Abstract

Padi (Oryza Sativa) merupakan salah satu komoditas pangan yang paling penting di Indonesia. Namun jumlah hasil produksi masih belum dapat mencukupi permintaan yang ada. Potensi pertanian di Desa Petiyintunggal yaitu tanaman padi, jagung, kacang hijau, dan beberapa jenis tanaman hortikultura. Sistem tanam padi yang digunakan oleh petani padi di Desa Petiyintunggal kebanyakan masih mengunakan sistem budidaya padi secara konvensional, sehingga input yang digunakan dalam proses budidaya masih banyak sehingga biaya yang dikeluarkan juga banyak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menggambarkan perbedaan teknologi yang digunakan petani usahatani padi menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal dengan petani yang tidak menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal di Desa Petiyintunggal, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Gresik; dan (2) Menganalisis jumlah produksi, besar biaya yang dikeluarkan, penerimaan, dan pendapatan petani usahatani padi yang menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal dan petani yang tidak menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal di Desa Petiyintunggal, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Gresik.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis usahatani. Hasil penelitian di Desa Petiyintunggal, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Gresik diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) Kegiatan usahatani yang dilakukan di di Desa Petiyintunggal, Kecamatan Dukun, Kabupaten Gresik dimulai pada November 2015 hingga Maret 2016. Tujuan penggunaan mikroorganisme lokal pada usahatani padi sawah adalah mengoptimalkan sumber daya alam yang ada untuk menjaga kesetabilan ekosistem dan menuju pertanian yang berkelanjutan. (2) Penggunaan mikroorganisme lokal dalam usahatani padi sawah memberikan perbedaan pendapatan yang signifikan dengan petani yang tidak menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal yaitu dengan selisih pendapatan sebesar Rp 4.550.504,-. Pendapatan petani yang menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan petani yang tidak menggunakan mikroorganisme lokal.Kata kunci: Mikroorganisme Lokal, konvensional, biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan.

Abstract

Introduction: Tawangargo Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency is the largest sweet corn producing region in Karangploso District with a business base on developing vegetables that lead to special environmentally friendly products in Leban Hamlet. Quality assurance for fresh food with excellent certification requirements. The resulting product is safe for consumption or safe for pesticides. Sweet corn marketing system helps marketing institutions related to farmers in accessing consumers, making the price of sweet corn at the farm level with the price of corn accessed by different consumers. This research tries to analyze the market structure, study the market and improve the sweet corn market in Leban Hamlet, Tawangargo Village. Method: The basic method of research is analytical descriptive. Determining the location of research carried out intentionally or intentionally. Farmer sampling method using census method, with a total sample of 9 respondents. The sampling method used by traders uses the snowball sampling method with the number of broker 1 respondent and 1 respondent village collector. Data were analyzed by SCP (Structure, conduct, and performance) methods. Results: The results showed the structure of the sweet corn market in Leban Hamlet, Tawangargo Village has a tendency in imperfectly competitive markets namely the oligopsonistic market. This structure is completed inefficient markets. Market behavior discusses the marketing activities of sweet corn in Leban Hamlet. While the market performance (market performance) is 50%. Conclusion: This shows that the marketing of sweet corn in Leban Hamlet is included in the efficient category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Setiap tahun, limbah yang dihasilkan oleh rumah tangga semakin meningkat. Limbah ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif pupuk organik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain: (1) meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pengolahan dan manfaat pupuk organik cair melalui kegiatan webinar; (2) meningkatkan kemampuan mitra melalui aplikasi manajemen design product pengolahan limbah jeruk menjadi pupuk organik cair; dan (3) meningkatkan produktivitas mitra melalui pengolahan limbah jeruk menjadi pupuk organik cair. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah Komunitas Puri Hijau Royo Royo Kelurahan Arjowinangun Kota Malang. Metode pengabdian meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan awal melalui webinar, dan tahap pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik dan design product. Hasil dari post test webinar, lebih dari 90% peserta menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar, yang menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pengelolaan limbah. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik adalah mitra dapat memproduksi pupuk organik cair secara mandiri.Abstract: Every year, waste produced by households is increasing. This waste can be used as an alternative organic fertilizer. The objectives of the community service program include: (1) increasing community understanding of processing and benefits of liquid organic fertilizer through webinar activities; (2) improve the ability of partners through the application of design product management by processing orange waste into liquid organic fertilizer; and (3) increase the productivity of partners through processing orange waste into liquid organic fertilizer. The partner of this program is Komunitas Puri Hijau Royo Royo, Arjowinangun Village, Malang. The method of service community includes preparation, socialization, initial training through webinar, and training of making organic fertilizer and design product. The results of the webinar' post-test show more than 90% of participants answered questions correctly, which showed an increase in participants' understanding of waste management. The result of training in making organic fertilizer is partners can produce liquid organic fertilizer independently.

Abstract

A coffee shop is a business that is currently a very profitable choice so that it is increasingly popular with business people in Indonesia. Challenges arise due to the intense competition and environmental uncertainty in the market. Information technology becomes a bridge in order to have a more responsive, effective and efficient performance. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of the application of information technology on increasing competitive advantage through supply chain performance variables, information sharing, and supply chain integration. In this study, 59 coffee shops located in Bandung were used as research samples. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using SEM-PLS in order to know how the influence between variables using the WarpPLS v7.0 software. The results show that information technology has a significant effect on increasing competitive advantage through supply chain performance variables, information sharing, and supply chain integration. So, coffee shop owners or managers can improve their supply chain performance by utilizing information technology because information technology helps coffee shop businesses work effectively and efficiently, is more responsive, has an integrated work system and knows consumer needs because it can be closer to consumers

Abstract

The tourism sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly, so the level of competition is getting higher. Shopping tourism is as one of the industries that is able to attract tourists must innovate considering the products that are sold are the same and the storeping behavior of tourists is different. This study used SEM-PLS analysis and was conducted on 110 respondents who visited Shopping Tourism in Batu city. The results showed that a well-designed store atmosphere can stimulate positive emotions of tourists, provide comfort when shopping so as to create a memorable experience, and make tourists intend to visit again in the future. This study, not only provides recommendations for creating the right store atmosphere for retailers, but also provides information on understanding the storeping behavior of tourists.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah menganalisis (1) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan, produksi maupun harga kentang di Indonesia (2) Bagaimana dampak impor kentang terhadap permintaan, produksi, dan harga kentang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data time series dan dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi. Model disusun dengan persamaan simultan dan dianalisis menggunakan metode 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square).  Permintaan kentang dari tahun ke tahun menunjukan peningkatan. Banyaknya konsumsi permintaan kentang sebagai konsumsi sayur, olahan kentang beku, kentang untuk industri maupun kentang sebagai bahan untuk mendapatkan karbohidrat pengganti beras. Karena permintaan kentang yang begitu tinggi dengan tidak diimbangi oleh produksi kentang yang mencukupi permintaan tersebut, pemerintah berupaya dengan impor kentang ke indonesia. Namun upaya kentang impor tersebut membuat petani kentang di Indonesia menjadi rugi karena harga kentang impor merusak harga kentang lokal. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap permintaan kentang di Indonesia adalah jumlah populasi penduduk Indonesia dan pendapatan penduduk. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi kentang di Indonesia adalah luas areal, volume kentang impor, kurs asing dan produktivitas. faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap harga kentang di Indonesia adalah harga benih kentang dan pendapatan penduduk. Sedangkan Harga kentang impor tidak berpengaruh terhadap dampak impor kentang di Indonesia. Jumlah kentang impor berpengaruh terhadap produksi kentang di Indonesia. dan harga kentang impor tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga kentang di Indonesia.Kata kunci : Permintaan, Produksi, Harga

Abstract

Makanan sehat merupakan lini bisnis yang akhir-akhir ini sedang berkembang dan diminati masyarakat. Peluang muncul akibat adanya perubahan pola hidup untuk mengonsumsi makanan sehat. Persaingan muncul sebagai tantangan bagi bisnis makanan sehat. Pebisnis juga perlu mengenalan produk untuk mengubah persepsi masyarakat tentang healthy food melalui pemasaran yang efektif dan efisien. Celebrity endorsement dan ewom menjadi metode efektif dalam pemasaran digital saat ini untuk menjangkau pasar dan mempengaruhi persepsi konsumen. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan ewom terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui variabel product knowledge, consumer psychology, dan brand image. Penelitian ini menggunakan 72 responden  yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel dengan software WarpPLS. Hasil menunjukkan bawah celebrity endorsement dan ewom berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian melalui variabel product knowledge, consumer psychology, dan brand image. Berkaitan dengan itu, pemilik bisnis makanan sehat dapat menggiring persepsi konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian dengan metode celebrity endorsement dan mengontrol ewom karena pemesaran ini mampu menjangkau berbagai macam konsumen serta banyaknya perputaran informasi terkait ulasan dan rekomendasi produk dari berbagai macam konsumen di platform digital.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis melihat faktor yang berhubungan pada pelaku usaha kafe dalam bertahan dan menyusun strategi dengan pembanding sebelum dan saat pandemi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kafe di Kota Malang. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive. Metode penentuan narasumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 pelaku usaha kafe. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan dokumentasi arsip. Untuk metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan WarpPLS. Analisis deskriptif statistik digunakan untuk menggambarkan dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap tingkat ketahanan pelaku usaha kafe di Kota Malang. Sedangkan analisis kuantitatif berupa analisis model pengukuran SEM. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah adanya penurunan pada tingkat ketahanan wirausaha sebelum ke saat pandemi Covid-19, kemudian entrepreneurial bricolage, entrepreneurial capabilities, dukungan sosial dan kebijakan pemangku kepentingan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap entrepreneurial resilience.

Abstract

Activities in the supply chain have problems related to uncertainty, to be faced in this condition the business actors need to know their performance and improve their performance. The level of best or bad performances of a company has based on the application of supply chain management in managing the business activities. The implementation of supply chain management is faced with a problem such as uncertainty of market conditions about price and quantity of supply and demand that can affect the operational activities of the supply chain. The supply chain problem also occurs in the tobacco supply chain as the plantation commodity with high economic value and the seasonal characteristic. The upstream side of the tobacco supply chain is needed to determine the performance that has been achieved. Therefore, research on the performance measurement of upstream tobacco supply chain at PR. X Malang is important. The purposes of this study are to describe the mechanism of implementation of tobacco supply chain management on the upstream side, and analyzing the performance of the upstream of the tobacco supply chain, and formulate a strategy to improve the upstream of supply chain performance. The analysis used in this study is based on the SCOR model with five core processes (plan, source, make, deliver, return) and five performance attributes (reliability, responsiveness, agility, cost, asset). This study uses 3 key informants consisting of farmers, collectors, and manufacturers with purposive techniques. The result of this study shows that the farmer performance needs an improvement based on the flexibility and TSCC (total supply chain cost) matrix performance, the collector performance needs an improvement based on TSCC performance matrix and manufacture performance needs an improvement based on the flexibility and TSCC matrix performance.

Abstract

Agrotourism is a series of tourism activities related to optimizing the potential of agriculture as a tourist attraction. The development of agrotourism can be done with resources, increasing the income of farmers or local communities, and choice preposition. Currently, agrotourism is widely spread in various regions, one of which is Agrotourism X. As a new business unit, Agrotourism X experienced various obstacles including a less strategic business location, facilities, infrastructure that agreement not maximized, limited agrotourism area, capital sourced from personal funds, and choice activities carried out were still not optimal. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis. The criteria for respondents in this study were tourists who had visited Agrotourism X and consumed the product at least once. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing as well as using a questionnaire with an online questionnaire instrument via Google Form. Processing of research data is carried out using SWOT analysis and QSPM (Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix). The priority that can be applied based on the QSPM analysis to be implemented is product development. This strategy has the highest TAS value among other alternative strategies, which is 7.5 based on developing product or second strategy.
