, which may be optimal, althought that target may change from time to time. Several factors influence the company’s capital structure decisions such as Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size. This study was used to measure the impact of profitability, liquidity and firm size on the capital structure of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2018-2021 using the pecking order theory method. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method used targeted sampling method and obtained his 40 samples from Indonesian Stock Exchange-listed manufacturing companies in the period 2018-2021. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. Simultaneously the results obtained from this study are the variables of Profitability, Liquidity and Company Size have a significant effect on Capital Structure.
