Abstract

This study examined the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) either directly or through organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether job satisfaction can influence OCB through organizational commitment. Objects and respondents in this research are private university lecturers in West Jakarta area. Data collection by using questioner and direct interview with selected respondents. Research design is causality with data processing method using path analysis. The results shows job satisfaction influences organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of lecturers, while organizational commitment directly affects organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is greater than the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment. This indicates that a lecturer will still have a greater dedication to his work or profession and remain responsible and caring for his organization even if there is no fixed linkage to the organization where he works. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini salah satunya adalah untuk permasalahan yang ditemukan dan solusi yang ditawarkan. Kondisi pandemic Covid-19 berdampak pada turun drastisnya usaha kecil karena penjualan secara offline tidak bisa dilakukan, maka pemasaran online merupakan salah satu strategi penjualan yang tepat dalam situasi ini sebagai solusi yang diberikan oleh para dosen dalam permasalahan ini. Populasi dan sampel dalam pelatihan pemasaran online ini adalah 45 (empat puluh lima) orang pelaku usaha mikro diharapkan mampu me-recovery penjualan pada kondisi sulit ini. Metode pengambilan  sampel yang diambil didasarkan atas  sampel jenuh  hal ini disebabkan adanya alasan-alasan yang menjadi dasar dalam penentuan sampel sesuai dengan tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian melalui variable independent motivasi kewirausahaan, desain kemasan produk dan laporan keuangan,  variable dependen strategi pemasaran online. Analisis metode penelitian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Luaran penelitian luaran berupa jasa, model, sistem, produk/barang, paten, dan luaran lainnya yaitu, peningkatan pemahaman strategi pemasaran online, mampu bertahan usaha dalam kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kewirausahaan, Strategi Pemasaran Online, Desain Kemasan Produk,Laporan Keuangan

Abstract

AbstrakMasyarakat pengarajin dalam tingkatan usaha home industri di era persaingan bebas ini mengalami kesulitan memasarkan hasil produksinya. Kesulitan ini dikarenakan pemahamannya yang minim terhadap prisip dasar dan proses pemasaran kompetitive yang berorientasi kepada pasar, akibatnya banyak masyarakat pengarajin tidak melalukan produksi lagi bahkan cenderung menjadi pengangguran.Tujuan utama dalam pelatihan keterampilan pengelolaan pemasaran ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang prinsip dasar dan proses pemasaran berkesinambungan, sehingga disamping mengiatkan iklim usaha di masyarakat juga akhirnya pelaku usaha mempu memproduksi produk yang dapat diserap oleh pasar tanpa harus menunggu adanya pesanan.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini bentuknya berupa diskusi dan dialog, penjelasan prinsip dasar dan proses pemasaran barang dan jasa, konsultasi personalantara pelaku usaha dengan praktisi dan tim atas produk yang dihasilkan.Pelaksanaan pengabdian inisesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kesulitan para pelaku usaha di masyarakat wilayah Pundong Balaraja, oleh sebab itu antosias masyarakat untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini sangat tinggi dengan alasan keinginan mereka agar berhasil dalam memasarkan usahanya. Keberhasilan kagiatan usaha bagimasyarakat akan mendorong penyerapan tenaga kerja, peningkatan pendapatan, dan sangat potensial memicu lahirnya pelaku usaha baru dari masyarakat setempat terutama pada tingkat usia produktif.Kata kunci : Prinsip dasar pemasaran, proses pemasaran, pelaku usaha, pemasaran

Abstract

This study aims to identify the relationship between servant leadership and organizational culture with innovative work behavior through organizational citizenship behavior . This research was conducted through a survey of 179 employees at one of the consumer goods industrial companies in Bekasi, Indonesia in November 2021, who had worked for more than one year from staff to management positions, by distributing questions electronically. The Smart PLS structural equation model is used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership and organizational culture had positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership has an indirect relationship in increasing innovative work behavior, organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior had positive effect to increase innovative work behavior in consumer goods industry employees. It is hoped that this research can be used as a reference in developing further research on the influence of servant leadership and organizational culture to increase innovative work behavior through organizational citizenship behavior and can be used as a consideration in implementing effective human resources.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of teacher professional allowance toward organizational commitment, to examine the teacher professional allowance toward job satisfaction and to examine the effect of job satisfaction toward organizational commitment. This research was a quantitative research. The population and samples in this research were the teachers of private Islamic junior high schools receiving the professional allowance in the Districts of Balaraja, Sukamulya and Kresek of Tangerang Regency, Banten, with the total respondents of 130 people. It was a quantitative research using the questionaries given to the teachers. The data analysis method used was SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with the results shown that the teacher professional allowance was able to increase the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction and that the job satisfaction was able to increase the organizational commitment.

Abstract

Employees take the most important role in the progress of the community health care center (Puskesmas) organization. Once they get a good work environment, it is more likely to commit to the organization. Its impact is in line with the number for the turnover intention that is lower. This research aimed to determine the effect of servant leadership and compensation on turnover intention through organizational commitment. In this research, we employed the purposive sampling method for data collection techniques with several criteria on the questionnaire. Based on those criteria, it was obtained 200 Puskesmas non-civil servants in West Jakarta, both medical, paramedical, and administrative staff. The data analysis used in this research was the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this research indicated that servant leadership, organizational commitment, and compensation had a direct effect on turnover intention. Servant leadership on one hand affected organizational commitment. On the other hand, compensation explained the indirect effect given to organizational.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial success in Small and Medium Industries on local wisdom products is an important asset owned by a region. Sambas songket weaving is a product of local wisdom in West Kalimantan Province since the 16th century. This study aims to analyze the business success factors of the Sambas songket weaving entrepreneurs, totalling 30 respondents in Sumber Harapan Village, Sambas Regency. This research approach is an associative quantitative method with data processing by using hypothesis testing through the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the research hypothesis test show that Social Capital (SC) and Innovation Capability (IC) have a positive and significant effect on Business Performance (BP), while Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) has no positive and significant effect. The average value of respondents' answers sequentially is that the SC is the first, the second is BP, the third is IC, while the last is EO. So, it can be concluded that SC is the strength of sambas songket weaving entrepreneurs, IC is good enough to encourage business capacity, but EO must be a concern that must be increased in efforts to sustain entrepreneurship in local wisdom products.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya zaman menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi dalam menyediakan jasa layanan elektronik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dan mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah terhadap perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan bca menciptakan layanan digital yang disebut mobile banking BCA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, kegunaan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepercayaan nasabah sebagai variabel yang memediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan 115 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan memengaruhi kepercayaan, persepsi kegunaan dan kepuasan memengaruhi loyalitas, persepsi kemudahan tidak memengaruhi kepercayaan nasabah dan loyalitas, kepercayaan tidak memengaruhi loyalitas dan tidak memediasi persepsi kemudahan, kegunaan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas nasabah BCA. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nasabah tidak mempertimbangkan persepsi kemudahan dan kepercayaan sebagai faktor utama nasabah dalam memberikan loyalitas terhadap penggunaan mobile banking BCA.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the negative influence of job insecurity on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, work engagement, and the role of job satisfaction mediation on task performance. In addition, the influence of affective organizational commitment and work engagement on job satisfaction. Furthermore, this study also wanted to confirm the positive influence of job satisfaction on task performance and the role of job satisfaction as a mediator variable that links the influence of job insecurity, affective organizational commitment, and work engagement to task performance, especially for employees of the manufacturing industry. The data collection process was carried out from December 2021 to January 2022 during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research sample was determined using purposive sampling with 150 employees. This study used the structural equation model (SEM) method to analyze the data acquisition. The results found are that job insecurity was proven to reduce affective organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and work engagement. Furthermore, affective organizational commitment can increase job satisfaction. Then, job satisfaction plays an active role in improving task performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction contributes to mediating job insecurity relationships and affective organizational commitment to task performance but cannot mediate work engagement relationships to task performance because work engagement does not influence job satisfaction.

Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, technological developments are growing rapidly, including in this country of Indonesia. Today, there are many technological sophistications that support the dissemination of information. The development of this technology is marked by the internet. One of the information dissemination tools that use technological sophistication is sosial media. e-WOM has an impact on a brand so that people have awareness of the brand. Therefore, e-WOM is one of the important things in consumer purchasing decisions in this digital era which will continue to develop along with technological developments. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between personality characteristics, sosial media characteristics and information characteristics on e-WOM, examine the effect of e-WOM on trust, brand awareness and brand image, and determine the effect of trust on brand awareness and brand image. The sample determination technique uses the purposive sampling method, the researcher uses a sample of Jabodetabek residents between the ages of 17 years - 55 years who use trains during the COVID-19 pandemic totaling 250 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by researchers using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). To validate the measurement model, the researcher used confirmatory factor analysis and to identify the characteristics of the sample using frequency analysis. Based on the results of testing the data in this study, it can be concluded that the characteristics of sosial media users consisting of personal characteristics and sosial media characteristics do not have a positive effect on e-WOM, but information characteristics have a positive effect on e-WOM. Then e-WOM has a positive effect on brand trust and awareness, but not on brand image. Furthermore, brand awareness does not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, however, brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions.
