Abstract

Perceived risk is a significant source of psychological stress that results in impaired purchase intention. Thus, marketers’ understanding of perceived risk structure and the provision of risk relievers give consumers a better environment for making purchase intentions. The writer conduct research at UD. Kian Maju Medan which engages in providing glassware and any other glassware products, the company is facing problem which customers experiences the functionality risks which fear that the product will fail to deliver based on its functions, the financial risks which the product’s quality doesn’t match its price, the prices that the company can change suddenly, customers have been spending much money on purchasing an inadequate or unfamiliar brand. The indicators of perceived risks were adopted from Bhukya and Singh (2015:221) which are perceived functional risk, perceived financial risk, perceived physical risk, and perceived psychological risk. Abstract

This research focuses on implementing the Random Forest and Grid Search algorithms for the early detection of diabetes mellitus, aiming to modernize and enhance medical practices using technology. The proposed model achieved an accuracy of 77.06%, a precision of 71.43%, a recall of 47.30%, and a misclassification error of 22.94%. Comparative analysis with other data mining algorithms, including Decision Tree, Random Forest without Grid Search, and Cat Boost, demonstrated that the Random Forest with Grid Search algorithm outperformed the others. By utilizing Grid Search, the accuracy of the Random Forest algorithm increased by 2.03%. These findings indicate the potential effectiveness of machine learning in early diabetes detection. While the research offers promising results, there are limitations in terms of the dataset size and the number of detection variables used. Future studies should explore larger datasets and alternative algorithms to further enhance accuracy and aid in the early detection of diabetes mellitus.

The study utilizes a descriptive methodology with a quantitative approach. The investigation was carried out at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, located in Langkat Regency. The study included a total of 184 individuals who were all workers of PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, including both the population and the sample. The study utilizes SmartPLS software for the analysis of data. The findings indicated a clear correlation between a person's job fit (X1) and their creative work behavior (Y). The significance of the finding may be observed from the p-value of 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05. Additionally, the calculated t-value of 4.954 is greater than the critical t-value of 1.972. Assessing the direct correlation between an individual's job fit (X1) and their level of trust in innovation (Z). The result indicates a statistically significant value of 0.046 <0.05, and the tcount value is 2.912 <1.972, which is higher than the t table value. The study examined the direct correlation between Person Organization Fit (X2) and Innovative Work Behavior (Y). The result indicates a highly significant value of 0.000 (less than 0.05), and a t count value of 3.673 (more than the t table value of 1.972). The findings demonstrate a clear correlation between Person Organization Fit (X2) and Innovation Trust (Z). The result indicates a statistically significant value of 0.029 (less than 0.05), with a t count value of 2.196 (more than 1.972), based on the t table. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of burnout and a non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT Saudara Buana Samudera Medan. 150 respondents from various departments in the organization participated in the quantitative approach survey technique. We analyzed the collected data using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (burnout and non-physical work environment) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results showed that burnout has a significant negative impact on employee performance. Employees who experience high levels of burnout tend to show decreased productivity, a lack of motivation, and lower engagement in their work tasks. In contrast, a conducive non-physical work environment, such as strong social support, flexibility, and a comfortable working atmosphere, contributes positively to improving employee performance. A positive non-physical work environment can create conditions that allow employees to work more effectively, increase job satisfaction, and motivate them to achieve better results. Based on these findings, this study suggests that company management focus on efforts to reduce burnout, such as employee welfare programs, stress management, and workload adjustments. Furthermore, we highly recommend enhancing the non-physical work environment by implementing policies that promote work-life balance and foster positive interactions among coworkers. Thus, companies can improve overall employee performance, which in turn will have a positive impact on the company's productivity and sustainability. This study provides important insights for human resource management in organizations to create a healthier and more productive work environment.
