Abstract

This study examines the use of fi’il tsulasi mujarrad in the Book of Morals Lil Banin Volume II with a focus on the structure of Arabic grammar and its relevance to the formation of children's characters. This study identifies the dominant patterns of fi’il tsulasi mujarrad used in the delivery of moral values, analyzes the grammatical function of each form of verb, and explains how the selection of the language structure affects the effectiveness of internalizing moral values in students. Through a qualitative approach with the literature study method, the research found that the use of fi’il tsulasi mujarrad is not just a linguistic choice, but a pedagogical strategy that makes it easier for children to understand moral commands and prohibitions directly. The results of the study showed a strong correlation between the simplicity of verb morphological structure and the absorption of moral value understanding in early childhood students.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dalam pelayanan publik memberi kesempatan lebih luas bagi masyarakat untuk ikut terlibat secara aktif dalam mengawasi kinerja pemerintah melalui berbagai saluran pengaduan serta media digital yang tersedia dan mudah diakses oleh publik. Keterlibatan masyarakat ini berperan sebagai bentuk pengawasan sosial yang mendorong keterbukaan informasi sekaligus menjadi sarana penting bagi pemerintah dalam memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan sehingga proses penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dapat berjalan lebih jujur bertanggung jawab dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan kepada masyarakat luas. Penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengkaji bagaimana bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengawasan pelayanan publik berbasis digital berlangsung dalam praktik serta menelaah dampaknya terhadap peningkatan transparansi dan kualitas tata kelola pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi, analisis konten pengaduan digital, dan wawancara terhadap pengelola layanan serta pengguna kanal pengaduan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan platform pengaduan digital dan media sosial mampu meningkatkan akses masyarakat dalam menyampaikan aspirasi dan keluhan secara cepat dan terbuka. Namun demikian, efektivitas pengawasan digital masih menghadapi kendala pada aspek literasi digital, kapasitas pengelola, serta konsistensi tindak lanjut. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan partisipasi masyarakat berbasis digital merupakan prasyarat penting dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pelayanan publik yang transparan dan responsif.

Abstract

This study is purposed to examine the quality of public services as measured by the Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Performance (PEKPP), sourced from the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) during the period 2022-2024 across all regions of Indonesia. This study is a literature review based on secondary data with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicated that the quality of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM), oriented towards excellent public service in all regions of Indonesia, demonstrated improvement; however, it has not shown significant quantitative progress. The recommendation for this study is that the government should take effective steps to increase the number of regions categorized as regions with excellent public services.

Abstract

The linguistic phenomenon found in the village of Condet, East Jakarta, especially in border areas, occurs as a result of contact between two languages: the mother tongue and a foreign language, in this case Arabic. Barriers influenced by the use of language (mother tongue) by each language speaker greatly determine the continuity and existence of the mother tongue in border areas. In the context of linguistic communication in bilingual societies, linguistic phenomena such as code-switching, code-mixing, and interference often occur and become the subject of sociolinguistic study. The purpose of this study is to describe the linguistic phenomena of code-mixing and interference and to identify the factors that cause code-mixing and interference in the village of Condet, East Jakarta, through sociolinguistic study. This study uses Muysken's code-mixing theory and Weinreich's interference theory. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collected are statements from residents of Condet Village, East Jakarta, in the form of words, phrases, and sentences related to code-mixing and interference. The data collection techniques used included observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the majority of speakers use code-mixing and interference, but these speakers do not fully understand the correct structure of Arabic. In addition, the majority of speakers in the village of Condet in East Jakarta do not understand the meaning of Arabic expressed in speech.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of global policies on gender equality on the formulation and implementation of education policies in Indonesia. Using a thematic narrative review approach, this study synthesizes academic literature, global policy documents, and national implementation reports to trace the relationship between international frameworks such as SDG 4.5 and UNESCO guidelines with gender-responsive policies at the national level and practices in schools. The analysis results show that although global policies have influenced the direction of national regulations, implementation at the school level is still uneven and does not fully reflect the principle of structural equality. Gaps exist in cultural aspects, teacher capacity, monitoring mechanisms, and the policy adaptation process. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of policy transfer studies in gender education and offers a conceptual model that can be used for further research and more effective policy formulation.
