Abstract

Dairy product innovation has potential to be developed to overcome the problems of lowquality of dairy produced by the farmers. This leads to rejection of dairy by the dairy containerKoperasi Unit Desa (KUD) before getting to the Industri Pengolahan Susu (IPS) and eventuallywasted. Innovation processed products are studied in this paper is a product processed at the levelof UKM using simple processing technology. Product innovation is needed to survive in thecompetitive market, but on the other hand, an important aspect in the success of innovation thatshould be considered is the risk factor. The purpose of writing this paper is to perform a riskassessment innovation dairy cows by stage approach to innovation management processcomprising the step of searching, selection, implementation and learning. Innovation risks areidentified and analyzed based on risk inovation category consists of environmental innovation,technical resources, integration, management, marketing and strategy. The next stage is measuredand analyzed by two-dimensional measurement of the value of the probability and severity values.Furthermore the final stage of this study is to determine the risk management recommendations aremade based in the value of the ranking value risk exposure.

Abstract

School of Pusaka Bangsa was founded by Yayasan Pusaka Bangsa and started operating from academic year 1999/2000. This school still uses an assessment system that focuses on the academic aspect of the students. The decision-supporting system suggested is a system that allows the holistic evaluation of the studesnts achievement that includes academic achievement, behaviour, extra curricular activities and attendance. The designing of the system consists of planning steps, research, analysis, design, construction and implementation. The decision-supporting system in the School of Pusaka Bangsa Karawang has a few functions. The first one is as a data keep, where we can use it to add, change and delete the data of students and teachers. The second function is the assessments of the students that is used to give a final score of the students achievements according to the attributes in the assessments that varied for each academic levels.. The third function of the system is students analysis diagram which gives the diagram of the students score. The applications of the decision-supporting system gives a better result. This improvement can be observed from the ratio of the work evaluation before development and those after are 2.58 and 4.18 respectively. The indicator of the evaluations are completeness, ease, timing, accessibility and information representations.

Abstract

Intisari—Proses pembelajaran praktik dalam pendidikan vokasi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa. Program pembelajaran praktik yang diterapkan dengan benar, dapat meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleha mahasiswa sehingga dapat diterima oleh dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran praktik berbasis produksi yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pembelajaran Praktik Berbasis Produksi, yang menghasilkan sembilan faktor yang mempengaruhi dan kemudian digunakan untuk merancang model Pembelajaran praktik Berbasis Produksi. Pendekatan Soft System Metodologi (SSM) digunakan untuk menggambarkan model sistem yang terdiri dari sembilan faktor yang didapatkan sebelumnya dalam menyusun model Pembelajaran Praktik Berbasis Produksi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran berbasis produksi yang dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran praktik dalam pendidikan vokasi guna meningkatkan kompetensi siswa sehingga diterima industri.Abstract— The process of practical learning in vocational education has an important role in increasing students’ competencies. Practical learning programs that are properly implemented can improve the competencies of students, so that they can be accepted by the industrial world. This research aims to find the right model of Production-based Practical Learning can be applied. This research was conducted using the Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) approach that is used to analyze the influence factors of Production-based Practical Learning. Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) approach, nine factors influence the Production-based Practical Learning were found, which are then used to design the Production-based Learning models. Soft System Methodology (SSM) approach used to describe systems that are composed from the nine influence factors of the Production-based Practical Learning. The final result of this research is a Production-based learning model that can be applied to practical learning in vocational education to improve student`s competencies accepted by the industry.

Abstract

Intisari— Investigasi kecelakaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak internal operator swasta Transjakarta menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua kecelakaan diakibatkan oleh human error (pengemudi). Faktor utama terjadinya kecelakaan diduga adalah mengabaikan prosedur keselamatan yang ditentukan, tidak pekanya pengemudi terhadap kondisi berbahaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan hubungan safety culture, safety behavior, dan safety knowledge, dan merancang rekomendasi peningkatan safety behavior melalui faktor safety culture dan safety knowledge. Pembangunan model hipotesis dilakukan dengan studi literatur. Pengujian model dilakukan dengan teknik analisis multivariat yaitu structural equation modeling-partial least square. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara safety culture dengan safety behavior positif. Demikian pula dengan hubungan antara safety culture dan safety knowledge. Sedangkan hubungan safety knowledge dengan safety behavior ternyata berpengaruh negatif. Hasil dari pengujian model hipotesis akan digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan safety behavior. Rekomendasi yang berkaitan dengan indikator safety culture diantaranya adalah Perancangan sistem penilaian kinerja sebagai dasar pemetaan kualitas kinerja sumber daya manusia dan pemberlakuan sistem reward and punishment, pemberlakuan dasar perhitungan gaji menggunakan rupiah per jam kerja untuk menurunkan kecenderungan pelanggaran batas kecepatan kendaraan, membentuk media dan forum komunikasi yang memiliki standar prosedur yang lebih jelas, termasuk dengan pencatatan umpan balik atas informasi dari kedua belah pihak, perancangan display yang ergonomis sebagai media penyampaian pesan yang berkaitan dengan keselamatan. merancang media dan prosedur yang lebih jelas untuk penyampaian keluhan dan saran dari pengemudi untuk manajemen, perancangan survei untuk menilai apakah budaya keterbukaan manajemen telah terbangun baik di organisasi. adaptasi prinsip continuous improvement perancangan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan keselamatan yang berkelanjutan. Sedangkan rekomendasi perbaikan yang berkaitan dengan indikator safety knowledge adalah dengan melengkapi dan memperkaya materi pelatihan untuk pengemudi dengan materi risiko penyakit akibat kerja, definisi penyakit akibat kerja, materi mengenai cara menghindari penyakit akibat kerja dalam program pelatihan untuk membangun awareness para pengemudi, dan materi mengenai kesalahan postur sebagai faktor risiko pada keselamatan, materi mengenai beban psikologis pengemudi.Abstract— Accident investigation conducted by internal parties of the Transjakarta operator private company that almost all accidents are caused by human error (driver). The main factor in the alleged accident is ignoring the specified safety procedures, not the driver's sensitivity to dangerous conditions. The purpose of this study is to model the relationship between safety culture, safety behavior, and safety knowledge, and design recommendations for improving safety behavior through safety culture and safety knowledge factors. Development of a hypothetical model is carried out with literature studies. Model testing is done by multivariate analysis technique that is structural equation modeling least square. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the relationship between culture safety and safety behavior is positive. Similarly, the relationship between safety culture and safety knowledge. While the relationship of safety knowledge with safety behavior turned out to have a negative effect. The results of testing the hypothesis model will be used as the basis for preparing recommendations for strategies to improve safety behavior. Recommendations relating to safety culture indicators include the design of performance appraisal systems as a basis for mapping the quality of human resource performance and the implementation of a reward and punishment system, basic application of salary calculation using rupiah per working hour to reduce the tendency of vehicle speed limits, establish media and communication forums who have clearer standard procedures, including by recording feedback on information from both parties, the design of displays is ergonomic as a medium for delivering messages related to safety. designing the media and clearer procedures for submitting complaints and suggestions from drivers to management, designing surveys to assess whether the culture of openness of management has been built well in the organization. continuous improvement principle adaptation design strategies to improve service quality and sustainable safety. While recommendations for improvements relating to safety Knowledge indicators are to equip and enrich training materials for drivers with material on the risk of occupational diseases, definitions of work-related diseases, materials on how to avoid work-related illnesses in training programs to build driver awareness, and material about errors posture as a risk factor for safety, material regarding the driver's psychological burden..

Abstract

Abstrak— Peningkatan kapasitas produksi pada proses extruding merupakan hal yang penting karena proses extruding merupakan salah satu proses utama dalam pembuatan ban sepeda motor. Permasalahan yang teridentifikasi saat ini proses extruding menjadi bottle neck karena memiliki kapasitas terendah dibandingkan proses yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi pada proses extruding. Penelitian terdiri dari sub model perhitungan kapasitas extruding, sub model peramalan permintaan produksi ban dan sub model pengambilan keputusan. Perhitungan kapasitas produksi dilakukan dengan metode calculated capacity, peramalan menggunakan metode DMA dan regresi linear dan pengambilan keputusan menggunakan pohon keputusan dengan metode perhitungan expected monetary value. Hasil analisis sistem menunjukkan bahwa extruding memiliki kapasitas terendah dibanding proses yang lain, hal ini dikuatkan berdasarkan hasil sub model perhitungan kapasitas extruding yaitu 80.190 pcs/hari. Sub model peramalan permintaan menunjukkan trend permintaan yang cenderung meningkat dengan rata-rata permintaan per hari 98.376 pcs/hari. Alternatif pilihan peningkatan kapasitas yang diusulkan adalah pengaturan waktu kerja, penambahan tenaga kerja dan investasi mesin. Kriteria keputusan adalah jumlah produksi extruding, usulan peningkatan kapasitas yang terpilih berdasarkan model keputusan menggunakan pohon keputusan adalah melakukan penambahan tenaga kerja dari 4 orang/shift menjadi 6 orang/shift. Estimasi peningkatan kapasitas extruding menjadi 104.671 pcs/hari dari 86.000 pcs/hari. Hasil model keputusan metode pohon keputusan dari 3 alternatif usulan menunjukkan, alternatif peningkatan kapasitas proses extruding yang terbaik adalah penambahan tenaga kerja. Pemilihan alternatif peningkatan kapasitas menggunakan pohon keputusan terbukti dapat menjadi solusi perusahaan menentukan alternatif pilihan terbaik sesuai kriteria dan perhitungan resiko masa mendatang. Abstract— increasing production capacity in the extruding process is important because the extruding is one of the main processes in the manufacture of motorcycle tires. The problem identified is the extruding process becomes a bottle neck because it has the lowest capacity compared to other processes. This study aims to design a decision-making model to capacity up in the extruding. The research consists of a sub-model of calculating extrusion capacity, a sub-model of forecasting a production demand of tire and a sub-model of decision-making. The calculation of production capacity is using the calculated capacity method, forecasting using the DMA method and linear regression and decision making using a decision tree method with the expected monetary value calculation. The results of the system analysis show that extruding has the lowest capacity compared to other processes, this is corroborated by the results of the sub model for calculating the extruding capacity of 80,190 pcs/day. The demand forecasting sub model shows an increasing trend of demand with an average daily demand is 98,376 pcs/day. Alternative options for capacity up the proposed are working time arrangements, recruitment new man power and machine investment. The decision criteria is the amount of extruding production, the capacity up which is selected based on the decision model using a decision tree is to recruitment new man power from 4 people/shift to 6 people/shift. The estimated increase in extruding capacity is 104.671 pcs/day from 86.000 pcs/day. The results of the decision tree method of the 3 alternative proposals show that the best alternative to capacity up of the extruding process is the recruitment new man power. The selection of capacity up alternatives using decision trees is proven to be a solution for companies to determine the best alternative choices according to the criteria and future risk calculations.
