Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan perkebunan di pedesaan seringkali masih belum optimal, padahal memiliki potensi signifikan sebagai sumber pakan ternak alternatif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu pakan hijau yang tidak tercacah sempurna  sering terbuang percuma, biaya pakan konsentrat tinggi, serta ketiadaan mesin pencacah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan pakan ternak melalui penerapan mesin Chopper Blender Teknologi Tepat Guna (MTTG-CB). Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi, desain dan fabrikasi mesin, pelatihan operasional dan perawatan, uji coba lapangan, dan pendampingan teknis. Hasil implementasi MTTG-CB mampu mencacah 100 kg pakan hijauan dalam ±30 menit dengan ukuran 2-5 cm. Pelatihan dan pendampingan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam penggunaan dan perawatan mesin. Melalui pemanfaatan limbah lokal, mitra dapat menghemat waktu dan menekan biaya pakan hingga 40%. Kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas peternak, serta berpotensi besar untuk direplikasi oleh peternak lain dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan berbasis lokal.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Samosir dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Air Terjun Efrata. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana proses komunikasi pemasaran dilakukan, media yang digunakan, serta bentuk kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teori komunikasi pemasaran terpadu dan konsep bauran promosi menjadi acuan dalam kajian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang digunakan meliputi promosi digital melalui media sosial, penyelenggaraan event budaya lokal, serta kerja sama dengan pelaku wisata dan media. Strategi ini secara umum efektif dalam meningkatkan awareness dan daya tarik destinasi, meskipun masih terdapat kendala dalam hal kontinuitas promosi dan penguatan identitas visual destinasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi antara media digital, komunikasi interpersonal, dan kemitraan lokal menjadi kunci dalam membangun citra positif Air Terjun Efrata sebagai salah satu destinasi unggulan di Kabupaten Samosir.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed media consumption patterns, presenting opportunities for web series to shape consumer preferences. Hospital Playlist, a Korean drama with a realistic narrative and humanitarian values, is a successful example of combining quality content and creative marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the impact of web series on shaping consumer preferences through a case study of Hospital Playlist. The method used was a qualitative case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, social media observation, and content analysis. Informants were selected through purposive sampling with the criteria of having watched at least one season of Hospital Playlist and actively discussing it on social media. The results show that emotional engagement is a dominant factor in shaping preferences, supported by authentic storytelling, authentic characters, and appropriate background music. Cross-platform marketing strategies, including the use of social media and a partnership with Netflix, expanded reach and strengthened audience loyalty. These findings confirm that the combination of a strong narrative, integrated distribution, and emotional engagement is effective in building and maintaining audience interest. In conclusion, Hospital Playlist has successfully become a model for digital entertainment content strategies that are able to shape consumer preferences through an emotional approach and creative marketing, providing important implications for the development of mass communication theory and entertainment industry practice.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) integrated with ARIMA time series forecasting to support delivery scheduling decisions and the determination of minimum inventory levels. As a representative case study, a 60-month sales series of Ultra-Pure Water was used to simulate fluctuating retail demand across the agent–depot network. The Augmented Dickey–Fuller test confirmed stationarity (p = 0.0142), allowing candidate ARIMA (p, 0, q) models to be evaluated using ACF/PACF and information criteria. The best model was ARIMA (1,0,1), which had the lowest Akaike Information Criterion and passed diagnostic tests (normal residuals, no autocorrelation, no heteroscedasticity), making it suitable for operational forecasting. Projection results indicated a stable demand pattern and yielded a safety stock threshold of 733.24 units/month (equivalent to 24.44 units/day) as a reference for inventory control. These findings demonstrate that the DRP–ARIMA integration can enhance supply reliability and distribution efficiency, particularly for subsidized goods such as 3 kg LPG, with practical implications for determining adaptive inventory levels, delivery routes and frequency, and upstream–downstream coordination. Theoretically, this study provides additional empirical evidence on the use of quantitative forecasting models to operationalize DRP in the energy sector, while also providing a foundation for replication in other critical commodities.

Abstract

This study analyzes the brand image of the Lembah Hijau tourist attraction in East Lombok Regency by examining aspects such as favorability, strength, and uniqueness of brand associations. The research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, focusing on Ijobalit Village where the attraction is located. Data were collected through interviews with nine informants who possess substantial knowledge about Lembah Hijau. Findings indicate that while accessibility is convenient and the attraction's name is easy to remember and pronounce, facilities are insufficient, and maintenance is suboptimal. Although the environment offers picturesque, safe, and serene views, visitor services require improvement. The study suggests optimizing promotional strategies to increase awareness across local and external communities.

Abstract

The production of Ettawa goat milk from the Mentari women's group breeders is quite high but this is inversely proportional to the management of goat milk processing which should get a lot of economic value from the milk produced by the Mentari women's group. The production of Ettawa goat's milk, which has been running so far, has no economic value for goat breeders and is still processed conventionally. This problem is also strengthened by the members' knowledge of using technology so that there is no regular promotion or marketing either directly or using online media such as Instagram. , Facebook, E-Commerce, or website. Apart from that, so far the Ettawa goat's milk produced is only fresh milk, with production results which on certain days are quite high, not commensurate with consumer demand, which in the end the quality of the milk has been damaged, and cannot be resold, there is no milk processing, as variations in the use of milk and its economic value into various products such as yogurt and kefir (with fermentation), and soap. Milk processing is not carried out by the Mentari women's group because of limited knowledge, technology, and production equipment to process goat's milk. The importance of training and assistance on how to process Ettawa goat milk into various dairy products that have economic value and are liked by consumers, the use of technology for online marketing and sales as well as institutional strengthening of the Mentari women farmer group as a group that collaborates in milk processing and milk marketing and variants together to move towards a more professional group.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai suatu organisasi yang ranahnya di bidang informasi dan berorientasi kepada pengguna, tentunya harus mengikuti perkembangan sesuai dengan keinginan penggunanya. Pengguna perpustakaan saat ini adalah rata-rata berasal dari kaum millennial sehingga sistem yang disediakan juga harus sesuai dengan keinginan mereka yang serba digital dan canggih. Saat ini perpustakaan sudah memiliki teknologi yang memungkinkan semua hal pengelolaan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi elektronik. Teknologi elektronik tentu tidak terlepas dari dua hal, yaitu hardware dan software. Hardware tidak akan dapat berfungsi apabila software tidak menyertainya begitu pula sebaliknya. Bisa dikatakan hardware itu merupakan penghubung brainware atau manusia untuk dapat mempergunakan software. Dari hasil penelitian yang tim penulis lakukan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perpustakaan (SIMP) mempermudah pengguna untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan dan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk berjalannya kegiatan operasional perpustakaan STIPAP.

Abstract

Community communication effectiveness in plantations we can put it together in the form of internal and external problems. Effectiveness is the goal of the ability to utilize something right, clear and universally acceptable standard. Community and plantation company conflicts are natural resource conflicts based on the struggle for natural resources. This problem can have an impact on socio-cultural aspects so that it refers to communication problems. The ability to approach problems must be able to master the negotiation, both the ability to dialogue, humility, trust, hope and critical thinking, so that problems in the garden do not expand and will not benefit all parties.

Abstract

Communication of plantation employees can be seen from the comfort of work in the form of internal and external closeness to the leader. Employee Communication is the goal of a close relationship between employees and leaders and between employees themselves, the synergy of communication is a clear standard and can be universally accepted, Employees of Garden Employees and Garden Culture are routines of how to use the time a little can explain the work. This problem can have an impact on socio-cultural aspects to refer to performance issues. The ability of approach and motivation must be able to be carried out by an assistant, both the ability of dialogue, humility, trust, hope and critical thinking, in order to provide harmony in plantation companies.

Abstract

Disparitas pendapatan masyarakat menimbulkan ketimpangan pendapatan yang berkembang sebagai akibat dari isu kemiskinan lokal. Hal ini juga tidak jarang berdampak buruk pada kondisi sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat. Hasil produksi padi terbesar di Kota Banjarmasin terletak pada Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan, yaitu sejumlah 9.034 produksi/ton. Masyarakat di Kecamatan Mantuil hampir semuanya bekerja pada bidang pertanian khususnya petani padi. Pekerjaan ini merupakan pekerjaan utama mereka, sehingga tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi bahwasanya sebagian dari mereka masih hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Kondisi tersebut bila tidak diatasi akan dapat menimbulkan ketimpangan. Masalah signifikan akan timbul dari hal tersebut adalah ketimpangan dalam pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RT 015/RW 01 Kelurahan Mantuil Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan Kota Banjarmasin Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan yang merupakan daerah Sub DAS Martapura. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan mengambil 20 responden orang petani padi. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah analisis distribusi pendapatan dengan indeks gini rasio dan kurva lorenz. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi pendapatan tertinggi terdapat pada petani padi golongan terendah sebanyak 10 orang dengan total proporsi pendapatan per tahun sebesar Rp 378.240.000 (15,30%), sedangkan untuk distribusi pendapatan terendah terdapat pada petani padi golongan tertinggi dengan total proporsi pendapatan per tahun sebesar Rp 252.000.000. Nilai indeks gini rasio berada pada ketimpangan yang rendah yaitu sebesar 0,35, artinya kemerataan pendapatan petani padi Sub DAS Martapura di Kelurahan Mantuil Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan Kota Banjarmasin tergolong baik.
