Abstract

Training is one of ditermining factors of the success of an action plan. Traininghas also an important and strategic role in the development and growth of students.The focus of the study are: (1) the training for aerobic instructor candidates in threegyms in Semarang: St Anna Gym, Astuti Aerobic Dance, and Dian Ida Gunawan, (2)the factors affecting the training of aerobic instructor candidates in the three gyms.The research is aimed at understanding, identifying, and describing: (1) the executionof training for aerobic instructor candidates in the three gyms (2) the factors whichinfluence the training for aerobic instructor candidates in the three gyms. Theapproach of the study was phenomenological. Therefore, the research adopted aqualitative method. The data collected were words and pictures. The findings are asfollows: a) The trainer had knowledge and experience in his/her field, had a nationallevel certificate, attended gymnastic educations, atttended in-house training, attendedseminars in the level of general, local, or national, b) the trainees were not limited to aparticular age group, c) the written curriculum referred to the right guidelineaccording to the curriculum of gymnastics education, d) the training programs wereexecuted although they were not planned well. The existing training programs werenot recorded in writing and were still a routine, e) physical and mental training wascarried out. There were also additional methods such as aerobic assessment andestablishment although they were not written well, f) evaluation to the training wascarried out although it was not followed up well as a basis of improvement ofcontinuous training program.kata kunci: pelatihan, instruktur senam aerobik, senam aerobik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model permainan Pak Bo Tang dalam pembelajaran sepak bola. Metode penelitian yang  digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu dari Borg & Gall yaitu: (1) Analisa kebutuhan didapat dari hasil pengumpulan informasi, termasuk observasi lapangan dan kajian pustaka. (2) Perencanaan untuk mengembangkan produk awal. (3) Pembuatan produk awal. (4)Uji coba kelompok kecil 10 siswa putra dan 10 siswa putri). (5) Revisi produk berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran. (6) Uji8coba kelompok besar (20 siswa putra dan 20 siswa putri), (7) Produk akhir yang dihasilkan adalah model permainan Pak Bo Tang bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh data evaluasi ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran yaitu 87,71% (baik), dan hasil rata-rata keseluruhan respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil didapat persentase sebesar 88,67% (baik). Hasil uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh data evaluasi ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran yaitu 93,9% (sangat baik), dan hasil rata-rata keseluruhan respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok besar didapat persentase sebesar 94,75% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan model pembelajaran tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan : (1) Model permainan Pak Bo Tang yang telah dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini layak dan dapat digunakan bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas. (2) Model permainan Pak Bo Tang dapat menjadi alternatif model pembelajaran penjasorkes yang efektif dan menyenangkan bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze products based on mobile application development in helping teachers record student performance in physical education. Development method was carried out by the following procedure: requirement analysis; initial product development; expert validation; field trials; product revision; and final result. Interview guides, validation sheets, and questionnaire sheets were distributed in data collection process. Expert validation result on the phase I obtained average 76% which is classified as good criteria, and on the phase II obtained average 81,33% which is classified as very good criteria. While on the small scale trial obtained average 69,88% which is classified as good criteria, and on the big scale trial obtained average 79,40% which is classified as good criteria. Conclusion of the study shows that the mobile application product can be used to assist teachers in recording student performance in Physical Education which can be accessed by teachers, students, and parents of students.

Abstract

Dewasa  ini, banyak kekerasan dan pelecehan terhadap anak dan wanita yang dilakukan oleh pria dewasa bahkan teman sebayanya sendiri yang melakukannya, isu tersebut memang sungguh cukup meresahkan. Peristiwa yang terjadi mengarah pada pelecehan seks pada anak-anak perempuan yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar dan kategori sekolah yang memiliki siswa yang bermasalah, baik dari segi ekonomi lemah pada orang tuanya, pendiam, dan kurang bisa bergaul dengan teman-temannya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdi memberikan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat terhadap permasalahan mitra yang ada melalui pendampingan pada anak sekolah dasar yang berbasis nilai-nilai karakter konservasi, yang kegiatannya berupa pendampingan pertahanan anak melalui pelatihan beladiri pencak silat dan latihan fisik olahraga yang kegiatannya diberi penugasan rutin melakukan kegiatan yang mengarah seperti tuntutan butir karakter konservasi (seperti kemandirian, tanggungjawab, kepedulian, dan lain-lain). Dari program pelatihan pengabdian masyarakat tersebut dihasilkan peningkatan kemampuan keterampilan teknik dasar pencak silat pada siswa-siswi, siswa mampu melakukan teknik pukulan, hindaran, tangkisan, dan tendangan (samping, sabit, dan depan).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of sports in terms of the sport development index in Tegal Regency. In this study, the method used was a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach in terms of Sport Development Index (SDI). The research instruments used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. The data obtained were then analyzed using SDI analysis. The data obtained were then analyzed using SDI analysis. The research subjects used a sample of 90 people. The SDI score in Tegal Regency is 0.296 and is in the low category. The government must make policies regarding the development and improvement of the quality and quantity of sports facilities and infrastructure and carry out program planning to encourage and develop recreational sports, such as car-free days in the end. Sports activities such as gymnastics, walking or other recreational sports. activities so that people are more interested in sports activities. People must use the open space for sports wisely and have a sense of each other. In addition, he also uses open space exercises with full responsibility and cares for the environment so that he becomes more comfortable when doing sports activities.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires teachers and students to carry out online learning. This has an impact on physical education subject. It definitely reduces the physical activity in which physical education, sports and health  requires physical activity as a medium of learning. The lack of physical activity has a negative effect on health and physical fitness. This study aims to analyze the physical fitness of Physical Education Teachers (PE Teachers) in Semarang City during the Covid-19 pandemic based on the Body Mass Index (BMI). The research method used was a survey, the research sample was 186 PE Teachers in Semarang. The data collection was gained by the measurements of height and weight. BMI is calculated using the formula of the body mass divided by the square of the body height in units of kg/m2. The quantitative data analysis used in this study was the percentage to describe the physical fitness profile based on BMI. The results of the study showed that the BMI of Semarang City PE Teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic were as follows: underweight 7 people (3.76%); normal or healthy weight 115 people (61.83%), overwight 56 people (30.11%), obese 8 people (4.30%). The conclusion of the physical fitness of PE Teachers in Semarang City during the Covid-19 pandemic based on body mass index were catagorized as folows: the underweight were 7 people (3.76%), normal or healthy weight were 115 people (61%), overweight and obese were 64 people (34.41%). The suggestions for PE Teachers whose category are underweight, overweight and obese based on BMI is to evaluate and improve their lifestyle, diet and physical activity so that their body weight becomes normal or ideal and their physical fitness is getting better. For those who acquired normal category, it means they have been having a good lifestyle.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the requirements of technical integrated laboratory FIK Unnes in improving sports achievement in Central Java Province, Indonesia. Research method used in this research was qualitative descriptive, with evaluation approach, the instrument used document analysis, observation, interview and inquiry. Data analysis used by using Miles and Huberman interactive cycle then the pattern tendency was explained, qualitative analysis was initiated by describing reality happened in narration form then it was interpreted by a guidebook with ISO 17025 or SNI 17025 standard in laboratory. The result shows that the requirements of technical integrated laboratory FIK Unnes was quite maximum to contribute in improving sports achievement in Central Java Province, Indonesia, it was based on the technical standard from equipment, personnel, accommodation and environment condition, finding of test and measurement, quality assurance of measurement and test result, and reporting of result conducted based on ISO 17025 or SNI 17025 standard.

Abstract

AbstractInstitutions of higher education is one of the rides at the shaper of human resources to prepare for and create a scholar who has a good quality. In the development of a science student who has obtained must have contribute to a broad audience, but all currently still encountered a student health physical education and recreation that can not apply the scholarship that has been gets, even a lot of scorn from the public about his friend even himself. Based on these problems then the servants give practical mentoring team application ability of students in the city of Semarang Freeday Car activities which aim to help students master the skills and knowledge the lecture material deployment techniques have been obtained to the community. From the IPTEKS in the program implemented for students PJKR FIK Unnes was well received by the partners and achieve the objectives previously planned as well as in aspects of the deployment capabilities of students can apply his ability to society with good and true, this indicates that the training delivery mentoring already quite well and students are able to master the material that has been given. Keywords:Training, implementation, skill-based. AbstrakLembaga Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu wahana pembentuk sumber daya manusia untuk mempersiapkan dan menciptakan sarjana yang memiliki kualitas yang baik.Dalam perkembanganya seorang mahasiswa ilmu yang telah didapat harus mempunyai kontribusi bagi semua khalayak luas, namun saat ini masih banyak dijumpai mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi yang tidak dapat mengaplikasikan keilmuan yang telah didapatnya, bahkan banyak cibiran dari masyarakat sekitar bahkan temannya sendiri. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdi memberikanpembekalan basic knowledge melalui pelatihan softskillkemampuan mahasiswa kepada masyarakat di kegiatan Car Freeday Kota Semarang yang bertujuan untuk membantumahasiswa dapat menguasai keterampilan dan pengetahuanteknikpengaplikasian materi perkuliahan yang telah didapat kepada masyarakat. Dari program IPTEKS yang diimplementasikan bagi mahasiswa PJKR FIK Unnes diterima dengan baik oleh pihak mitra dan mencapai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan sebelumnya serta secara aspek pengaplikasian kemampuan mahasiswa sudah dapat mengaplikasikan kemampuannya kepada masyarakat dengan baik dan benar, hal ini menandakan bahwa pemberian pelatihan pendampingan sudah cukup baik dan mahasiswa mampu menguasai materi yang telah diberikan. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, implementasi, skill-based.
