Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan akan berjalan dengan baik apabila ada kerjasama antara atasan dan bawahan. Komunikasi yang terjailin dengan baik salah satu faktor kelancaran sebuah produktivitas. Pekerjaan yang diberikan setiap hari menjadi tolak ukur apakah karyawan tersebut kompeten dalam bidangnya atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi meaningful work, turnover intention dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 145 orang yang berada di wilayah Bekasi yang merupakan karyawan dengan waktu bekerja lebih dari satu tahun, dengan mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner secara online yang dilakukan pada bulan februari 2022. Untuk menguji model penelitian, studi ini menggunakan SEM Lisrel. Sehingga diperoleh hasil pengolahan data sebagai berikut: beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap meaningful work, namun meaningful work tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, begitu pula dengan beban kerja yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of Supervisor Support (SS), Work-Life Balance (WLB), Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance moderated by age, gender, education, and marital status on IT employees. Refer to the theory and empirical evidence from previous research, we collect the data by distributing online questionnaires from November to December 2020 at some IT sector companies in the cities of Tangerang and Jakarta. The respondents are IT employees who were selected by purposive sampling method with the category non-managerial level. This study uses the PLS-SEM method. The results prove that SS, WLB, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment all have positive effects on IT employee performance. While the moderation results in this study as a whole there are no significant differences between groups of age, gender, education, and marital status with the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on IT employee performance. The important managerial implications for the companies to improve the performance of IT employees are by changing the company's internal culture to be more open, creating or strengthening the warm and ‘kinship’ work environment, and organize a routine togetherness program. This will encourage positive changes for employees and be a benefit for the company. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara HR Practices, Job Satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support dan Employee Job Performance pada staff karyawan tetap pabrik sepatu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Tangerang pada bulan Februari 2022 sampai Maret 2022. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner secara online dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 215 karyawan pabrik sepatu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode structural equation model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh HR Practices terhadap job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support, tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee job performance. Sedangkan job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee job performance. Berdasarkan analisis mediasi ditemukan bahwa HR practices berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui job satisfaction dan perceived organizational support.

Abstract

The best universities certainly have advantages which are their competitiveness. These are essential studies conducted at private universities in West Jakarta, Indonesia, about the effect of perceived quality, trust, and student satisfaction on student loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived quality on students, student satisfaction, and student confidence in student loyalty. The population of this research is the five best universities in West Jakarta, with a total sample of 150 students. The research design used in this study is a causal descriptive research design and uses a quantitative method approach that is processed and tested using SEM-PLS. The findings of this study indicate that the perceived quality of students, student trust, and student satisfaction is proven to increase student loyalty, and the perceived quality of students will affect student loyalty through student satisfaction. These findings have also provided a better understanding of how each factor affects student loyalty. This research contributes to the theoretical and practical levels, as well as contribute knowledge to the determinants of student loyalty at the 5 Best Private Universities in West Jakarta, Indonesia.

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan hal penting yang harus diperhatikan pada perusahaan karena akan berdampak kepada perkembangan perusahaan. Pihak manajemen seharusnya menjaga karyawan agar tetap bekerja dengan baik dengan memberikan kompensasi yang baik sehingga akan membuat karyawan lebih terikat dan enggan untuk keluar dari perusahaan. penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas dan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh job embeddedness. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 165 karyawan startup fnb di jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang Kota). data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara statistik dengan metode analisis structural equation modelling partial least square(SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap job embeddedness, kompensasi juga memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job embeddedness berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan job embeddedness tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, Job embeddedness memediasi antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Job embeddedness diketahui tidak memediasi antara kompensasi dan turnover intention, khususnya pada generasi millenial.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the effect of strategic human resources management practice (SHRMP) on employee retention in the property industry with the moderating effect of job engagement and perceived supervisor support. This study was designed using a purposive sampling method involving 158 respondents from the property industry. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. Some of the findings in this study are that SHRMP has a direct effect on Employee Retention. Meanwhile, the moderating effect of Job Engagement and Perceived Supervisor Support has no significant effect on Employee Retention. The managerial implications of this research for industry practitioners and researchers are implementing SHRMP in companies by improving recruitment systems, establishing proper and ongoing training for employees, monitoring and evaluating performance appraisals, and adjusting compensation and benefits for the employees with high performance.

Abstract

Pasca pandemic covid-19, banyak UMKM harus melakukan adopsi e-commerce dan digital marketing sebagai salah satu strategi untuk memperoleh competitive advantage dan sustainability. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh langsung adopsi e-commerce dan digital marketing terhadap competitive advantage, dan pengaruh langsung adopsi e-commerce, digital marketing, dan competitive advantage terhadap sustainability. serta pengaruh tidak langsung adopsi e-commerce dan digital marketing terhadap sustainability melalui competitive advantage yang ditujukan kepada UMKM. Sampel sebanyak 165 menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan responden UMKM makanan dan minuman yang menggunakan e-commerce dan digital marketing berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS. UMKM mampu mencapai sustainability dan unggul dalam competitive advantage dengan terus meningkatkan pelayanannya, menyediakan berbagai bentuk pelayanan dan terus analisis persaingan pasar serta lebih dapat mengefisienkan biaya secara terus menerus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coach leadership and achievement motivation on the performance of professional women's basketball athletes. This research is expected to contribute to the knowledge of organizational management and also make a practical contribution to clubs for the successful planning and implementation of improving athlete performance through coach leadership and motivation factors. This study uses a survey method. Respondents in this study were professional women's basketball athletes from six basketball clubs who participated in the 2021 Srikandi Cup, namely 1) Merpati Bali, 2) Friends of Semarang, 3) Flying Wheel Makassar, 4) GMC Cirebon, 5) Jakarta Scorpio and 6) Tanago Friesian Jakarta with a total sample of 120 athletes. The analysis technique uses SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study show that the coach's leadership has an impact on achievement motivation and the performance of professional women's basketball athletes. The existence of support from good coach leadership will increase the athlete's achievement motivation. High achievement motivation makes athletes have big goals to achieve, so that athlete performance becomes better. Achievement motivation mediates the influence of coach leadership on athlete performance. The results of this study have implications that coaches need to provide more support to athletes so that they are more motivated to excel, so that they are expected to bring out their best performance for the team.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik dan kepemimpinan melayani terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja, dengan persepsi kebijakan organisasi berfungsi sebagai faktor mediator. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang memiliki pemimpin dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 153 orang. Untuk menghasilkan temuan ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM), yang membantu dalam mengevaluasi hipotesis dan hipotesis yang diusulkan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dalam melayani dalam memberikan prioritas kepada timnya, dengan mendengarkan dan memperhatikan apa yang dibutuhkan, seorang pemimpin dapat membuat karyawan merasa dihargai dan termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih keras. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak berkorelasi signifikan dengan pendekatan kepemimpinan yang melayani. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mendorong loyalitas dan kepercayaan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan niat membeli kembali. Selanjutnya, persepsi organisasi politik yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dengan karyawan merasa skala politik organisasi di tempat kerja, seperti persaingan tidak sehat atau pemilihan berdasarkan hubungan pribadi daripada kinerja pekerjaan, akan berdampak negatif terhadap komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi. Gaya kepemimpinan paternalistik tidak berdampak positif terhadap komitmen organisasi karena metode penelitian ini lebih dominan dan otoriter serta memberikan lebih sedikit ruang bagi karyawan untuk berpartisipasi aktif. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan harus memprioritaskan budaya dan prinsip organisasi, mendukung kepemimpinan paternalistik, dan strategi persepsi politik organisasi yang akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan tertentu dan penerapan strategi persepsi politik organisasi dapat membantu meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan dan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian di masa depan dapat memperluas cakupan variabel dan sampel yang lebih luas untuk memperdalam pemahaman tentang variabel lain, seperti lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, peluang untuk kemajuan dalam karier, dan pembagian sumber daya yang adil, yang dapat memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja seseorang di tempat kerja.

Abstract

The marketing strategy involving consumers is currently a dissolution which is considered effective with product promotions carried out by the companies themselves (Strand & Robertson, 2020). Relationship quality is a key factor in marketing strategies that involve consumers, because it will illustrate how strong the relationship between brands and consumers is (Adhikari & Panda, 2020). According to Shahid et al. (2023) good relationship quality allows consumers not only to understand a brand better, but will enable consumers to participate in spreading good things about the brand. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between social media marketing activities and customer experience as a preliminary to relationship quality, and how the quality of the relationship between a customer and a brand impacts brand image, intention to participate, and relationship value. This study uses a quantitative approach where data collection is carried out through surveys by distributing online questionnaires via Google Forms which are posted directly to ICONNET customers. Based on the test results of this study, it is proven that there is a relationship between some of the variables, although some do not affect one another. Based on the results that can be concluded in this study, social media marketing activities & customer experience are not the driving factors for relationship quality. However, this study was successful in confirming the influence of brand image, participation intention, and relationship value on the quality of Iconnet's customer relationships.
