Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of the ethno-nationalist-based Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) model to increase the value of patriotism and discipline in children through meta-analysis. The inclusion criteria in this study are a) research data obtained from Google Scholar; ERIC, ProQuest, Wiley, DOAJ and Springer, b) research must be indexed by SINTA, Scopus or journal indexing portals managed by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Technology equivalent to DOAJ, EBSCO and Index Copernicus, c) the topic must be relevant, d) research published in 2022-2024, e) research publications must have a value of (r), (t), or (F), f) research samples must be more than 25 children. The meta-analysis research uses the JASP application for data analysis. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence of the effectiveness of the Ethno-nationalist-Based Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning Model on the value of character of love for the homeland and discipline in children with a strong influence category (p< 0.001; rRE = 1.034). Furthermore, in this study, no publication bias was detected so that it can be scientifically accounted for. These findings show that the Effectiveness Model of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning Based on Ethno-nationalism is effective in increasing the Character Values of Love for the Fatherland and Discipline in Children.

Abstract

The study of this research is the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI students to carry out the duha prayer at SD Negeri 18 Sadayan fot the 2022-2023 academic year. The aim is to describe the class teacher’s strategy planning to motivate class VI students to carry out the duha prayer. Describe the implementation of the class teacher’s strategy to motivate students to perform the duha prayer. Describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI student’s to perform the duha prayer. The approach used is qualitative with a type of phenomenology. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, and verivication. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation and member check. The result is a strategic plan for the class teacher to motivate class VI students to carry out duha prayers including gradual habituation, starting habituation and continuous habituation. The implementation of the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI students to perform the duha prayer includes increasing the ability to memorize the reading of the duha prayer and improving the ability to practice the duha prayer. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the class teacher’s strategy to motivate class VI students to carry out the duha prayer, namely supporting factors: school principal, students. Inhibiting factors: facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of the decline in the character of students in the world of education, this is evidenced by the indiscipline of students, lack of sense of responsibility, tolerance. Therefore, the character instilled through Aqidah Akhlak education to students needs to be pursued in order to apply it to everyday life. This research is a qualitative research. The research subject is the aqidah akhlak subject teacher at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang and the series of activities carried out. Data collection techniques using interviews with aqidah akhlak teachers, principals, curriculum sections, checking documents in the form of lesson plans and making observations in class IX accompanied by documentation. The results showed that: (1) the planning stage presents the process of preparing lesson plans and teaching materials. The lesson plans are made by including character values in them and will develop during the learning process according to the class situation. (2) the implementation stage presents the learning process, starting from learning steps, media and methods so that learning objectives can be achieved. (3) a complete explanation of the application of character values. (4) the assessment stage is carried out at the process stage, namely looking at the attitude of students during the process and the results stage, namely learning activities that spur on cognitive aspects, (5) the obstacles faced include the lack of student cooperation between teachers, students always return to the dormitory during class hours after breaks, lack of student awareness in conducting morning baiat ceremonies, (6) the solutions provided to overcome these obstacles by familiarising religious characters, reprimanding students if they make mistakes, giving sanctions to students so that they do not repeat them again, locking the dormitory so that no students return when the lesson is not finished, additional hours and remedials.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di dunia. Meskipun pengobatan efektif telah tersedia, stigma sosial dan stigma diri tetap menjadi hambatan dalam pengendalian TB. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh faktor determinan terhadap stigma sosial dan stigma diri pada pasien TB. Studi ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan tiga basis data, yaitu Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Science Direct, dalam rentang lima tahun terakhir (2020–2024). Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci berbahasa Inggris dengan operator Boolean. Kriteria inklusi meliputi: artikel berbahasa Inggris, dipublikasikan antara 2020–2024, melibatkan pasien TB, dan membahas faktor determinan stigma sosial dan stigma diri. Dari 702 artikel yang ditemukan (PubMed 189, Science Direct 125, dan Google Scholar 388), sebanyak 14 artikel lolos seleksi dan dianalisis menggunakan JBI Critical Appraisal Tools. Hasil menunjukkan stigma sosial dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya pengetahuan tentang TB, ketakutan akan penularan, diskriminasi, stigma dari keluarga dan teman, serta minimnya dukungan sosial. Stigma diri berkaitan dengan perasaan malu, rendah diri, dan ketakutan akan pengucilan. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik, termasuk edukasi masyarakat, dukungan psikososial, dan kebijakan kesehatan inklusif untuk memutus siklus stigma dan meningkatkan pengendalian TB. Abstract

Assalafiy Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools located in Jombang Regency, East Java, which is strong in teaching Islam, not only providing religious knowledge, but also equipping students with entrepreneurial skills so that they can be economically independent and contribute positively to society. There are two problems studied in this thesis, namely: (1) How is the Implementation of Entrepreneurial Da'wah at Assalafiy Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School? and (2) How is the Role of Caregivers in Forming an Entrepreneurial Spirit in students at Assalafiy Fathul Ulum Jombang Islamic Boarding School? To answer these two problems, this researcher uses a qualitative approach with primary data types obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as secondary data from various sources such as books, articles, journals, and related literature. The subjects of this study consisted of Kyai Ahmad Habibul Amin (caretaker of the Assalafiy Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Jombang), Ustadz of the Assalafiy Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, Chairman of BUMP (Islamic Boarding School-Owned Enterprises), and students who are members of the preneur. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurial da'wah at the Assalafiy Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School aims to develop an entrepreneurial spirit among students as part of their provision to have financial independence and make a positive contribution to society. This da'wah does not only focus on religious teachings, but also involves practical skills that support the economic independence of students after they leave the Islamic boarding school, and this da'wah does not only focus on religious teachings, but also involves practical skills that support the economic independence of students after they leave the Islamic boarding school. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of religious moderation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Menurunnya karakter kerja keras siswa, seperti kurangnya motivasi dan ketidakmampuan untuk mengatasi rintangan, menjadi perhatian dalam dunia pendidikan. Media Monopoli menjadi solusi efektif melalui pembelajaran PPKn yang tidak hanya menekankan pada nilai-nilai moral, tetapi juga mengajak siswa untuk tekun, ulet, teliti, disiplin, pantang menyerah, dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran media monopoli dalam membentuk karakter kerja keras siswa kelas X pada pembelajaran PPKn di SMAS Tamansiswa Mojokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan siswa kelas X-8 dan guru PPKn di SMAS Tamansiswa Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Media Monopoli berperan dalam membentuk karakter kerja keras siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan terlaksananya indikator-indikator kerja keras yaitu adanya pertanyaan dan aturan yang tertera pada media monopoli membuat siswa lebih tekun, teliti dan pantang menyerah ketika menjawab pertanyaan dan melakukan permainan monopoli dengan mengikuti aturan yang berlaku; siswa datang lebih awal karena antusias dengan media yang belum pernah dimainkan pada saat pembelajaran; siswa berusaha menjawab pertanyaan dengan baik melalui diskusi kelompok.

Abstract

Karakter bertanggung jawab merupakan sikap dan perilaku seseorang yang mencerminkan kesadaran dan komitmen untuk melaksanakan kewajiban dan tugas dengan ikhlas dan berintegritas. Seseorang yang memiliki karakter ini akan siap menghadapi konsekuensi dari setiap tindakan atau keputusan yang diambil, baik dalam ranah pribadi maupun sosial. Mereka dapat mengelola tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik, serta menjaga amanah yang diberikan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran media video dalam membentuk karakter tanggung jawab pada pembelajaran PPKn siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media video memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan sikap tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan perilaku siswa. Media video memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi dan mendorong mereka untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai tanggung jawab, seperti menaati peraturan sekolah dan mengikuti kegiatan sosial. Selain itu, media video juga memperkuat nilai-nilai keagamaan, meningkatkan kreativitas, keterampilan bekerja sama, serta keterampilan komunikasi dan analisis. Media ini juga membuat siswa lebih terbuka terhadap teknologi dan lebih berempati terhadap sesama. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan beberapa studi pustaka yang menguraikan tentang peran media pembelajaran mind mapping terhadap nilai karakter religius. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan berbagai sumber yang relevan seperti artikel, jurnal dan dokumen yang terkait dengan kajian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mind mapping merupakan media pembelajaran yang membantu peserta didik memahami konsep nilai-nilai agama secara sistematis, kreatif, dan lebih mudah diingat. Selain itu, penggunaan mind mapping juga meningkatkan partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam pembelajaran dan mendorong penerapan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran mind mapping berperan sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan dan memperkuat karakter religius peserta didik.

Abstract

Natural disasters produce both immediate and prolonged psychological consequences, including stress, anxiety, and depression. These effects require comprehensive interventions combining stress management strategies with the Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT). This study aimed to enhance mental health cadres' capacity to support disaster resilience programs in agricultural communities, focusing on Indonesia's disaster-prone Lumajang District. The research implemented a two-phase intervention: First, 30 health cadres received training using a quantitative pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test evaluations. Second, these trained cadres conducted home visits for 80 community members, with outcomes measured using the PTSD Checklist (PCL-5). Results demonstrated significant improvements across both cadres and community members. Cadres' stress management knowledge increased substantially from an average pre-test score of 50% (poor category) to 76.6% (good category) post-intervention. Most importantly, SEFT implementation reduced PTSD symptoms among community members from 41.25% to 11.25%. The study also revealed high participant engagement, with all 30 cadres completing training and demonstrating strong knowledge retention. These findings confirm that targeted training in SEFT and stress management can effectively enhance mental health cadres' professional capabilities. By strengthening frontline responders' skills, communities gain greater capacity to address post-disaster psychosocial challenges and build long-term resilience. The research highlights the value of integrating evidence-based psychological interventions with community health worker programs, particularly in vulnerable agricultural regions facing recurrent disasters. This cadre-centered approach offers a sustainable model for improving mental health outcomes in disaster-affected populations while supporting broader disaster preparedness initiatives. Where it will also support the achievement of SDG 3.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat baca seseorang umumnya disebabkan oleh lingkungan yang kurang mendukung akses terhadap bahan bacaan  yang menarik, serta minimnya variasi dalam kurikulum dan metode pengajaran. Membangun kebiasaan membaca bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Upaya ini memerlukan dorongan yang berkelanjutan dan pengembangan minat membaca siswa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka terhadap bacaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan bahan ajar yang sesuai, dan salah satunya adalah poster. Media ini penting untuk mendorong budaya membaca, khususnya di kalangan siswa SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui peran Media Poster dalam membentuk karakter gemar membaca siswa kelas X di SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya; 2) Untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek dalam meningkatkan karakter gemar membaca melalui penggunaan media poster pada pembelajaran PPKn; dan 3) Mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi siswa dan guru dalam penggunaan poster sebagai media untuk membentuk kebiasaan membaca. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu pejabat sekolah, guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Adapun Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan poster untuk mendorong budaya membaca di kelas X pada pelajaran PPKn telah berhasil meningkatkan antusiasme membaca siswa. Aspek-aspek untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan membaca telah berhasil diterapkan dan konsisten dengan metrik yang valid. Hambatan siswa dan guru dalam menggunakan media poster, bagi siswa yaitu perbedaan gaya belajar yang berbeda-beda. Bagi guru, kurangnya keterampilan desain grafis dan keterbatasan fasilitas. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yaitu peningkatan pemahaman materi dengan lebih cepat melalui visualisasi yang menarik, meningkatkan antusiasme siswa untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai sumber bacaan termasuk perpustakaan daring, meningkatkan frekuensi membaca dengan adanya kegiatan literasi wajib setiap minggu, serta menambah durasi membaca siswa.
