Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the level of student wellbeing in terms of student perceptions of teacher performance in applying servant leadership in the learning process. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. The population is 30,980 students. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 151 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and One-way between groups (ANOVA). The results showed that the level of student welfare was in the very good category, the level of implementation of servant leadership by teachers was in the very good category, and there were differences in student welfare seen from the teacher's perception of the implementation of servant leadership in

Abstract

Abstract: Humans are said to be unique creatures with a diversity of personalities and characters that can form a pattern of life order in society. In relation to building superior education, humans in groups work together in an institution or organization led by one person, namely the principal. Each institution has a different style or way of working and usually becomes a characteristic that will later become a positive assumption, belief, or habituation for all members in each institution. The principal has full responsibility and responsibility for the creation of a conducive organizational culture. This study aims to provide an internalization of spiritual values in building organizational culture in educational institutions. Researchers use the literature review method by applying research steps such as topic identification, literature screening, source feasibility, adjusting criteria, describing results, and drawing conclusions. There are five research results: (1) Internalization of the spiritual value of dhuha prayer; (2) Internalization of the spiritual value of reading al-ma'surat and asmaul khusnah; (3) Internalization of the spiritual value of memorizing daily prayers; (4) Internalization of the spiritual value of the tahfidzul Qur'an; (5) Internalization of the spiritual value of congregational prayer during dhuhur and asr.Keywords: organizational culture, educational culture, spiritual values.Abstrak: Manusia dikatakan sebagai makhluk yang unik dengan keanekaragaman kepribadian dan karakter yang dapat membentuk suatu pola tatanan kehidupan di masyarakat. Dalam kaitannya membangun pendidikan yang unggul, manusia secara berkelompok bekerjasama dalam suatu institusi atau organisasi yang dipimpin oleh satu orang yaitu kepala sekolah. Setiap institusi memiliki corak atau cara kerja yang berbeda dan biasanya menjadi ciri khas yang nantinya akan menjadi asumsi, kepercayaan, atau pembiasaan yang bersifat positif bagi seluruh anggota dalam setiap institusi. Kepala sekolah memiliki kewajiban serta tanggungjawab penuh atas penciptaan budaya organisasi yang kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah internalisasi nilai spiritual dalam membangun budaya organisasi pada lembaga pendidikan. Peneliti menggunakan metode literature review dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah penelitian seperti identifikasi topik, penyaringan literature, kelayakan sumber, penyesuaian kriteria, pendeskripsian hasil, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Terdapat lima hasil penelitian: (1) Internalisasi nilai spiritual sholat dhuha; (2) Internalisasi nilai spiritual membaca al-ma’surat serta asmaul khusnah; (3) Internalisasi nilai spiritual hafalan do’a harian; (4) Internalisasi nilai spiritual tahfidzul Qur’an; (5) Internalisasi nilai spiritual sholat berjama’ah waktu dhuhur dan ashar.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, budaya pendidikan, nilai spiritual.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe: (1) the performance management MBKM student exchange at State University of Malang; (2) the level of students learning mastery at State University of Malang; and (3) effect of student exchange MBKM management on student learning mastery at State University of Malang. This study uses a quantitative research approach with regression design. The research location was conducted at the State University of Malang. The population of the study were 1.199 students enrolled in 2019-2020 who participated in the student exchange program. The samples of the study were selected using a proportional random sampling technique. Results of the study show that MBKM management on student exchange at State University of Malang on the planning function is in  poor category, the organizing function is in good category, the mobilization function is in good category, and the supervisory function is in poor category. The achievement level of student learning mastery at the State University of Malang in the cognitive domain is in poor category, affective domain and psychomotor domain are also in poor category. There is a significant influence of student exchange MBKM management on student learning achievement at Malang State University.Keywords: management, MBKM, student exchange, learning mastery Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) tingkat manajemen MBKM pertukaran pelajar di Universitas Negeri Malang; (2) tingkat penguasaan pembelajaran mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang; dan  (3) pengaruh manajemen MBKM pertukaran pelajar terhadap penguasaan pembelajaran mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Malang. Populasi dari penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2019-2020 yang pernah mengikuti program pertukaran pelajar, yakni sejumlah 1.198 mahasiswa. Adapun sampel dipilih dan ditetapkan  menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan manajemen MBKM pertukaran pelajar di Universitas Negeri Malang pada fungsi perencanaan dalam kategori kurang, fungsi pengorganisasian dalam kategori baik, fungsi penggerakan dalam kategori baik, dan fungsi pengawasan dalam kategori kurang. Tingkat capaian penguasaan pembelajaran mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang pada ranah kognitif dalam kategori kurang, ranah afektif dalam kategori kurang, dan ranah psikomotorik dalam kategori kurang.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen MBKM pertukaran pelajar terhadap penguasaan pembelajaran mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang.Kata kunci: manajemen, MBKM, pertukaran pelajar, penguasaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the self-paced learning of international/outbound students, Increase the agility of outbound student, and education-project entrepreneurship especially in National University of Laos (NUOL). This research use action research approach. This research was conducted for international student with 38 students from the Economic and Business faculties at NUOL.  The data technique with On-In-On through a duo approach system, namely online and offline with locations in two countries, Indonesia and Laos with data collection technique in this research uses an unstructured questionnaire. Data processing and analysis techniques use Tabulating. The results of the study show that outbound student can improve self-paced learning by design model learning based Business Model Canvas (BMC) in higher education can implementing design their own business. This design model is effective strategy in synergizing the era of digital system contributions in building independent learning and increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of outbound students who have to survive in higher education.

Abstract

This research aims to know students' perceptions of the competencies of pedagogical lecturers, the quality of administrative services, the completeness of the facilities supporting lectures, student satisfaction and its relationship with the motivation of student learning. The approach used is quantitative with the design of survey research. The research population was 3,702 of FIP UM students, while the sample was 361 students. The study was conducted in 2020. Sampling techniques using proportional sampling and simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires, meanwhile for data analysis using two kinds of analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed: (1) the competency of pedagogic lecturers, and the quality of administrative services according to the perception of students in the category is quite good, while the student's perception of the completeness of the lecture support facilities in the category is quite complete, the student expresses satisfaction for the services received. But on the motivation of studying of FIP students have a low level; (2) there is an influence on the level of pedagogical competency of lecturers on the motivation of student learning; (3) there is an influence on the quality of administrative services on student learning motivation; (4) there is an influence on the completeness of the facilities to support lectures on the motivation of student learning; (5) there is an influence of satisfaction on the motivation of student learning; and (6) simultaneously there is the influence of lecturer competency level, quality of administrative services, completeness of lecture support facilities, and student satisfaction on learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the process of instructional leadership within the framework of clinical supervision. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach, participant-observer method. The participants of this study were principals and teachers. This research was conducted at MI Al Fattah, Malang City, Indonesia. The data were collected using observation technique, where the researcher observed the principal’s instructional leadership behavior in fostering teachers based on the clinical supervision framework. The data were analyzed using Mason’s analysis model, namely categories, codes and explanatory logic (Mason, 2020). The results conclude that the processes that can be used by school principals as instructional leaders within the framework of clinical supervision are identification of instructional problems, define and describe the problem, critical analysis, examine solutions, formulate action plans, implementation, and evaluate.

Abstract

Many schools tend to focus on the development of teachers and the curriculum, while administrative staff often do not receive adequate training and support. This leads to inefficiencies in data management, communication, finance, and resources, which can ultimately hinder the educational process. With training and professional development, administrative staff can play an important role in enhancing their competencies. As a result, investing in the development of administrative staff competencies will improve school performance and overall student academic achievement. Thus, the quality of education from an institution will develop well. This research aims to determine the influence of school administrative staff competence on the quality of education and to provide insights for education stakeholders on how to maximize the role of administrative staff in improving educational quality. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature study, which involves gathering data from several sources such as books, journals, and previous research. This research shows that the competence of school administrative staff has a significant impact on the quality of education. Competent administrative staff can efficiently manage the school management system, accurately handle data and finances, and leverage information technology to expedite administrative processes.

Abstract

Abstract
