Abstract

This study examines the Hexahelix collaboration in increasing investment in MSMEs through the SME Mall Program in Cirebon City, using Ansell and Gash’s collaborative governance theory. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The analysis focused on four indicators: initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaborative process. Findings reveal that the Hexahelix model has moderately succeeded in boosting investment but faces challenges such as communication gaps, product layout limitations, and lack of coordination with government agencies. Despite these, the program demonstrates potential in supporting MSMEs. The study recommends strengthening institutional collaboration, implementing clearer policies, and conducting regular evaluations to enhance program effectiveness.

Abstract

The Basic Education Data (DAPODIK) is a data collection system managed by the Ministry of Education and Culture that contains data on educational institutions, students, educators, educational staff, and educational content, with data sourced from educational institutions that is continuously updated online. The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand how the Basic Education Data (DAPODIK) service is provided at the Education Office of Majalengka Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The study found that the lack of waiting areas often leads to congestion among service users. The Basic Education Data (DAPODIK) service lacks Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), inadequate service implementation, and a manual complaint system that requires a significant amount of time and does not provide an estimated timeframe for resolving user issues. From the research findings, it can be concluded that the Basic Education Data (DAPODIK) service at the Majalengka Regency Education Office is not operating at its full potential.

Abstract

In recent years, dangdut koplo has emerged as a significant cultural phenomenon in Indonesia, particularly among youth audiences. This music genre’s popularity stems from its energetic rhythms, viral social media presence, and interactive performance style. Against this backdrop, event organizers face growing challenges in creating memorable experiences that resonate with modern audiences. This research aims to analyze the strategies employed by event organizer One Night Project in creating a memorable atmosphere or vibe at dangdut koplo events. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores various elements that shape the audience experience, such as artist selection, stage design, use of lighting and sound technology, and interaction between the audience and organizers. This research employs customer experience theory and atmosphere theory. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with organizers, audience members, sponsors, and media partners involved in several One Night Project events. The findings reveal that the synergy between carefully curated elements of music, visuals, and social interaction can enhance audience emotional engagement, creating a lively and memorable atmosphere. Additionally, social media plays a crucial role in amplifying the event’s impact through documentation and digital interactions before, during, and after the concert. These findings offer practical insights for entertainment industry practitioners, particularly those organizing dangdut koplo music events, in developing effective and impactful audience experience strategies.

Abstract

Background. Village infrastructure development plays a crucial role in enhancing the welfare of people in rural areas. Adequate infrastructure not only supports economic and social activities but also acts as a foundation for realizing equitable development. Aims. This study aims to analyze the implementation of village infrastructure development policies, especially the construction of village roads, in Surawangi Village, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency. Methods. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, with a primary focus on George C. Edwards III's policy implementation theory, which encompasses four key variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Result. The study's results indicate that the policy has been implemented, but it faces several obstacles. Policy communication remains suboptimal, particularly in the delivery of technical information. Resources such as tools and materials are readily available; however, limited human resources and technical data pose an obstacle. Conclusion. This study concludes that strengthening communication, capacity building, and bureaucratic reform at the village level are needed to support the implementation of more effective, participatory, and sustainable policies. Implementation. The implementation disposition is quite positive, characterized by high commitment; however, it has not been supported by adequate administrative compliance. A formal bureaucratic structure has been established; however, weaknesses remain in coordination, documentation, and procedural efficiency.

Abstract

Recently, divorce cases in Indonesia have increased following the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia between 2019 and 2022. This research aims to analyze the role of single fathers in shaping the character of children in junior high school (SMP). The primary focus of this research is to understand how emotional involvement, closeness in daily activities, motivation, modeling, and communication patterns established by single fathers significantly influence the process of character development in children. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this research consist of single fathers, students, guidance counselors (BK/Bimbingan Konseling), and child psychologists at the BPK Penabur School in Cirebon City. The theory used is Robert K. Merton's Social Role Theory. The results of the research indicate that a father's active involvement in a child's life impacts the development of character traits such as responsibility, empathy, and discipline. Therefore, it can be concluded that a father's presence in daily routines and open communication create a sense of security and emotional attachment, despite challenges in terms of children's expression of feelings. Consistency in parenting is a crucial element in supporting children's psychological and social development.

Abstract

The fashion industry continues to evolve in line with growing awareness of sustainability and changing economic conditions, which has led to the emergence of the thrifting business phenomenon. This study aims to analyze consumers' perceptions and purchasing decisions regarding thrift products, as well as identify the factors influencing purchasing decisions, such as price, quality, sustainability, and social and cultural aspects, to provide insights into the dynamics of the thrifting market as part of a sustainable lifestyle in the modern era. The study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis and thematic data analysis of informants comprising consumers and business operators. The theory applied in this research is consumer decision-making according to Philip Kotler & Kevin Lane Keller (2009: 184). The results indicate that consumer perceptions directly influence interest in purchasing thrift products, influenced by economic factors, awareness of sustainability, and individual style preferences.
