Academic stress can now be found among vocational students, but this can be overcome by facilitating Parental Social Support, Peer Social Support and Emotional Intelligence. The purpose of this study is to prove Parental Social Support, Peer Social Support with Emotional Intelligence as a predictor of Academic Stress. The subjects in this study were 150 students of SMK Negeri 1 Kedung and the method of data collection in this study was psychological scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression statistical techniques, all calculations using SPSS version 20.0. The results of data analysis obtained the simultaneous value of R between Parental Social Support, Peer Social Support and Emotional Intelligence towards Academic Stress was 0.321 and F value = 12.420 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a simultaneous influence between parental social support, peer social support and emotional intelligence on academic stress and also obtained R Square value of 0.103, which means that parental social support, peer social support and emotional intelligence together contribute 10.3% academic stress, the rest is influenced by other factors

Perancangan lokasi pendistribusian pangan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok pangan masyarakat yang bisa berubah secara dinamis dari waktu ke waktu. Metode Grid diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan lokasi yang tepat untuk lumbung padi dalam upaya pendistribusian bahan pangan di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dengan memperhatikan jarak dan biaya transportasi. Tidak hanya itu, dengan bantuan metode grid untuk penentuan kandidat lokasi lumbung padi juga membantu dalam proses penelitian. Berdasarkan data yang berupa koordinat lokasi kantor kabupaten, jumlah penduduk, dan banyaknya produksi padi di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dapat diperoleh dua lokasi lumbung padi terdapat pada koordinat geografis (-1.8,113.0) tepatnya di Desa Koeling, Kecamatan Pundu, Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur, Kalimantan Tengah dan (-3.0,114.2) tepatnya di Desa Pangkuh, Kecamatan Pangkoh Hilir, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau, Kalimantan Tengah dengan total cost sebesar Rp. 55,287,393.08. AbstractThe design of food distribution location is one of the goverment activity to fulfill the main need of society that can change dynamically over time. The Grid method was applied in this study to determine the exact location the granary for the distribution of food in Central Borneo Province by pay attention distance and transportation cost. Not only that, with the help of the grid method for determining candidates for granary locations it also help in the research process. Based on the data in the form of the coordinates of the location of the district office, population, and the amount of rice production in Central Borneo Province, two granary locations are located at the geographical coordinates (-1.8,113.0) precisely in Koeling Village, Pundu Sub-district, East Kotawaringin District, Central Borneo, and (-3.0,114.2) precisely in Pangkuh Village, Pangkoh Hilir Sub-district, Pulang Pisau District, Central Borneo with a total cost Rp. 55,287,393.08.

The purpose of this research is to verify the correlation between Psychological Empowerment and Career Commitment. There are two scales used in this research, i.e. Psychological Empowerment Scales by Spreitzer (1995) and Career Commitment Scale by Carson & Bedeian (1994). The participants of this research are 60 teachers of private high-school in Salatiga, Indonesia. Data analysis uses SPSS 16 Program. Statistics method to be used is pearson product moment correlation test. The result of statistic test shows that there is significant correlation between Psychological Empowerment and Career Commitment.

The purpose of this study is examining the effect of achievement motivation and work environment simultaneously on the performance of Police Officers. This research is a type of quantitative research. The participants in this study were 100 police officers in Salatiga with saturation sampling technique. The instrument used was Achievement Motivation Scale, Work Environtment Scale, and Performance Scale.Data analysis technique used multiple liniar regression. The results showed that achievement motivation and work environment proved to simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of police officers with contribution value of 28.50%. This shows that the higher the achievement motivation and the better the work environment, the higher of performance of Police Officers. Achievement motivation and work environment as predictor the performance of police officers.

control and gender with student’s learning achievement in SMA Kristen YPKPM Ambon. The population in this research is the whole students of SMA Kristen YPKPM Ambon which amounts 797 students, while the number of the samples that has been used in this research were 168 students. To measure the variable of social support of peers it has been used questionnaire adapted by Malecki (2002, cited in Dewolff 2012). To measure the variable of self-control it has been used questionnaire by Tangney et al (2004) which is then used by Gong, et al (2009) on his research, while the student’s achievement has been measured using the report of students education in the first semester period 2013/2014. Before testing thehypothesis, first is measuring the validity and reliability of measuring instruments by using a standard p>0.30 for validity and p>0.70 for reliability. After the writer/researcher test the hypothesis, then there are some research results as follows: there is was relationship of peer social support and self-control with student achievement, there is no interaction effect of peer social support and gender with student achievement, there is no interaction effect of self control and gender with student achievement, there is no interaction effect of peer social support, self control and gender with student achievement, and there was difference in student learning achievement in terms of gender

This research aim is to examine the effect of self concept training on future orientation among college student in Faculty of Psychology Satya Wacana Christian University. This study is a quasi-experimental research by one-group pretest-posttest design. Participant on this research are 20 college student from Faculty of Psychology Satya Wacana Christian University, whose selected by accidental sampling. The participant will receive a treatment namely self concept training which build from multidimensional model of self concept according to Fitts (Pauldine, Warren, & Swails, 2017). Future Orientation Questionnaire (FOQ), an instrument developed by Seginer (2009) is used to measure future orientation on participant before and after treatment.
