Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan (UPTD KPH) Bali Utara. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor penentu produktivitas dan kesejahteraan pegawai. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh populasi pegawai UPTD KPH Bali Utara sebanyak 52 orang, yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) secara simultan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. 2) komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) lingkungan kerja yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya menciptakan sistem komunikasi yang efektif dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study systematically evaluates the impact of drive-thru services on taxpayer satisfaction and compliance at the Buleleng Tax Office, Bali, addressing a critical gap in public service assessment literature. Employing the Logic Model framework (inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes), we collected data from 61 purposively sampled drive-thru service users through structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Analysis revealed consistently higher satisfaction levels, with positive response differentials (F+ - F-) ranging from +5% to +21.4% across all components. The Activity component showed the most significant positive disparity (+21.4%), indicating particularly strong approval of service delivery processes. This research presents the first empirical application of the Logic Model to assess drive-thru tax services, introducing a structured evaluation approach for mobile government service innovations. Findings suggest that while drive-thru services enhance satisfaction, sustained improvements in physical infrastructure (Inputs) and outcome monitoring are needed to maintain trust and compliance long-term. The study provides tax authorities with a replicable evaluation framework and evidence-based insights for optimizing mobile service delivery models to improve taxpayer experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of school-based management (MBS) of public high schools in Buleleng Regency in the aspects of independence, partnership, community participation, transparency, and accountability. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were 17 public high schools in Buleleng Regency. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with 5 aspects of MBS implementation. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 128 statements and a Likert scale rating. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative analysis techniques with Glickman's quadrant criteria. The results showed that the implementation of school-based management in public high schools in Buleleng Regency was very effective in 5 aspects of SBM in terms of independence, partnership, community participation, transparency and accountability with the T-score of each aspect being positive (+). Thus, the implementation of MBS at public high schools in Buleleng Regency in 2023 obtained a quality T-score value (+ + + + +) with a very effective category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the implementation of school-based management at public high schools in Buleleng Regency in 2023 is very effective.

Abstract

Advances in technology have made many aspects of life easier, including in terms of payment systems and financial services. Paylater is one of the financial services offered by several e-commerce companies and has similarities with the banking credit system. The objectives of this study were (1) to examine the effect of perception of benefits on the interest in using Shopee PayLater payment methods; (2) to examine the effect of financial literacy on the interest in using Shopee PayLater payment methods; (3) to examine the effect of perception of benefits on Shopee PayLater consumer satisfaction; (4) to examine the effect of financial literacy on Shopee PayLater consumer satisfaction; (5) to examine the effect of consumer satisfaction on Shopee PayLater usage interest; (6) to examine consumer satisfaction mediate the effect of perception of benefits on interest in using Shopee PayLater; and (7) to examine financial literacy mediate the effect of perception of benefits on interest in using Shopee PayLater. This type of research used quantitative with a population of 3,117 students of the Faculty of economics class of 2023/2024, while the sample required 97 respondents, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results showed that (1) perception of benefits has a significant positive effect on interest in using Shopee PayLater; (2) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on interest in using Shopee PayLater; (3) perception of benefits has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction Shopee PayLater; (4) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction Shopee PayLater; (5) consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on interest in using Shopee PayLater; (6) consumer satisfaction can mediate the perception of benefits to the interest in using Shopee PayLater; and (7) consumer satisfaction can mediate financial literacy to the interest in using Shopee PayLater.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan konflik interpersonal terhadap stres kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja Krematorium Suka Duka Pengemong Pura Dalem Desa Adat Buleleng, dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja, konflik interpersonal dan stres kerja. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) beban kerja dan konflik interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja, (2) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) konflik interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja pada pekerja Krematorium Suka Duka Pengemong Pura Dalem Desa Adat Buleleng

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh norma subjektif, return, risiko, dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Undiksha secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, sementara objek pada penelitian ini adalah norma subjektif, return, risiko, pengetahuan investasi dan minat investasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi, (2) return berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi, (3) risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi, (4) pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi, (5) norma subjektif, return, risiko, dan pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand equity and product quality simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subject of this research is the consumer of Asus laptop in Tabanan city and the object of research is brand equity, product quality and purchasing decision. Data were collected using a questionnaire method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) brand equity and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 69.2%, (2) brand equity had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 31.3%, (3) product quality had a positive and significant effect. to the purchasing decision of 31.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Buleleng Regency. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, in which data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents selected by simple random sampling from a total population of 269,486 taxpayers. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that service quality, knowledge, and tax sanctions simultaneously have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Individually, each variable also exerts a positive and significant influence on compliance. These results suggest that improving taxpayer compliance—as a strategy to enhance regional revenue—requires attention to service delivery, tax education, and the enforcement of effective sanctions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Investment (ROI), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) on firm value in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period. This research employs a quantitative causal approach to test the impact of ROA, ROI, DER, and DPR on firm value in the banking sector. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, consisting of 11 banking companies that consistently distributed dividends throughout the 2021–2023 period, resulting in a total of 33 observational data points. Secondary data in the form of financial statements were obtained from the official websites www.idx.co.id and each respective company. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, along with classical assumption testing and data processing using SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Investment (ROI), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a significant influence on the firm value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period, both partially and simultaneously. This indicates that asset utilization efficiency, investment optimization, capital structure management, and consistent dividend policies are crucial factors influencing investor perceptions of firm value, and they serve as a basis for investment decision-making and corporate managerial strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh IKM Sate Lilit Khas Bali Ibu Penta dengan menggunakan pendekatan etika bisnis berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana. Etika bisnis berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana diukur melalui tiga prinsip yaitu parahyangan, pawongan dan palemahan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana belum sepenuhnya diterapkan oleh IKM Sate Lilit Khas Bali Ibu Penta. Adapun terdapat beberapa kendala atau hambatan dalam penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis yang berlandaskan Tri Hita Karana dalam digital marketing pada IKM Sate Lilit Khas Bali Ibu Penta.
