Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of public service principles in the technical implementation unit of the Air Putih crossing of the Bengkalis Regency Transportation Service. The research method used is a qualitative approach through descriptive surveys and data reduction techniques. The data source is from the informant as the head of the UPT as. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, field observations to observe events in the research field, documentation in the form of results from other people in the form of archives and other documentation. The conclusion of this research states that the implementation of public services in the White Water Crossing Technical Implementation Unit of the Bengkalis Regency Transportation Service is quite implemented, but still needs to be improved and improved services based on indicators of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The inhibiting factor is the limited number of people who are skilled in providing services. Some employees are not skilled in carrying out their duties, resulting in a backlog of work, which is an obstacle in serving the White Water Crossing technical service unit.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan orientasi pendidikan untuk siswa SMA sering kali menghadapi kesulitan dalam pemilihan jurusan kuliah dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman mengenai minat, bakat, dan potensi mereka sendiri. Peningkatan minat dalam pembelajaran berbasis game generasi muda cenderung lebih terlibat dalam penggunaan teknologi dan game. Pendekatan pendidikan yang menarik melalui game dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Siswa sebagai generasi muda perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan yang cukup untuk menghadapi jenjang pendidikan kuliah. Sistem model pengembangan dan pelatihan potensi untuk siswa SMA ini bertujuan untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya memilih jurusan kuliah yang sesuai. Selain itu, sistem model ini juga mengajarkan informasi melalui sarana game dengan visual yang menarik dan aksesibel. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa akan dilatih untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi mereka sebagai pertimbangan dalam memilih jurusan kuliah serta memberikan informasi sesuai mengenai pemilihan jurusan kuliah yang tepat dalam upaya memajukan dunia Pendidikan. Selain itu, program ini mengajak kerjasama berbagai pihak sebagai bentuk dukungan program. Dengan demikian, diharapkan siswa MAN YPKM Kuantan Mudik dapat menjadi lebih peduli dan mampu menghadapi jenjang pendidikan kuliah dengan lebih baik. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk membentuk generasi yang lebih sadar dan bertanggung jawab terhadap masa depannya dalam dunia pendidikan. Luaran Pendidikan ini diproyeksikan terbit pada Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat ber-ISSN tidak terakreditasi dan publikasi pada media massa.

Abstract

The choice of mobile phone is an important decision in today's information technology era. In this context, the application of the Simple Additive method in the decision support system (DSS) becomes relevant to assist users in choosing a mobile phone that suits their needs and preferences. The Simple Additive method provides a simple yet effective framework for combining diverse criteria for evaluating mobile options. This study aims to develop SPK based on the Simple Additive method to improve accuracy and efficiency in the decision-making process of mobile phone selection. Through data analysis and system testing, it is hoped that the results of this research can make a positive contribution to the development of decision support systems for mobile phone selection. The purpose of this study is to implement an Android-based decision support system to assist users in choosing a mobile phone that suits their needs. Data collection is in the form of interviews and literature studies. This Mobile Selection Decision Support System was built with the help of Simple Additive Weighting in choosing mobile phones based on user needs and MySQL as a data storage. This Decision Support System for Mobile Selection was tested using black box testing successfully and system validation got results that were in accordance with the brand and specifications of the Mobile Phone. This Mobile Selection Decision Support System is expected to make it easier for users to choose the mobile phone needed.

Abstract

Pepino (Solanum muricatum Aiton) merupakan tanaman yang biasa tumbuh pada dataran tinggi dan memiliki berbagai manfaat untuk kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui senyawa aktif yang terkandung serta aktivitas antimikroba dan antioksidan dari daun dan buah pepino. Sampel daun dan buah pepino diekstraksi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Ekstrak kental yang didapat diuji dengan uji GC-MS untuk mengetahui senyawa aktif yang ada pada ekstrak. Ekstrak kemudian diuji aktivitas antimikrobanya menggunakan metode difusi cakram pada mikroba patogen Escherichia coli dan Candida albicans, serta aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan metode DPPH. Hasil menunjukkan senyawa aktif terbanyak pada ekstrak metanol daun pepino adalah 2,4-Dimethylbenzo[h]quinoline dengan luas area 23,73% dan ekstrak metanol buah pepino adalah Dianhydroglucitol, TBS 2X dengan luas area 27,19%. Hasil aktivitas antimikroba menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol daun dan buah pepino memiliki aktivitas antimikroba terhadap E. coli dan C. albicans yang dilihat dari zona hambat yang terbentuk. Hasil aktivitas antioksidan ekstrak metanol daun pepino memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 107,041 µg/mL atau memiliki aktivitas antioksidan sedang dan ekstrak metanol buah pepino memiliki nilai IC50 sebesar 381,904 µg/mL atau memiliki aktivitas antioksidan sangat lemah. Berdasarkan dari banyaknya senyawa yang terkandung pada ekstrak metanol daun dan buah pepino tersebut memiliki aktivitas sebagai antimikroba dan antioksidan.

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah di dalam artikel ini adalah perlunya menganalisis strategi pengembangan profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar melalui komunitas belajar. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk pengembangan profesionalisme guru di sekolah dasar melalui komunitas belajar. Artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara kepada beberapa guru. Prosedur penelitian melibatkan wawancara terstruktur dengan guru terkait pengembangan profesionalisme, serta pengumpulan dan analisis data. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan profesionalisme guru melalui komunitas belajar, Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya pelatihan, dan pembelajaran metode yang baru. Sebagai saran, diperlukan dukungan dan kerjasama antara pihak sekolah, pemerintah, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan pemanfaatan komunitas belajar yang sudah terbentuk baik pada sekolah maupun tingkat kecamatan agar berfungsinya komunitas belajar dan dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru khususnya pada tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya manajemen pendidikan akhlak dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan akhlak dan sosial di dunia saat ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapannya di SMK Ma'arif Banyumas.[t1]  Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif berdasarkan desain studi kasus. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari administrasi, fakultas, dan siswa SMK Ma'arif Banyumas melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen pendidikan akhlak di sekolah ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang terintegrasi dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Perencanaan mencakup desain program pendidikan akhlak yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pembelajaran di kelas, kegiatan sehari-hari, serta pembiasaan dalam lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala untuk menilai efektivitas program ini. Faktor pendukung yang ditemukan antara lain adalah dukungan penuh dari kepala sekolah, keterlibatan aktif guru, serta kerjasama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah terbatasnya waktu untuk mengintegrasikan pendidikan akhlak dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan kurangnya sarana yang memadai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan manajemen pendidikan akhlak yang efektif di SMK Ma'arif Banyumas dapat membantu membentuk karakter siswa yang berbudi pekerti luhur, sehingga siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan kehidupan [t1]perbaiki kalimat latar belakang ini.

Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum is a destructive pathogen responsible for significant losses in chili (Capsicum spp.) and other crops. Traditional chemical control methods pose environmental and health risks, highlighting the need for sustainable alternatives. This review explores the role of Bacillus spp. as endophytic biocontrol agents in combating F. oxysporum. Species such as B. subtilis, B. mojavensis, and B. velezensis exhibit antifungal activity through the production of hydrolytic enzymes (e.g., glucanase, cellulase, and chitinase) and secondary metabolites like lipopeptides and antibiotics, which inhibit pathogen growth. Furthermore, these bacteria enhance plant health by inducing systemic resistance, promoting root development, and creating a rhizosphere environment unfavorable to pathogens. Their synergistic interactions with other beneficial microorganisms further bolster plant defense and productivity. Molecular and physiological analyses confirm the efficacy of Bacillus spp. in reducing disease severity and improving plant resilience. Continued research into their mechanisms and field application can support more sustainable agricultural practices.

Abstract

Goat milk is currently widely consumed by Indonesian people. The Senduro breed of goats is one of the milk-producing goats widely cultivated by farmers in Senduro District, Lumajang Regency, East Java. Based on several studies, goat milk is a habitat for lactic acid bacteria, and research has been conducted on isolating lactic acid bacteria from goat milk.  This study aims to isolate lactic acid bacteria from Senduro goat milk samples characterized morphologically and biochemically. The pour plate method was used to isolate lactic acid bacteria, followed by the purification of isolates using the streak plate method. Colony characterization was carried out by observing the colonies' shape, edge, elevation, surface, and color. Gram staining, endospore staining, catalase test, and motility test were carried out to confirm lactic acid bacteria isolates. This study has successfully isolated 50 isolates of lactic acid bacteria that have Gram-positive, non-endospore, catalase-negative, and non-motile characteristics. The morphological characteristics of lactic acid bacteria isolate colonies from milk samples from the three farms showed diversity. Several isolates from the three farms showed similar characteristics. Further potential testing and identification of each lactic acid bacteria isolate is necessary to provide information regarding its roles.

Abstract

Maharah kitabah and writing skills are activities that aim to produce output in the form of writing. The place and method for expressing one's language that is not limited by space or time is writing. At the Nurul Huda Pringsewu Madrasah, most of the students are students who study at the Nurul Huda Pringsewu Islamic boarding school, as well as class X students, but the results of learning Arabic for class X students, especially in writing skill material, are lacking, even though in the learning process the teacher has used the appropriate method in this case the imla method. This study uses a descriptive method with the type of qualitative research, which uses data sources from interviews and observations, teachers and students in class X Religion at MA Nurul Huda Pringsewu whose students do not all come from Islamic education or Islamic boarding schools but some come from formal education. The implementation of the imla method at MA Nurul Huda Pringsewu using the types of imla' mandzur and imla' masmu' methods shows compatibility with the theory of imla' method implementation.

Abstract

Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) is the development of Bantuan Siswa Miskin (BSM) program, which covers students from the learning stages of SD or MI, SMP or MTs, SMA or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), the PIP Program is a National Program that aims to eliminate barriers to poor students participating in studying by helping poor students get access to appropriate learning services, avoiding dropping out of school, attracting poor students to return to study, helping students fulfill their desires in upgrading activities. Through the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP), school-age children from poor households or families can continue to study, do not drop out of school. No recipients are on the wrong target for assistance from the Smart Indonesia Program at SMP Negri 39 Pekanbaru City. The method used in the decision support system is Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) which assesses alternative determinants so that they can be used in policy analysis in decision-making. The results of this decision support will help decide the best choice of several substitutes based on the selected criteria.
