Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di Indonesia massih tergolong rendah dan selalu berada pada urutan terbawah berdasarkan studi PISA 2018. Mayoritas guru hanya terpaku pada buku pelajaran sekolah dan belum memanfaatkan modul berbasis literasi dan numerasi yang diterbitkan oleh Kemendikbud agar meningkatnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi modul belajar literasi dan numerasi dalam pembelajaran tematik siswa kelas 5 di MI Irsyadul Athfal Depok, serta kendala dan solusinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualiatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi modul belajar literasi dan numerasi dalam pembelajaran tematik terdiri dari tiga tahapan: perencanaan, pelakssanaan, dan penilaian yang dilaksanakan selama 2 x 30 menit (2 jam pelajaran). Kendala yang dihadapi adalah bahan ajar, waktu, ketelitian siswa, dan prosedur penilaian. Solusinya adalah sekolah memfasilitasi bahan ajar yang dibutuhkan, guru memperhatikan efesiensi waktu sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran, guru membiasakan siswa untuk belajar menggunakan modul, dan guru mengembangkan atau menyusun penilaian secara mandiri. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul belajar literasi dan numerasi dalam pembelajaran tematik dapat dilaksanakan sebagai bahan ajar yang melibatkan aktivitas pembelajaran berbasis literasi dan numerasi.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan implementasi metode Beyond Center and Circle Time (BCCT) dalam membangun pendidikan karakter peserta didik di SD/MI. Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini adalah saat kasus Covid-19 sedang melonjak dua tahun kebelakang yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring. Hal tersebut menyebabkan menurunnya karakter anak bangsa yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya motivasi belajar, kemandirian, dan rasa hormat serta ketidakmampuan dalam menerima pembelajaran. Sehingga perlu adanya penguatan karakter kembali melalui proses pendekatan metode pembelajaran. Berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menimbulkan perubahan pada pola pendidikan, dengan muncunya beberapa masalah sosial yang dihadapi oleh generasi bangsa, serta pengaruh negatif dari media sosial. Dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, proses pembelajaran telah bertansformasi dengan memperkenalkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai tahap perkembangan peserta didik. Dalam mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran tersebut dibutuhkan peran penting seorang guru. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga tahap, 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi Penelitian dilakukan di kelas 3 SD Bosowa Bina Insani. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode BCCT dapat membangun pendidikan karakter melalui empat tahap pijakan dalam posisi circle, discipline with love, dan program pembiasaan sekolah berbasis karakter. Character plays an important role for students, one of the efforts to shape the character of quality students is through full day school so that the formation of these characters can achieve results. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of full day school in the formation of religious and disciplinary character of students and to find out what factors become obstacles in the formation of religious and disciplinary character. The method in this study was qualitative with a field study approach (Field Research) and this research was conducted in class VII. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by triangulating data sources (a combination of observations, interviews and documentation). The informants and informants in this study were school principals, PAI teachers, homeroom teachers for class VII and students. The results of the study stated that full day school can form religious and disciplinary character values by habituation and exemplary methods through programs to strengthen character education in schools, starting from setting intense schedules to varied teaching and learning activities. This can be seen from the teaching and learning process activities that run in an orderly manner, such as Islamic habituation activities. While the main factor that acts as an obstacle is the family, such as busy parents, social environment, and school facilities and infrastructure that are not optimal

This study examined and explored how the "Asilaty" method is used as a method of learning Arabic with the Yellow Book at Al Isyraq Islamic Boarding School. This study used qualitative research methods with case study techniques. The process of collecting data through informants was carried out such as observation, interviews, and documentation, to get detailed information and descriptions of the analysis of the Asilaty method in learning the Yellow Book at the Al-Isyraq Islamic boarding school, West Jakarta. The results of the study proved that learning to read the Yellow Book using the Asilaty method at Al-Isyraq Islamic Boarding School can be carried out well and effectively and in a short time. This is because the "Asilaty" method has differences from the others, namely the preparation of books that are easy to understand, focus on understanding, and practice the material by always asking questions to all students evenly. In order to do their duties, students are obliged to do muthala’ah, mudzakaroh, takrar.

Student PPKn learning outcomes are still unsatisfactory, causing students' low understanding of the material, thus affecting student learning outcomes who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) score. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the group investigation type cooperative learning model to answer existing problems in the field. The research method used is an experimental research method. The research results show that: (1) Student learning outcomes before using the Group Investigation Cooperative Learning Model show that the average learning outcomes for experimental class students is 65.6 and the control class is 74.8. These results show that the average learning outcome for the experimental class is still below the KKM, namely 68; (2) Student Learning Results after using the Group Investigation Type Cooperative Learning Model, in this discussion the results of data analysis for the final test (posttest) between the experimental and control groups show different average values. This shows that the average learning outcome for experimental class students is 70.4 and the control class is 77.6. These results show that the two classes got an average learning outcome above the KKM, namely 68; (3) The influence of the Group Investigation type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes. In the application of the group investigation type cooperative learning model, it can be concluded that the results of the pretest for class III A students (experiment) got a value below the average, namely 65.6, while the KKM in terms of Civics learning at school is 68. After being treated with the group investigation type cooperative learning model in this class, it can be seen that there has been an increase in learning outcomes up to 70.4. So we get a difference of 4.8.

Tulisan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui konsep hard skill dan soft skill guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep hard skill dan soft skill guru sangat diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan belajar yang membuahkan hasil baik. Hard Skill adalah sebuah kemampuan yang dapat setiap orang asah melalui berlatih dan juga menempuh jenjang pendidikan. Hard Skill sendiri merupakan sebuah pengetahuan atau kemampuan teknis yang dimiliki oleh seseorang. Pengetahuan atau kemampuan teknis yang dimaksud tersebut meliputi berbagai hal yang seringkali dibutuhkan untuk beberapa profesi (guru) tertentu dan mengembangkannya sesuai dengan kurikulum yang ada, hal ini juga termasuk bagaimana seseorang mampu mengatasi suatu masalah yang sedang terjadi sekaligus menganalisis dan menemukan solusi yang tepat. Soft Skill adalah keterampilan seseorang yang membangun hubungan dengan orang lain dan keterampilan mengatur diri sendiri. Guru sebagai penentu perkembangan potensi siswa tidak cukup hanya dapat mengajar (transfer of knowledge). Selain itu, guru sebagai model bagi siswa harus memiliki kepribadian dan sosial yang baik. Maka, guru dituntut untuk terus-menerus mengembangkan kemampuan kepribadian dan keterampilan sosial. Pengembangan keterampilan interpersonal, meliputi: banyak tersenyum, mediator, kemampuan komunikasi, humor, empati, dan tidak mudah mengeluh.

This research aims to investigate theoretical and practical approaches in optimizing the potential of human resources and employees. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach to explore the conceptual framework supporting effective HR management practices. The literature review includes an in-depth review of relevant academic literature, covering key concepts in HR management such as motivation, leadership, career development, and performance measurement. Critical analysis of various theories and models helps in understanding the complexity and dynamics of HR management. The findings of this literature review indicate that theoretical approaches provide a solid conceptual foundation for understanding the basic principles in HR management, while practical approaches enable the implementation of strategies appropriate to the organizational context. The integration of theory and practice is key to developing effective and sustainable HR management strategies. The findings of this literature review provide valuable insights for practitioners in designing and implementing successful HR management practices. By understanding the theoretical framework and applying it contextually, organizations can optimize the potential of their human resources and employees, thereby enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

This research was motivated by the low level of Arabic language learning outcomes for fourth grade students at Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City. This research aims to determine the influence of visual image media on Arabic language learning outcomes. This type of research is quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was all students in Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City, totaling 348 students. The sample for this research was 58 grade IV students at Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City. The data collection method was carried out using a test method, namely an objective test instrument (multiple choice). The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques, namely the t-test. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence of the use of visual image media on the Arabic language learning outcomes of class IV students at Al Irsyad Elementary School, Bogor City based on the t-test that the Sig. (2-tailed) 0.039 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence of the use of visual image media on Arabic language learning outcomes. This can also be seen from the average score of experimental class students using visual image media, namely 86 and the average score of control group students, namely 73. So there is a significant influence of the use of image visual media on Arabic language learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. Al Irsyad, Bogor City, Academic Year 2023/2024.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam pengembangan strategis bisnis berkelanjutan. Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, perusahaan dituntut untuk mengintegrasikan praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dalam strategi mereka. SIM berfungsi sebagai alat penting yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan, perencanaan, dan pengendalian dalam konteks keberlanjutan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis kasus pada beberapa perusahaan yang telah berhasil menerapkan SIM dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIM tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga memfasilitasi inovasi produk dan layanan yang ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, SIM membantu perusahaan dalam mengukur dampak sosial dan lingkungan dari aktivitas bisnis mereka, sehingga mendukung pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan SIM yang efektif dapat menjadi pendorong utama bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif melalui praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung strategi keberlanjutan mereka, serta menyoroti pentingnya pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam implementasi SIM.

Based on observations at SDN 2 Pematang Panjang, the library's spacious room and adequate facilities suggest a well-equipped space. However, few students visit the library. During the observation, the library was found to be extremely dirty and disorganized. This disorganization refers to the accumulation of unused books within the library, leading to an unorganized layout and lack of cleanliness. This negatively impacts students' interest in visiting and reading. To address this issue, the researcher implemented a library revitalization initiative. This study aims to investigate the role of school library revitalization at SDN 2 Pematang Panjang. Data was collected using a qualitative approach, employing observation, interviews, and documentation as instruments. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman technique. The findings indicate that school library revitalization plays a crucial role. This is evidenced by the increased number of students visiting and reading in the library.
