Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membicarakan tata usaha untuk meningkatkan pelayanan akademik. Berkurangnya tingkat kepuasan karena penurunan mutu layanan. oleh Ketidak pedulian yang jika diabaikan dapat merusak kepercayaan karyawan dan pandangan konsumen terhadap institusi tersebut. Peran ketatatausahaan  di dalam meningkatkan pelayanan akademik dan bagaimana perencanaan ketatatausahaan meningkatkan pelayanan akademik adalah topik penelitian ini. Studi lapangan di SMP AR ROFI’IYYAH di dekat Kraksaan dilakukan untuk mempelajari masalah tersebut. Sumber data yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan deskripsi tentang upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan akademik. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan, pencatatan, dan interaksi langsung. Setiap data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pelayanan akademik, perencanaan tata usaha sekolah dilakukan secara sistematis. Manajemen administrasi sekolah melibatkan partisipasi guru dan staf berkumpul untuk menyampaikan laporan pelayanan sekolah. Aspek-aspek kebutuhan civitas akademik dimasukkan ke dalam perencanaan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the strategies used by grade 2 teachers in overcoming students' reading difficulties. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses technical triangulation, namely by applying different techniques to the same source in checking the data. Through research activities at MI Intisyarul Ulum Sumber Taman, specifically at grade II level, it was found that there were still many students who had not mastered reading skills and some even could not read. This happens because there are several factors that influence students' lack of reading skills at school. For this reason, teachers must have a strategy so that students no longer find it difficult to read. The results of the research show that the strategies used by grade 2 teachers in overcoming students' reading difficulties are: (1) Utilizing reading corners, (2) Getting into the habit of always reading together during the learning process, both reading aloud and reading silently, (3) Directing. and motivate students to continue learning to read

Abstract

This research aims to find out in detail about efforts to improve marketing of Rengginang products at Five Star MSMEs in Panarukan Situbondo. In this research, researchers used field study research. Field research used in qualitative research produces data which is interpreted as facts or information from actors (research subjects, information, actors, activities and places are the research subjects). Meanwhile, this type of research uses a case study type. A case study is part of a qualitative method that seeks to explore a particular case in more depth by involving the collection of various sources of information. This case study is a descriptive case study, that is, it aims to describe a fact or reality. The data source was obtained directly from the research location at Five Star UMKM Panarukan Situbondo through documents related to the problems studied. Apart from that, data was also obtained through interviews with the Chair of the MSME and several workers at the MSME. Once collected completely, it is then analyzed descriptively where specific conclusions are drawn from the general data that has been collected. The results of this research show that in general, efforts to increase the marketing of rengginang products are very effective because apart from having a permanent market, MSME managers are also taking strategic steps, namely by marketing online.

Abstract

Film merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi modern yang efektif, berperan sebagai sarana hiburan sekaligus karya seni audiovisual yang menyajikan cerita, adegan, dan karakter. Selain itu, film juga menjadi alat untuk menyampaikan pesan moral yang mampu mempengaruhi sikap, pemikiran, dan memperluas pengetahuan penonton. Contoh konkretnya adalah film "Sang Kiai" karya Rako Prijanto, yang menyimpan makna dan nilai-nilai pendidikan islam yang relevan dalam film tersebut. Sebagai peneliti, saya ingin mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang relevan dalam film tersebut. Penonton dapat mengambil hikmah dan pesan moral dari film ini, yang kemudian dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan nyata. Untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini, saya melakukan kajian secara manual melalui dokumen, arsip, dan sumber lainnya, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan fokus penelitian ini, ditemukan hasil yang mencakup nilai-nilai aqidah, ibadah, dan moral. Contoh nilai aqidah dalam film ini terdapat pada adegan ke-7, yang berkaitan dengan kepercayaan kepada Tuhan, serta pada adegan ke-11 tentang ketulusan. Nilai ibadah dicontohkan pada adegan ke-8 yang membahas larangan mencampurkan kebenaran dengan kebohongan. Sementara itu, nilai moral dalam film ini, misalnya, mencakup tindakan membantu sesama yang ditampilkan pada adegan ke-5 tentang pengabdian kepada orang tua

Abstract

Environmental degradation caused by excessive exploitation and natural damage has become increasingly concerning in the modern era. To address this issue, madrasahs, as Islamic educational institutions, play a crucial role in instilling environmental conservation values based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to explore the Qur'an and Hadith-based educational approach implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ihyaul Islam Pakuniran in fostering students' awareness of their responsibilities toward environmental conservation. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, aiming to deeply understand the teaching processes and the application of environmental education. Data were collected through interviews with the headmaster, teachers, and students, complemented by classroom observations and analysis of curriculum documents and teaching materials. Data validity was strengthened using triangulation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the findings. The results show that integrating the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith, such as the concept of maintaining environmental balance (mizan) and the prohibition of environmental destruction (fasad), successfully enhanced students' awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. Activities such as tree planting and waste management, in which students actively participate, reinforced their sense of responsibility toward environmental sustainability. This study concludes that the Qur'an and Hadith-based educational approach holds significant potential in shaping environmentally conscious generations capable of fulfilling their role as guardians of nature in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This research explores the development of multicultural education through sufism values ??in Islamic boarding schools. Santri satlogy refers to the philosophical values ??in Islamic boarding schools, consisting of sufism values that emphasize the importance of tolerance, inclusiveness and respect for diversity, which are crucial components in this educational approach. This research uses a qualitative case study design using interviews, observation and document analysis to collect data at the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School. Then, Miles and Huberman were used to analyze the data. Research findings reveal that the value of sufism and the santri satlogy as a catalyst for the development of multicultural education plays a vital role in advancing multicultural education. Santri satlogy can incorporate Sufi thoughts to foster a more comprehensive and spiritually oriented education. By emphasising the values ??of courtesy, steadfastness or istiqomah or perseverance, advice, taqwallah, ridhallah, and sincerity lillahi ta'ala can help students develop the critical skills necessary for success in this life and the next. These principles can foster empathy and tolerance towards others, essential for promoting harmony and peace in multicultural communities. Limitations are shown on the site regarding how the sufism values ??contained in the santri satlogy can develop multicultural education in Islamic boarding schools. The injection of sufism values ??into the santri satlogy enables the students to develop a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings and local culture while promoting tolerance and respect for diversity. Sufism values ??have been integrated into Islamic boarding school educational practices, resulting in a more inclusive and just learning environment. The study concluded that santri satlogy as a sufism value has the potential to contribute to the development of multicultural education in other Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi model pembelajaran Case Based Learning untuk berpikir kritis siswa dalam isu minat baca yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X-C SMA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong Probolinggo. Desain penelitian ini berupa kelas uji kasus, wawancara dan observasi kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah untuk menguji penerapan model pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data utama dengan wawancara kepada guru dan siswa yang terlibat dalam penelitian. Pengolahan analisis data di identifikasi dari tema-tema yang muncul dari peelitian. Hasil peneliian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor aktivitas belajar siswa dari kategori "Cukup Baik" menjadi "Baik", dengan rata-rata nilai belajar siswa yang menunjukkan tren peningkatan di setiap pertemuan. Pada siklus I, hanya 13 dari 22 siswa yang mencapai nilai di atas KKM (>65), sedangkan pada siklus II, kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan studi kasus meningkat secara signifikan, khususnya dalam menganalisis dilema etis dan strategi tokoh R.A. Kartini menghadapi hambatan dan tekanan. Keabsahan data untuk memastikan validitas dan kredibilitas data menggunakan triangulasi dengan sistem membandingkan. Abstract

Indonesian language learning in the classroom often fails to attract students' interest. This can be attributed to several factors, such as the use of teaching methods or models that are still considered monotonous and do not directly involve students in activities. This study aims to describe the implementation of Game Based Learning in news text material for seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Besuk, as well as to identify the obstacles encountered during the learning process. The background of this study is based on the low interest of students in Indonesian language learning due to the application of conventional teaching models that tend to be monotonous. Game-Based Learning was chosen because it offers an interactive and enjoyable learning approach that can increase student engagement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that Game-Based Learning was conducted without the use of electronic media but utilized simple tools such as old newspapers and manila paper through several educational games, such as “News Cards,” “Find the Pair,” and “Young Journalist.” Although students appeared active and enthusiastic, the study also identified some challenges, such as time constraints and limited electronic facilities at the school. Overall, the implementation of Game-Based Learning successfully created a fun, collaborative learning environment and encouraged students to be more active in understanding news text materials.

Abstract

Listening skills are one of the key competencies in English language learning and are crucial to master in the era of globalization. Language learning applications such as Duolingo offer interactive learning methods that have the potential to enhance students' listening abilities, particularly in dealing with variations in accents and speech speed. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using Duolingo in improving the listening skills of students in the English Education department at Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic University. The method used is a qualitative case study with data collection techniques including participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that regular use of Duolingo can improve students' sensitivity to pronunciation, recognition of similar-sounding words, and comprehension of varying speech speeds. However, the limited range of accents available in the application poses a significant challenge, leading students to express the need for more diverse features and content. Overall, Duolingo has proven to be an effective technology-based language learning tool that supports independent learning and active engagement, although further innovation is needed to meet the demands of complex global communication.   Keywords: Duolingo, listening, accents, speech speed, English language learning
