Abstract

The training for a scientific article for a surabaya city high school teacher is aimed at providing knowledge for a surabaya city general teacher who is not yet familiar with writing scientific articles, developing knowledge and adding to the quality of writing a scientific article for a counselor, and accompanying teacher for promotion. This training USES companion models, using talks, question-and-answer methods, and simulation methods. The target for this writing training isa high school counselor in the surabaya city of 30 participants. The value of this science - writing training is that teachers provide the incentive to make scientific articles and teachers have the expertise to do them and improve the teachers' professionalism

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membina karakter religius siswa kelas VIII C di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Semparuk. Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan penelitian diantaranya sebagai berikut; Pertama, mengetahui apa saja peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membina karakter religius siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Semparuk Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Kedua, mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membina karakter religius siswa di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Semparuk Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatakan fenomenologi sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ada tiga jenis yakni: Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Sedangkan tehnik analisis data yang digunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi dan member check. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan maka hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, peran guru PAI dalam membina karakter religius siswa kelas VIII C di SMPN 1 Semparuk meliputi: a) Sebagai pengajar, b) Sebagai pendidik, c) Sebagai teladan, d) Sebagai pembimbing, e) Sebagai pendorong kesadaran keimanan, f) Sebagai motivator, g) Sebagai sumber belajar, h) Sebagai fasilitator, i) Sebagai pemimpin, j) Sebagai pengelola kelas. Kedua, faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam membina karakter religius siswa kelas VIII C di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Semparuk lebih dominan pada eksternal meliputi: a) Faktor keluarga atau orang tua, karena keluarga merupakan tempat pendidikan pertama bagi siswa. b) Faktor lingkungan sekolah adalah faktor yang penting. Karena di sekolah siswa akan di didik dan di bimbing untuk memiliki akhlak yang baik. c) Faktor pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dengan bebera metode.

Abstract

The Pesantren-Based Management Model in Islamic Education Management is an innovative approach that integrates the traditional pesantren education system with modern education management principles. This model combines the strength of Islamic values and traditions that have been rooted in the pesantren system with contemporary learning methods, the latest educational technology, and a curriculum that is relevant to the demands of the times. The goal is to create a holistic, effective, and adaptive Islamic education system that is able to prepare students intellectually, spiritually, and practically to face the challenges of the modern world while maintaining Islamic identity and values. This model emphasises the balance between religious and general education, character development, as well as enhancing soft skills, so as to produce graduates who are not only knowledgeable and noble, but also able to contribute significantly in a global society. The research method used is literature. The results showed that the Pesantren-Based Management Model has significant advantages in integrating traditional Islamic values with modern education management principles. The model successfully combines the strengths of the pesantren system with contemporary educational innovations, creating a holistic approach that emphasises the balance between intellectual, spiritual and practical education. The flexibility and adaptability of this model in the face of changing times, as well as its focus on character building and soft skills development, make it highly relevant to address the needs of Islamic education in the global era. This study concludes that the Pesantren-Based Management Model offers an effective and sustainable solution in the management of Islamic education, with the potential to become a reference for the development of a progressive Islamic education system that remains rooted in fundamental Islamic values.

Abstract

This article discusses the historical development of the philosophy of science in three main periods: the ancient Greek era, the medieval era, and the modern era. Each period has unique characteristics that reflect the paradigm shift in understanding science, from speculative approaches to systematic scientific methods. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a historical approach to analyze the development of philosophical thought based on the main works of philosophers in each era. The results show significant evolution in scientific methods and approaches, connecting the tradition of metaphysical speculation with modern empirical methods.

Abstract

This research started from looking at the phenomenon that occurred at TPQ Nurul Huda, namely that some students were lacking in instilling character education values ​​so that they did not meet the teacher's expectations, therefore moral aqidah teachers tried to instill character education values. This research aims to obtain clear information about: 1) The implementation of teacher example in instilling character education values ​​in the learning of moral aqidah at TPQ Nurul Huda. 2) Evaluation of the application of teacher example in instilling character education values ​​in the learning of moral aqidah at TPQ Nurul Huda. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing teacher example in instilling character education values ​​in learning moral beliefs?The subjects of this research were moral aqidah teachers, school principals, TPQ Nurul Huda students. To obtain data related to the research focus, researchers conducted interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. In this research, researchers used two techniques, namely: 1) Triangulation Technique, 2) Member Check Technique.The results of the research can be concluded: 1) Implementation of teacher example in instilling character education values ​​in learning moral aqidah at TPQ Nurul Huda: guiding, assessing, collaborating, motivating. 2) Evaluation of the application of teacher example in instilling character education values ​​in learning moral aqidah: providing guidance to students, collaborating between teachers and parents, motivating students by providing stories that raise students' enthusiasm, holding extracurricular activities, conducting evaluation of activities that have been carried out. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing teacher example in instilling character education values ​​in the learning of moral aqidah at TPQ Nurul Huda: a) Supporting factors; providing guidance in fardhu prayers, providing role models, healthy physical or spiritual conditions of students, caring family conditions towards students' Islamic religious education, collaboration between teachers, school principals and students' parents. b) Inhibiting factors; students are less enthusiastic about following guidance from teachers, facilities and infrastructure are still minimal, there are some parents who do not cooperate in developing students' morals, parents' Islamic religious education is low, there is a lack of support from students' parents.

Abstract

Pembinaan karakter religius dalam penelitian ini yaitu suatu proses membantu mengembangkan karakter anak-anak dengan bernuansa Islami atau berakhlak yang baik melalui metode menghafal Alquran. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena pembinaan akhlak terhadap anak tidak hanya didapatkan dari lembaga formal saja, akan tetapi diperlukan juga lembaga nonformal salah satunya yakni Rumah Qur’an. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja metode pembinaan di Rumah Qur’an dalam membentuk karakter religius di Desa Durian Sambas, serta bagaimana cara pembinaan yang dilakukan di Rumah Qur’an di Desa Durian Sambas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cara pembinaan yang dilakukan ialah: sebagai fasilitator, sebagai pendamping, dan sebagai motivator.

Abstract

The concept of the Caliphate, rooted in Islamic tradition, contains important principles that can be applied in the fields of modern politics and law.  In a political context, the Caliph concept emphasizes leadership that is fair, transparent and accountable to society and God.  This leadership is based on strong moral and ethical values, which aim to achieve prosperity and social justice.  In the legal field, this concept encourages fair and equitable application of the law, as well as impartial law enforcement.  The legal system based on the Caliphate concept also prioritizes the protection of human rights and individual freedoms, while maintaining the values and norms of society.  The implementation of the Caliphate concept in modern politics and law can offer a holistic and balanced approach, capable of responding to contemporary challenges while still respecting traditional and religious values.

Abstract

Efforts to create role models from home in the context of implementing Anti-Corruption Education today are very important to implement because the family is the foundation for the formation of anti-corruption awareness and integrity. To increase awareness of the role of the family in Anti-Corruption Education, the PPKn Lecturer Team of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya and the PPKn Lecturer Team of Surabaya State University carried out Community Service at LLDIKTI Region VII East Java, especially for the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Mothers which was attended by 28 participants consisting of 7 administrators and 21 members. The series of activities included: pre-test, presentation, discussion, simulation, question and answer, and post-test. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in participants' understanding of anti-corruption and integrity. The next hope is to increase the role of the family in the formation of anti-corruption behavior through role models formed from the family environment, then a commitment to implementing it in the practice of life in society and on a wider scale in national life

Abstract

This research examines the development of learning media based on the Sketchup 3D application using the ADDIE method in the context of Engineering Drawing subjects at SMK PGRI 1 Gresik. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation and understanding of the Engineering Drawing material that has been taught conventionally. This research follows the five main stages of the ADDIE method, namely needs analysis, media design, product development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the application of Sketchup 3D media significantly improved students' understanding in drawing orthogonal projections and fostered their interest in learning. Through trials conducted on X DPIB class students, this media was positively accepted with a percentage of student satisfaction reaching 96.8%. This research recommends the use of technology-based learning media as an innovative effort in improving the quality of learning in engineering. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh lingkungan rumah terhadap performa akademik siswa di Lagos. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai faktor yang memungkinkan meningkatkan prestasi akademik para siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) status sosial ekonomi orang tua, (2) tingkat pendidikan orang tua, (3) motivasi orang tua, (4) pendapatan orang tua, dan (5) kestabilan di rumah memiliki pengaruh terhadap performa akademik anak-anak pada tingkat sekolah dasar.
