Abstract

This paper aims to determine the criminal acts of children along with criminal sanctions given as preventive measures. By using qualitative data and through juridical and theological normative approaches it was found the conclusion is criminal acts of children are acts carried out contrary to the Law contained in the Criminal Code. The cause of child delinquency is caused by internal factors, namely family and external, namely environmental conditions. In jurisprudence jurisprudence there is no criminal sanction against the child for the crime he committed, because he is considered not yet competent legally, but a judge is allowed to sanction educational actions so that the child can be better. Criminal violations committed by a child who is faced with the law should be charged to his parents or handed over to the state to be sanctioned in the form of guidance. This is because minors have not yet been forgiven.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada mata pelajaran Kimia melalui kegiatan laboratorium pada Konsep Redoks dan Elektrolisis dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar kelas XII MIPA 1 pada SMAN 12 Banjarmasin tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah Peneltian Tindakan Kelas dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar aktivitas siswa. Hasil Penelitian pada siklus I yang paling banyak adalah beraktivitas baik yakni 23 siswa (60,53%), sedangkan aktivitas siswa cukup sebanyak 15 siswa (39,47%) sedangkan pada siklus II aktivitas siswa yang paling banyak adalah berkativitas baik sekali yakni 30 siswa (78,95%), sedangkan aktivitas siswa baik sebanyak 8 siswa (21,05%). Hasil belajar siswa Siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 17 siswa (44,74%) sedangkan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 21 siswa (55,26%). Siklus II siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 34 siswa (89,47%) sedangkan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 4 siswa (10,53%). Perubahan ketuntasan siswa pada siklus I ke II dengan tingkatan sebesar 44,73%.

Abstract

Transaksi jual beli dalam Islam semakin berkembang seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi. Hal ini tentunya menjadi tantangan bagi umat muslim untuk dapat lebih menelaah lebih jauh terhadap transaksi-transaksi yang sedang berkembang, salah satunya jual beli video pelatihan pada website kartu prakerja. Apakah praktik jual beli dari pihak-pihak yang terkait sudah sesuai dengan syariat atau sebaliknya. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui prosedur pelaksanaan jual beli yang terdapat dalam website kartu prakerja, serta pandangan hukum Islam terhadap transaksi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis konsep, di mana peneliti mengumpulkan sumber-sumber bacaan yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan bahasan yang sedang dikaji. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Pertama, ada indikasi gharar dalam proses transaksi video tersebut. Kedua, Ma?qud ?alaih tidak mengetahui kadar dari video pelatihan tersebut, berapa menit atau jam, video tersebut bisa digunakan apa tidak, konten videonya apa saja kan pembeli belum mengetahui secara pasti, dan penjual juga tidak mengasih tahu. Jadi ada indikasi pembeli merasa tertipu atau kecewa dengan video tersebut karena tidak sesuai ekspektasi pembeli.

Abstract

This paper attempts to highlight the existence of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage which is gender biased. The position of the husband as the head of the household (leader) has the responsibility of living for his family, so that their duty is in the public sphere while the wife is a housewife serving in the domestic sphere, taking care of the child and husband, which is considered to imprison women's space into the public space. The position of women in Islamic marriage law can be seen on several sides, ie women in the Qur'an and Hadith, in history and in the book of fiqh.

Abstract

Abstract  this research is motivated by the lack of gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 year in Kuala Enoch TK Raudatul Adfal District of Tanah Merah Indragiri Hilir. The problems that occur in the child's gross motor movement is the lack of various forms of gross motor skills that should be mastered by the age of kindergarten children, such as jumping and twisting. Jumping movements do children only use his legs, but jumps can be done with one foot, left foot or right foot only. Circular motion can only be done with the child resting on one leg, should be done without resting by lifting both feet and immediately play the body, as well as land use both feet. Variations in children's gross motor skills can be developed by applying the traditional game, one of which is the game engklek. Through engklek game, children can perform bowing movement, jumping movements, stretching movements when jumping, bend head movements, twisting body movements, stretching his arms geraakan, degrading body movements, and walked off the track in the game plot. The number of movements in the traditional game engklek will be many children develop gross motor skills. The research problem is how to influence the traditional game engklek the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Raudatul Adfal Kuala Enoch District of Tanah Merah Indragiri Hilir?. This study belongs to the type of data combined with the level of associative explanation. Analysis of research data using statistical analysis t test (test the influence). Emergency test results reveal that the value of t is 2.26 and the t table value of t is 7.56. So it is known that the value of t is greater than t table, so the hypothesis H1 is accepted, ie there is a relationship between the traditional game engklek the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Raudatul Adfal Kuala Enoch District of Tanah Merah Indragiri Hilir. Keywords: Traditional Games Engklek, Gross Motor Ability

Abstract

The use of speech act in teaching and learning process of EFL classroom has been an interesting topic to be discussed. It is due to the distinct culture between the origin language and the target language. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review some previous studies about the most dominant speech act used by the teacher in EFL classroom. The method used in this study is library research by using article of some previous researches to be analyzed. After the data are analyzed and concluded, the result of this study shows that the most dominant speech act used by the teacher in EFL classroom is directive which also indicated as student-centered model of classroom.Key words: EFL classroom, Pragmatics, Speech Act

Abstract

In overcoming electrical disturbances, PLN implements an equipment protection system that aims to reduce the areas experiencing power outage. However, this protection system has not been integrated with the SCADA system. As a parameter to maintain customer service continuity, PLN uses customer-based indexes, i.e., the Customer Average Interruption Duration Index (CAIDI) and Customer Average Interruption Frequency Index (CAIFI). In the calculation of those index values, the record of power outage occurrence at PLN is still not accurate because the duration and frequency of power outage based on customer complaints. In this study, a Power Outage Sensing device is installed on the secondary distribution system transformer 380/220 which can ensure the location, record the frequency and duration of power outage and serve customers in real time based on IOT using WEMOS D1 and optocoupler sensors which can then be accessed on a web. In its implementation, all power outage is recorded in the database and can be accessed on the web interface. This device can speed up the recovery of disturbances in the system after an outage and perform accurate CAIDI and CAIFI index calculations as customer service evaluations.

Abstract

The use of electrical equipment on the customer side with low voltage absorbs unbalanced power. The load unbalances in each phase will result in an unbalanced current, resulting in a phase voltage shift in the secondary coil of the 20 kV/380 V medium voltage transformer. Shifting the voltage in the distribution transformer phase, then causes the flow of current in the transformer neutral wire causing losses. This paper proposes a fuzzy logic method with the Mamdani fuzzy inference system (FIS) to balance three-phase load currents at seven feeders of 20 kV medium voltage distribution at PLN Rayon Taman Jawa-Timur. The feeders are Ngelom, Tawang Sari, Geluran, Bringin, Masangan Kulon, Palm Residence, and Pasar Sepanjang. There are three input variables used, namely the load current in phase R, phase S, and phase T respectively. There are three output variables in one FIS block, namely changes in load current in phase R, phase S, and phase T respectively. With the number of fuzzy rules as many as 509 rules, the proposed method is able to produce the lowest load current unbalance value of 1.6% at Palm Residence Feeders. The development of a nominal (number) of fuzzy rules in the Fuzzy Logic Method with FIS Mamdani is able to reduce the value of unbalance load current at the 20 kV medium voltage distribution feeder better than the method proposed by previous researchers.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the role of Ummi method in improving students’ skill in reading and memorizing Quran for students in grade 2 Islamic Primary School Athirah Bukit Baruga Makassar. The main problem is what the roles of Ummi method in developing students' skills in reading and memorizing Quran. Then, as for the sub-problem is how to shape the implementation of Ummi method in the process of learning Quran. This study applied qualitative methods by using psychological and pedagogical approach. The researcher conducted this study by collecting data in the field to observe the process of learning Quran with Ummi method. The data was obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed and then drawn a conclusion. Then, the findings showed that the learning outcomes of students awarded Very Good based on the evaluation obtained by the students. The reading scores were from 80 until 95. The highest reading score of the students was 95 and the lowest was 80. The memorization scores of the students were from 90 until 95. The lowest score was 90 and the highest one was 95. Based on the data, it can be concluded that the Ummi method used in the second classroom of Athirah Islamic Primary School has a very important role in developing students’ skills in reading and memorizing Quran.
