Abstract

 Abstrak Robot visual dapat diaplikasikan  untuk  berbagai  macam  keperluan,  antara lain  untuk keperluan industri, militer, pendidikan maupun media hiburan. Salah satu contoh robot visual di bidang hiburan yaitu robot pelontar cakram yang dipertandingkan seperti seorang atlit yang mempertandingkan ketepatan pelontaran dan banyaknya jumlah pelontaran ke target sasaran. Webcam merupakan media yang membantu kinerja operator dalam menentukan arah pelontaran untuk mendapatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan rotasi pelontaran cakram karena  robot  tersebut  dapat  bergerak  secara semiotomatis. Robot jenis ini merupakan salah satu robot yang mampu membedakan objek berupa target dengan tinggi dan jarak yang berbeda-beda. Kata kunci: pelontar, robot visual,webcam.

Abstract

This paper presents an application of Air Detection Environment System using Android that based on the WSN technology. This technology related to multiple sensors that could detect the air quality of environmental parking lot. The proposed application has been successful in detecting automatically the air quality of vehicle exhaust, such as CO, CO2, HC, PM10, temperature, and humidity. This multisensors technology can trasmit air quality data to servers and displays some menu, such as: the air quality status, the time, and the location of the event. This application will be benefit for the people to know the surround environmental condition practically, in real time and in mobile. It is due to they only need to have access to their smart application. It is expected that they will increase their safety and attention of to the unhealthy environmental qualities.

Abstract

Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) is an electronic device that uses a sensor network method to be applied in medical equipment. In recent years, interest in WBAN has increased as it has become an important research area. This study will design the Application Of Health Detector (AHD) android application to detect body health. The application created has succeeded in automatically detecting body health by displaying the value of each sensor reading, namely body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels in the blood. This technology provides a remote health monitoring system in real-time. Through the use of sensor nodes on the human body to detect body health and send it to the server and display the body's health status on the android application in healthy detection, indication or need for action. It is hoped that this health detection application can make it easier for people to know the condition of their body's health.

Abstract

SMPIT Harapan Mulia is one of the schools that uses iPad for its teaching and learning activities.  The use of this small, simple and lightweight iPad is certainly one of the solutions to reduce the burden of the books that the students should carry.  All the learning materials can be found easily in the iPad, therefore the students can learn many things anywhere and anytime. In addition, the use of this iPad also will certainly make the students to more focus on the lesson.  The students have an opportunity to be more flexible in terms of self-development.  Besides the benefits provided by the iPad, there are several obstacles that are often faced, including, the use of iPad is monotonous andexcessive use of iPad can reduce student performance compared to those who do not use tablets (according to research from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and University of Michigan). Based on observations and interviews with the principal at SMPIT Harapan Mulia, students who use the iPad are more enthusiastic in joining the teaching and learning process. This can be proven by an increase in the average value obtained by the students of SMPIT Mulia Harapan. However, unfortunately the school also often found the students looked bored with their tablets. This is because their iPad is connected directly to MDM (Mobile Device Management), where the MDM manages the content and activities on each student's iPad.  This MDM limits the student's movement, so that they will not get out of line. However, this MDM also makes students feel uncomfortable and not to be free to express themselves.  Therefore, we need a solution to overcome these problems. This dedication is carried out with the aim to maintain the stability of the students' enthusiasm in using the iPad. In practice, this service provides opportunities for students to develop their skills in using the iPad. Students are equipped with the theory of the development of the use of iPad (in this activity, the iPad is used to control the trash robot). Besides that, the service activity also demonstrated and gave a short workshop on the control of garbage robots using the iPad. The results of this dedication were a simple coding and a monitoring module using a Blynk based iPad.

Abstract

Physics is a subject that delve into natural phenomena on the environment. Students on Junior High School until Senior High School starts to learn physics. It is due to physics is related to natural phenomena, it does not only contain theory but also calculation and practice.  One of the subjects that can be learnt in physics is Electrical Circuits. To learn more about physics, we need to understand the theory and also the basic calculation in order to implement it in the real situation. However, the main problem is people are not interested to learn those things from a book, and people need to pay more for the practical things. This may be a problem because some of the practical things cannot be found easily. Therefore, to solve the problems, giving a workshop about Livewire is a perfect solution. This workshop will give people to stake out easier with Liverwire application. In addition, Livewire provides us to know the flow or the voltage on our own channel. To attract the students and to get the best study results, Livewire is ready to be friends with Physics teachers.

Abstract

Coding is really needed nowadays. It is because of the high need for coding in every fields. The science of coding has brought people to a world that is completely automated and easy. Due to the need for this coding, many people start to learn it as early as possible.  The activity that is held at SMPIT Harapan Mulia in 2020 is the continuation of the 2019 Community Service, where in 2019, the team conducted the training of introducing garbage robot control based on iPad at SMPIT Harapan Mulia Palembang. The training impressed students and teachers very much. Thus, They felt happy and interested in learning more about programming sciences (coding). This prompted them to ask the service team to return to their school to conduct another training. The participants (students of SMPIT Harapan Mulia) were very enthusiastic about participating in the counseling and training.

Abstract

Udara adalah salah satu elemen penunjang kehidupan di muka bumi. Tanpa udara, manusia dan hewan tidak bisa bernafas, tumbuhan pun tidak bisa melakukan fotosintesis. Kualitas udara sering dipengaruhi oleh kontaminan pengotor.Karbon monoksida merupakan salah satu kontaminan pengotor tersebut.Zat ini memiliki sifat tidak berbau, tidak berasa, dan tidak berwana.Hal ini seringkali menyebabkan manusia tidak menyadari telah menghirup udara yang didominasi oleh gas mematikan ini. Akibatnya banyak manusia yang harus merelakan nyawanya dikarenakan ketidak tahuannya akan bahaya gas beracun ini. Banyak upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya masalah yang lebih besar akibat pencemaran udara ini. Salah satunya adalah merancang sebuah robot pemantau kualitas udara yang akanmemberikan tanda adanya bahaya manakala konsentrasi gas karbon monoksida di sekitarnya mengalami peningkatan yang dapat mengancam nyawa manusia. Sensor TGS 2620 digunakan sebagai pendeteksi konsentrasi gas karbon monoksida pada lingkup tertentu. Hasil pembacaan sensor TGS2620 nantinya dilanjutkan dengan mengirimkan informasi ke android dengan module bluetooth HC-05 berupa peringatan jika terdapat peningkatan konsentrasi karbon monoksida pada lingkungan tersebut.

Abstract

Pencemaran udara merupakan suatu masalah yang berdampak buruk bagi kehidupan makhluk hidup, terutama di kota-kota besar dan industri yang semakin hari semakin meningkat pencemaran udaranya. Media dan teknik penyampaian kualitas udara yang kurang informatif menjadi pemicu rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kondisi lingkungan yang berdampak terhadap kualitas udara, oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem monitoring kualitas udara. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah web yang berfungsi untuk monitoring serta sebagai media informasi untuk mengetahui kualitas udara, web monitoring tersebut akan digabungkan dengan Wireless Sensor Network sebagai alat perangakat keras (hardware) yang akan membaca dan mengambil data dari node-node sensor yang ada pada hardware wsn tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat mengetahui kualitas udara pada lingkungan sekitar, sehingga bisa melakukan pencegahan dini terhadap kualitas udara yang tidak baik, karena apabila kualitas udara tidak baik maka akan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan masyarakat itu sendiri .

Abstract

Informasi awal akan potensi kebakaran akan sangat membantu pencegahan musibah kebakaran, sehingga di butuhkan suatu sistem deteksi dan peringatan dini kebakaran yang memberikan informasi lebih awal untuk bertindak lebih cepat dan tepat. Sistem yang dikembangkan adalah dengan mendeteksi terjadinya bahaya kebakaran menggunakan telepon GSM dengan mikrokontroller AT 8535 sebagai pengendalinya. Sistem pendeteksi kebakaran ini dengan menggunakan sensor gas dan sensor suhu, dimana sensor akan mendeteksi adanya perubahan suhu (diatas 40o ) dan juga tekanan gas mulai dari 500 ppm – 10.000 ppm. Mikrokontroller akan melakukan perintah untuk mengirimkan informasi data (SMS) kepada nomor telepon seluler yang telah terprogram didalam mikrokontroler ATmega 8535. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap alat, sistem-sistem yang terintegrasi bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dimana pengiriman informasi yang dituju sudah bisa dilakukan.

Abstract

Indonesia is part of a tropical climate with high rainfall intensity. High rainfall intensity can potentially cause flooding. To minimize this, accurate weather predictions are needed to be able to anticipate beforehand. This research was conducted with the aim of classifying based on the rain category with the dichotomy of heavy rain and very heavy rain using data mining techniques with the CRISP-DM methodology. The algorithm used in the classification technique is CART (Classification And Regression Tree) with Confusion Matrix test parameters. Based on the results of the model evaluation, it shows that the CART algorithm has a fairly good performance in classifying with an accuracy value of 89.4%.
