Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of work discipline and motivation variables on the performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees, as well as to determine the indirect effect of work discipline on performance with motivation as a mediating variable for Balikpapan city transportation service employees. This research used a sample of 53 respondents with a questionnaire data collection method and analysis tools assisted by PLS software. The results show that (1) work discipline directly has a positive and significant effect on the motivation and performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees; (2) motivation directly has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Balikpapan city transportation service employees; (3) Indirectly, work discipline influences the performance of transportation service employees by mediating motivation

Abstract

Documenting of financial income and expenditure transactions, in accounting must be carried out by every company, both small, medium, and large-scale companies. The success of MSMEs in general can be seen from their discipline in documenting and managing funds properly. The method of managing funds in MSMEs is to apply accounting properly. Thus, accounting allows MSMEs to obtain various financial information in running their businesses. Accounting archives must be in accordance with each transaction that occurs and based on applicable accounting standards. The problems in MSME La Male, are a special concern for the dedication to society team to conduct simple bookkeeping training. To help MSME La Male, we provide bookkeeping Training. The method used in this service is a direct discussion method using a simple bookkeeping example using excel. The results of dedication to society in MSME La Male, are that participants are happy, with a simple documenting method, because they can see directly the documenting of expenses, income, and the amount of profit

Abstract

Used oil stove is one of the appropriate technologies that utilizes waste oil and cooking oil. In order to help MSMEs in Sepinggan Village, the B1A KKN XVI group of Balikpapan University designed a used oil stove work program. The purpose of the application of used oil and cooking oil stove technology is to help MSMEs to save expenses and utilize existing waste so as to obtain maximum profit with minimal production costs. In the application of used oil and cooking oil stove technology, there are two stages, namely: the preparation stage and the implementation stage. This work program produces appropriate technology that can increase the production of Tanaya MSMEs in Sepinggan Village so that it can increase income turnover and reduce fuel expenses because the potential of Tanaya MSMEs is very good to increase the value of the community's economic income.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Garuda Indonesia Balikpapan dengan jumlah 52 orang dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi karena populasinya kurang dari 100. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan outer model, inner model, persamaan dasar dan pengujian bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai R-Square sebesar 0,740 memiliki R-Square yang baik, berarti variabel kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi adalah sebesar 74%. Sedangkan 26% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation, training and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT PLN Nusa Daya Balikpapan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling with a population of 62 employees, then the sample taken in this research is employees of PT PLN Nusa Daya Balikpapan totaling 46 employees at MCU ON SITE Balikpapan Head Office which will be used as the research sample size. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. This research uses multiple linear regression with the help of SmartPLS in processing data. The result of this study shows that motivation variable has partial effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN Nusa Daya Balikpapan employees, training variable has partial effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN Nusa Daya Balikpapan employees, and work environment variable has partial effect on job satisfaction of PT PLN Nusa Daya Balikpapan employees. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Hasta Nusa Indah. Sampel berjumlah 43 karyawan tetap yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; dan (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Hasta Nusa Indah.

Abstract

Kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat menjadi prioritas utama bagi pemerintah. Rumah sakit yang ada di daerah sangat membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga perlu diperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Non Medis Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form, kepada 59 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi non-finansial, (2) komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (4) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kompensasi non-finansial, (5) kompensasi non-finansial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (6) komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kompensasi non finansial, dan (7) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Non Medis Rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan melalui kompensasi non-finansial. Nilai R-Square Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Non Medis rumah Sakit Pertamina Balikpapan lebih besar dari nilai R-Square kompensasi non-finansial, artinya bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh moderat terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui kompensasi non-finansial

Abstract

This research was used to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Teamwork, Communication and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at PT Anugerah Lelang Indonesia. The population in this research is all employees of PT Anugerah Lelang Indonesia with a total of 35 respondents who will be used as samples. The type of research used is quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques and data collection through distributing questionnaires. This research method uses Smart-PLS data processing with an analysis model using outer model, inner model, basic equations and bootstrapping testing. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the variables of leadership style, teamwork, communication and motivation influence job satisfaction at PT Anugerah Lelang Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Motivation, Communication and Workload on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Boga Cipta Kreasi Balikpapan. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Boga Cipta Kreasi Balikpapan with a total of 66 respondents who would be used as samples. The type of research used was quantitative research with total sampling techniques and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research method used Smart-PLS data processing with an analysis model using outer models, inner models, basic equations and bootstrapping testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of motivation, communication and workload have an effect and are significant on employee job satisfaction at PT. Boga Cipta Kreasi Balikpapan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh/sensus dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang karyawan PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dalam mengelola data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan, variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan, dan variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Citra Logistic Perkasa Balikpapan.
