Abstract

An important tactic for businesses in establishing and sustaining their place in the market is the expansion of their brand's equity through various marketing channels. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang's brand equity and loyalty through social media marketing, brand association, brand image, and brand awareness. The researchers at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang used a selective selection technique to choose 145 general patients who were not BPJS. The Structural Equation Model was used for data analysis. According to this research, there is a favorable correlation between brand equity, brand loyalty, social media marketing, and brand image; nevertheless, brand equity is unaffected by brand awareness and association. This study's managerial implications include the following: RSU Bhakti Asih should work on raising brand recognition and positive associations with the brand in order to boost Brand Equity; if the company succeeds in doing so, its customers will never buy from its rivals

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of implementing Smart Work and Empowerment in improving job satisfaction and employee performance, especially in companies engaged in technology education. In today's digital era, companies are required to adapt to change and utilize technology to increase productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Smart Work and Empowerment on job satisfaction and employee performance in Edutech companies. The research method used is a quantitative approach with variable measurement consisting of two exogenous variables (Smart Work and Empowerment) and two endogenous variables (Job Satisfaction and Performance). Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 190 employees. Descriptive analysis and regression analysis were used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that there is an effect of Smart Work and Empowerment can increase job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is also able to improve employee performance. The implementation of Smart Work can increase job satisfaction. While empowerment does not make employee performance increase. So with these results companies in the edutech industry should focus more on developing and implementing smart work policies. Then, companies in the edutech industry must be more active in implementing empowerment strategies. This can be done by giving employees more freedom and authority in making decisions related to their work.

Abstract

Ikatan interpersonal, insentif non- finansial, motivasi kerja, serta kepuasan kerja ialah elemen- elemen berarti dalam area kerja industri. Riset ini bertujuan buat menginvestigasi pengaruh faktor- faktor motivasi yang berbeda terhadap ikatan kerjasama serta komunikasi antara pimpinan serta karyawan, dan akibat insentif non- finansial serta ikatan interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja serta kepuasan kerja karyawan di industri manufaktur elektronik. Riset ini memakai tata cara purposive sampling buat memilah 100 responden dari karyawan industri manufaktur elektronik di Indonesia. Informasi yang terkumpul dianalisis memakai Structural Equation Modeling( SEM) dengan dorongan perlengkapan analisis SmartPLS 3. 0. Hasil riset menampilkan kalau insentif non- finansial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Maksudnya, pemberian insentif non- finansial oleh pimpinan industri berkontribusi dalam tingkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Tetapi, penemuan riset pula menampilkan kalau ikatan interpersonal tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Ini berarti kalau ikatan interpersonal antara pimpinan serta karyawan dan antara sesama karyawan tidak secara langsung pengaruhi tingkatan motivasi kerja mereka. Berikutnya, riset ini pula menciptakan kalau motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan kata lain, terus menjadi besar tingkatan motivasi kerja karyawan, terus menjadi besar tingkatan kepuasan kerja yang dialami oleh mereka. Implikasi manajerial dari riset ini merupakan berarti untuk pimpinan serta manajemen industri manufaktur buat memberlakukan insentif non- finansial kepada karyawan guna tingkatkan motivasi kerja mereka. Tidak hanya itu, industri pula butuh menguatkan ikatan interpersonal antara pimpinan serta karyawan, dan antara sesama karyawan, selaku langkah strategis dalam tingkatkan motivasi kerja serta kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan hasil riset ini bisa membagikan donasi yang berarti untuk industri manufaktur dalam memaksimalkan produktivitas serta kinerja karyawan lewat manajemen motivasi yang pas.

Abstract

Employee occupational health is of particular concern to all companies, as healthy employees are considered the pillars of organizational success. The purpose of occupational health is to increase job satisfaction and employee participation so that when measuring employee job satisfaction, occupational health is used as a major factor. This study explores the influence of occupational health, safety, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at PT JNE, West Jakarta using quantitative methods. It was found that motivational factors significantly influence job satisfaction, highlighting the importance of motivating employees. Although occupational health and safety did not show a significant direct influence, their implementation remains essential to overall job satisfaction. In addition, increasing organizational commitment through employee engagement and developing corporate culture is also necessary. This research underscores the importance of effective internal communication and data-driven human resource strategies, calling on PT JNE to continuously evaluate and adapt their strategies in a dynamic work environment.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Internasional Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Usaha Budidaya Madu Kelulut Di Alor Gajah Melaka Malaysia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Internasional ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia pada usaha budidaya Madu Kelulut di Alor Gajah Melaka Malaysia. Metode PKM Internasional ini dengan menggunakan ceramah, pendampingan, dan contoh kasus. Hasil PKM Internasional adalah adanya peningkatan ketrampilan dalam memanajemeni sumber daya manusia yang ada pada Usaha Budidaya Madu Kelulut di Alor Gajah Melaka Malaysia.

Abstract

In today's digital era, social media has an important role in everyday life, one of which is as a communication channel. This research investigates the impact of brand familiarity, campaigns and brand experiences on brand attitude. This research is a quantitative approach and uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) analysis. The population in this study is the post-millennial generation who are active users of Instagram social media, have used or purchased Jiniso brand jeans fashion products, and live in the Jabodetabek area. This research uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 182 respondents. Based on the research results, of the 7 hypotheses there are 5 hypotheses that are accepted, namely brand familiarity has a positive effect on campaign credibility, campaign fit has a positive effect on campaign credibility, campaign credibility has a positive effect on campaign attitude, campaign attitude has a positive effect on brand attitude, and brand experience has a positive effect on brand attitude. There are 2 hypotheses that were rejected, namely brand familiarity has no effect on brand attitude and involvement with the cause has no effect on campaign attitude. Based on these results, Jiniso is advised to improve and strengthen campaign strategies and marketing methods that can enable post-millennials to increasingly talk about their products on digital media.

Abstract

AbstrakDigitalisasi proses bisni memberikan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) perempuan di Indonesia. Untuk dapat bertahan dan berkembang, UMK perempuan dituntut memiliki kemampuan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Namun, rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan akses informasi membuat banyak pelaku UMK perempuan belum optimal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan UMK perempuan di Kelurahan Duri Kepa Jakarta Barat melalui penyuluhan tentang penguatan karakter kewirausahaan dan sumber daya manusia adaptif, pemasaran digital, serta pencatatan keuangan berbasis aplikasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan usaha, meskipun penerapan praktis masih memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan. Program ini membuktikan pentingnya peran aktif perguruan tinggi dalam mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis digital bagi pelaku UMK perempuan. Kata kunci : pemasaran digital, keuangan digital, usaha mikro dan kecil, sumber daya manusia

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, starting in the early 2020s, is changing people's lives and the way they work, and affecting industries and organizations around the world. Many companies or organizations are starting to think about ways to provide security and smoothness to the company's or organization's business in the COVID-19 pandemic situation so that employees are able to carry out their obligations by doing work from home. This study aims to fill the gap by investigating some of the potential predictors of job satisfaction while employees work from home from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic such as work-life balance and work stress. A quantitative approach is used on 135 employees who work from home in an automotive spare part manufacturing company. The collected data were analyzed using SEM tools. The results revealed that working from home, work-life balance and work stress had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Working from home as a new step in working can sustain job satisfaction as the current working atmosphere for workers. Responding to the situation during the COVID-19 pandemic, working from home can be a positive sign that needs attention for companies or organizations. The results of the study show that there is a strong relationship between working srom home and work life balance and work stress which increases job satisfaction, while work life balance is not positively related to job satisfaction when working from home and working from home during a pandemic can reduce work stress and increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance has a dominant influence in the process of achieving company goals. Various efforts to improve employee performance are expected to enable employees to provide optimal capabilities for the benefit of the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, behavioral integrity and organizational culture on employee performance, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression using the statistic software. The results showed that transformational leadership had no effect on employee performance, behavioral integrity had no effect on employee performance and the organizational culture had a effect on employee performance at a laundry service company.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is a global threat to public health that causes economic disruption, this also has an impact on the government sector, especially public administration services. Public service facilities play an important role in the human resource strategy that can be implemented by the UP PKB DKI Jakarta transportation office by providing good available facilities to provide service satisfaction for the community. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of services to the community during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is quantitative with Purposive Sampling technique which is distributed through questionnaires to 105 respondents of the KIR test at the UP PKB DKI Jakarta transportation office aged 18-55 years and located in the DKI West Jakarta area. Primary data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study obtained H1: The impact of COVID-19 has a positive effect on service satisfaction, H2: New Normal Policy has a positive effect on service satisfaction, H3: Public Service Facilities have a positive effect on service satisfaction, H4: The impact of COVID-19 has a positive effect on the New Normal Policy, H5: The New Normal Policy has a positive effect on Public Service Facilities. This research contributes to the UP PKB DKI Jakarta transportation office in maintaining and improving service satisfaction. It can be seen from several factors formed from community complaints to be evaluated optimally and measurably. For further research, researchers suggest being able to expand the research area and look for objects in other fields.
