Palm oil is a material that can be used as an alternative to create a large enough employment either trade business, service business and industry. Generating from the area of oil palm in Senama Nenek village reached 4849,357, this gives the definition that the agricultural sector is one of the leading commodities in Senama Nenek village. On each head of the family the average has an oil palm with an area of 2-3 Ha. many businesses are eyeing the business of buying and selling called "Tauke Sawit". Taukejualan Business Strategy average by way of cash, money, and also for the results in school by Tauke palm can no longer switch to another Tauke or already monopolized the price. In order to avoid the price monopoly, there needs to be a solution by creating an online information system, the user of the system is palm tree, fruit collector (PB) as a palm mill, farmer, and village government (PEMDES) as business supervisor. Expected results are information disclosure and avoid the bondage of price monopoly from palm oil.

Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang penuh dengan angka dan grafik untuk siswa/siswi tingkat SMA. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, maka alat bantu matematika pun semakin berkembang yaitu dengan menggunakan komputer seperti aplikasi Maple. Maple adalah suatu program interaktif yang mengintegrasikan kemampuan komputasi baik numerik ataupun simbolik, visualisasi (grafik) dan pemrograman. Sehingga, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memperkenalkan program Maple ini kepada siswa siswi tingkat SMA yang mana dapat dikatakan sangat canggih dan sangat membantu sekali dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika. Pelatihan ini dilakukan secara langsung kepada siswa/siswi dalam ruang kelas dengan menggunakan perangkat komputer/laptop serta infokus. Tahapan pelaksanaan dilakukan berupa pemberian pengetahuan tentang manfaat Maple, cara menginstal Maple, dan cara mengoperasikannya. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, siswa/siswi mendapat pengetahuan tentang Maple dan dapat menggunakannya sebagai alat bantu hitung serta dapat menyelesaikan persoalan yang membutuhkan media visual seperti persoalan dimensi tiga sehingga keabstrakan materi dapat dikurangi.

Communication is the most important key to mastering this era of globalization. There is no denying that language is the most important part of communication. When one person uses the same language or understands another person's language, they can communicate well. Sign language is a language based on artificial communication, i.e. body language and lip movements during communication. This sign language is standardized as SIBI (Indonesian Sign Language System). SIBI is one of the media in the form of books that are able to communicate with deaf people in the community. Its shape is a systematic arrangement of groups of fingers, hands and various movements, symbolizing the word Indonesian. Book media does not seem to be easily understood by users, so it takes an application that can provide moving images to facilitate sign language learning, one of which is web-based.

Indonesia is a country with the largest number of Muslims in the world, who read verses of the Qur'an often heard in various public places such as mosques, prayer rooms, and at various activities. Utilization of Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) as word recognition which aims to find out the verses of the Qur'an that are read to increase knowledge about the verses and other supporting information as a means of preaching in conveying knowledge about the verses of Al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an. Automatic Speech Recognitions (ASR) is designed using the Python programming language and uses the Django framework to display information about the verses that are read in the form of a web-based display. This research aims to create a technique and system for entering voice commands into machines, so that machines can understand what humans say and obey what they are told. This application converts data into text data using a voice recognition system automatically with a digital audio pattern of spoken words from a speech pattern computer model to produce the final output in the form of text that is stored in the database.

Currently, the world is facing a global pandemic that attacks all countries. In Indonesia, there are three types of status for suspected patients: asymptomatic person, Person Under Supervision, and Patient Under Supervision. The statuses are issued by a paramedic, conducting medical examinations or direct interviews with patients with several criteria. We conducted several non-medical experiments to assist medical personnel in determining the asymptomatic. We exploit the case-based reasoning (CBR) for determining the suspected patients, and the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) for data grouping based on the level of similarity. The patients will be interviewed regarding their travel history, direct contact history, health status, and some other information for the past 14 days. This combination delivers the information of the similarity level from the given data and previous data. As a conclusion, the percentage level of similarity can be used by a medical officer to issue the status of patients and giving several recommendations to follow health protocols.

Dosen dalam aktivitas keseharian memiliki tiga kewajiban yang dikenal dengan “Tridharma perguruan tinggi”. Kurangnya monitoring kinerja dosen dalam beberapa kegiatan yang wajib menyebabkan pimpinan universitas sulit mendapatkan laporan yang rutin dari dosen, sistem ini dibangun berbasis web dengan metode waterfall. Fungsi yang terdapat dalam sistem mencakup input kinerja dosen dalam bidang tri darma perguruan tinggi, yang akan menghasilkan laporan kinerja beserta jam kerja dosen setiap minggu nya. Beberapa pihak seperti atasan Dosen, Asesor, dan pihak kepegawaian di Universitas perlu melakukan monitoring terhadap perkembangan aktivitas setiap dosennya pada tiap semester. Penelitian ini dimulai dari penelusuran referensi pedoman angka kredit dari kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan, setelah itu kami melakukan wawancara dengan pihak dari kepegawaian untuk perancangan sistem monitoring yang akan dibuat. sistem yang dibuat menggunakan kerangka kerja waterfall dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan unified modelling language (UML). Sebelum sistem diimplementasikan, pengujian diawali dengan membagikan panduan pengguanaan terlebih dahulu dan memberikan kesempatan kepada entitas yang terlibat untuk mempelajarinya. Pengujian lebih ditekankan pada aspek penguasaan terhadap penggunaan sistem ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem yang dapat merekam kinerja seluruh dosen secara digital, dan informasi kinerja dosen dapat diakses oleh pihak universitas untuk dijadikan bahan untuk penilaian kinerja dimasa mendatang. Kata kunci: kinerja, monitoring, sistem, Tridharma perguruan tinggi, dosen. Abstract Lecturers in their daily activities have three obligations, known as “three pillars of higher education.” Insufficient monitoring of lecturers' performance in their mandatory activities may cause difficulty for university leaders to obtain regular reports from lecturers. We built a system on a web-based basis with the waterfall method, contained an input page for the performance of lecturers in their mandatory activity, which will generate performance reports, including the working hours every week. Some Persons are required to monitor the activities of each lecturer in every semester. We started to trace the reference for the credit score guideline from the ministry of education and culture, then we conduct interviews with Human Resources Department for monitoring system design. The systems created using the waterfall framework and system modeling using the unified modeling language (UML). Before implementation, we were conducting testing by sharing the user guide and giving the involved entities the opportunity to learn it. Testing is more emphasized on aspects of mastery of the use of the system. The outcome of this work is a system that can record the performance of all lecturers digitally, and lecturer performance information can be accessed by the university as a materiall for further assessments. Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru adalah suatu lembaga pemerintahan yang bertugas mengendalikan dan pengawasan di bidang ketenagakerjaan yang belokasi di Jalan Samarinda No. 29 Tangkerang pekanbaru, Pada Tahun 2021 Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru ada sebanyak 469 Perusahaan dari jumlah itu, yang termasuk dan terdata di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Pekanbaru dalam kepesertaan Perusahaan yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja. Biasanya dalam pencarian karyawan perusahaan masih menggunakan cara-cara konvesional ketika perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan, perusahaan masih memberikan informasi dari koran dan media cetak lainnya atau membayar orang sehingga harus mengeluarkan biaya terlebih dahulu untuk mencari karyawan baru, bigitupun dengan pencari kerja yang ingin mencari proses pencarian karyawan dan pencarian pekerjaan seperti di atas dinilai masih kurang efektif dan tidak efisien. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat mendorong setiap individu ataupun kelompok harus menerapkannya dalam segala aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi, banyak instansi dan masyarakat yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi untukmemperoleh informasi. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang telah berkembang dengan pesat yaitu teknologi Internet termasuk di dalamnya adalah perkembangan website dan android. Dengan menggunakan Internet, kendala ruang dan waktu dapat diminimalisasi. Artinya informasi dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun dalam hitungan detik.

The village area is a location far from the city which has many shortcomings, especially information technology communication. The best development and the fastest and most efficient way of developing information communication is to build from the bottom up at the village level. Every village in Indonesia must be independent and be able to develop themselves to obtain and share information. For this reason, the government has begun to implement a system of development and development from the outskirts or the lowest level, which is called the village and then to the urban area. To support this development, the government created the Smart Village information technology concept. The Smart Village concept has an agenda to strengthen rural management through the use of information and communication technology. In this regard, the Government continues to innovate and be creative to support the Smart Village program. Sei Lembu Makmur Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province is a village located approximately 45 kilometers from the provincial capital. For this reason, information technology education and data communication through Smart Villages are needed so that village governments can develop Smart Villages independently and community leaders and agencies in the local village area can accept Smart Village development directly in the village.

Augmented Reality (AR) merupakan teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi maupun tiga dimensi ke dalam sebuah lingkungan nyata lalu memproyeksikan benda-benda maya tersebut dalam waktu nyata. Augmented Reality (AR) dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dapat digunakan untuk pengenalan gedung perkantoran. Kota Bagansiapiapi tumbuh dan berkembang dengan cepat, baik fisik wilayah perekonomian, sosial, budaya dan jumlah penduduk. Dengan sering berkembangnya kota Bagansiapiapi membangun beberapa gedung-gedung dan pusat perkantoran. Dengan semakin banyaknya gedung-gedung perkantoran harus pula diimbangi dengan fasilitas informasi gedung dan lokasi gedung, agar masyarakat umum dapat mengenalnya. Untuk mempermudah dalam mengenal gedung perkantoran dapat menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality pengenalan gedung perkantoran kota Bagansiapiapi berbasis Android, sehingga mampu memberikan pengalaman baru yang menarik dan interaktif bagi masyarakat, karena objek gedung yang ditampilkan berupa objek tiga dimesi bukan lagi hanya gambar dua dimensinya saja

Reading is one of the basic in English skills, just as important as writing, speaking, and listening. Besides, reading is closely related with other subject. There are many types in reading, one of them is narrative text. Narrative text is taught to the 2nd grade students of Junior High School. Students need some method in teaching narrative text that can help them to learn easier, one of the method that can be applied in teaching narrative text is Think Pair Share (TPS). TPS is categorized as cooperative learning that demand students to share their ideas to their pair. The students worked in pair or in small group discussion to discuss the topic given and share each other. The objective of the research to know the effectiveness of Think Pair Share (TPS) method on students reading achievement. The research design of this study is experimental research. The researcher apply quasi experimental. The subject of the research was second class students of MTs Mamba’us Sholihin Suci Manyar Gresik Tehnique of data collection is test, pre-test, treatment, and pos-test. Meanwhile, tehnique of data analysis , the researcher used IBM SPSS statistic 20 for windows. The result of the research showed that the significant value of students test both experimental group and control group was 0.00. It was lower than <0.05 as level of significant which meant that students who were taught by Think Pair Share methods get higher score of reading comprehension than the students who were taught by conventional method with the significant value of 0.00<0.05. So, this research showed that Think Pair Share method affect significantly on students’ reading comprehension of 2nd grade students of MTs Mamba’us Sholihin Suci ManyarGresik. The result of this research, conclude that students who are taught by Think Pair Share method got higher score on their students reading comprehension.
