Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction on customer retention among Telkomsel data package users. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation obtained is Y = 16.066 + 0.249 X₁ + 0.279 X₂, where the constant value of 16.066 indicates that if the independent variables are ignored, the customer retention value remains at 16.066. The regression coefficient for product quality (X₁) is 0.249, meaning that an increase of one unit in product quality will increase customer retention by 0.249 units. Similarly, the regression coefficient for customer satisfaction (X₂) is 0.279, indicating that an increase of one unit in customer satisfaction will increase customer retention by 0.279 units. The t-test results show that product quality (t = 3.154; Sig = 0.002) and customer satisfaction (t = 2.979; Sig = 0.004) have a significant effect on customer retention, as the significance values are below 0.05. Furthermore, the F-test result shows an F value of 11.850 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that product quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on customer retention. Therefore, it is essential for the company to continuously improve product quality and pay close attention to customer satisfaction to sustain customer loyalty to Telkomsel's services

Abstract

Local coffee micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Karang Sidemen Village, Central Lombok Regency, have significant development potential; however, they still face challenges related to marketing practices and limited value addition. Conventional marketing systems restrict market reach and reduce product competitiveness. In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, digital marketing offers a strategic opportunity for MSMEs to enhance product promotion and sales performance. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of local coffee MSMEs through the implementation of social media–based digital marketing strategies. A participatory approach was employed, actively involving MSME actors and students through stages of problem identification, program planning, training and hands-on digital marketing practices, and evaluation. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants’ understanding and skills in utilizing social media as a promotional tool, as reflected by the initiative to develop and publish promotional video content for local coffee products, including the flagship Versilia coffee variant. The use of visual content and storytelling facilitated the practical adoption of digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributed to shifting marketing behavior from conventional to digital approaches and strengthening the sustainable competitiveness of local coffee MSMEs.

Abstract

The The escalating global environmental crisis—reflected in climate change, ecological degradation, and declining environmental awareness—poses serious challenges for educational institutions, including Islamic Religious Education. This study examines the integration of eco-theology–based deep learning as a transformative pedagogical paradigm for cultivating environmental consciousness within Islamic Religious Education. The primary issue addressed is the limited integration of ecological values in prevailing instructional practices, which tend to prioritize cognitive achievement while insufficiently fostering ethical awareness and practical responsibility toward environmental stewardship. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through systematic literature review and conceptual analysis of educational theories, Islamic teachings, and eco-theological perspectives. The study formulates an integrative instructional framework that synthesizes deep learning principles such as critical inquiry, reflective engagement, collaborative learning, and experiential activities with Islamic environmental ethics grounded in the concepts of khilāfah, amānah, mīzān, avoidance of fasād, and wasatiyyah. The findings indicate that eco-theology–based deep learning promotes holistic student development encompassing cognitive understanding, affective awareness, and behavioral commitment to environmental care. Learners develop an enhanced perception of their role as khalīfah (stewards of the Earth), integrating spiritual consciousness, moral responsibility, and ecological literacy within real-life practices. The study concludes that eco-theology–based deep learning offers a viable and transformative model for reorienting Islamic Religious Education toward sustainability, character formation, and active engagement in addressing contemporary environmental challenges

Abstract

One method that can be used to improve soil properties is the addition of geopolymer cement to the soil to become more stable. This study aimed to determine the effect of geopolymer cement on soil stability. The raw materials for geopolymer cement include clay and basalt rock, with variations in the composition of 0%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. The levels of temperature variance used were 40 oC, 60 oC, and 80 oC, with variations in 4 and 6 hours. Characterization includes X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM) tests of raw materials and products. The highest compressive strength was obtained on a mixture of 40% basalt, 200 mesh, and a heating temperature of 80 °C for 6 hours, 56.32 MPa. The California Bearing Ratio (CBR) test showed a significant increase in the heat treatment geopolymer products. The CBR value on y1 during the 10x collision was 16.67%; in the 30x crash, it increased to 63.33%, while in the 65x collision, it increased to 78.33%. Whereas in the Y2 measurement, at 10x collisions, it was 21.11%; at 30x collisions, the CBR value increased to 82.22%; and at 65x collisions, the CBR value increased to 100.00%.
