Abstract

Pasar bebas yang diterapkan di Indonesia akhir-akhir ini membuat seorang pemilik usaha perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan produk untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai intervening pada Nirmala Food and Beverages Trenggalek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Nirmala Food and Beverages Trenggalek, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan waktu penelitian pada bulan Januari 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online melalui google form. Alat analisisnya menggunakan SPSS 23.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen. pengaruh kualitas produk melalui keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Nirmala Food and Beverages Trenggalek. Abstract

The aim of writing this work is to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. The library research method involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify key findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this work show that the low ranking of education in Indonesia reflects the gap in educational quality and requires effective and sustainable intervention. Improving teacher quality through training and certification programs is very important to increase educational competitiveness. Visionary leadership is needed to direct and motivate teachers, staff and students in achieving better educational goals. School principals must be able to formulate and communicate a realistic and strategic vision, as well as adapt to changes and future challenges. The government and education stakeholders need to work together to improve the quality of teachers and ICT facilities in schools. Support from parents and collaboration between government, schools and industry are very important to ensure education in Indonesia is relevant to current developments and community needs.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions need to change the old perspective with a new paradigm. One of them is with educational production corporations. A new form of organizing and managing education that integrates several aspects, namely academic, economic, social and business without losing the important meaning of education itself which is mutually beneficial and supportive. It is hoped that this paradigm will strengthen the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of this article is to examine the challenges and opportunities of educational production corporations in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. This research uses library research. The data collection technique used is literature collection, namely collecting library materials related to the research object. This research uses a library research approach. The data collection technique used is literature collection. This research involves collecting data or scientific papers that are relevant to the research object from various library sources. The results of the research show that the challenge for educational institutions in increasing their competitiveness in the era of independent learning is by using the concept of educational production corporations, namely; a) demand for superior educational production and services, in line with needs, and able to compete in the global market; b) minimal human, financial and infrastructure resources in managing the education sector; c) maintaining harmony between academic, social and economic interests in the context of educational business. Production corporations in the education sector as an effort to increase the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions can be realized one way by analyzing opportunities from the superiority of this concept.

Abstract

The problem raised from this study is regarding the influence of positioning strategy and destination image on tourists' visiting decisions to tourist destinations Gemah Beach, Tulungagung Regency. The research method used is quantitative, data analysis uses quantitative descriptions with multiple linear regression, while hypothesis testing uses determination tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests as well as data processing with the help of the SPSS program with a sample consisting of 56 (fifty six) visitors using sampling cumulative. Data analysis used multiple regression tests and data processing using SPSS. The positioning strategy and destination image influence the decision to visit after conducting research. From this study, the following conclusions were drawn: tourists' decisions to visit the Gemah Beach tourist destination are positively and significantly influenced by the destination image and positioning strategy, while at the same time, destination image and positioning strategy have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit a tourist destination Gemah Beach, Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the role of leadership and the capabilities of a leader in implementing marketing management roles in Islamic educational institutions. The emergence of new educational institutions has created phenomena in the education sector. The forms and approaches to education are becoming more diverse and complex. Traditional entities are developing existing educational institutions, non-educational businesses, and even educational providers from abroad. Objectively, society finds it increasingly challenging to choose educational institutions. Education management becomes crucial, where the growth and development of institutions are influenced by leadership's ability to recognize the external environment to create effective strategies to compete while maintaining the essence of education itself. The research method used is library research. The research findings indicate that effective marketing strategies for Islamic educational institutions include maximizing their resources, promoting Islamic values, and utilizing information technology in marketing. Additionally, Islamic educational institutions should consider the needs and profiles of prospective students and foster good relationships with the community and local partnerships. From this research, a leader who can act as a driving force within their institution will establish a distinct identity and attract Islamic education customers to their institution. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions must continually develop appropriate and effective marketing strategies while considering market developments and student needs.

Abstract

The existence of philanthropic activities in the State of Indonesia provides a very positive role for the people of Indonesia with the assistance either in the field or philanthropic institutions or organizations that involve philanthropy. Philanthropy itself is the application of one's generosity to one another, where this activity is not based on demands from the state or government but is a form of love between people. In this article, we want to touch on how the form of channeling Islamic philanthropy in the welfare of the people around the Al Munawar Tulungagung mosque, how Islamic philanthropy can make the surrounding community feel good and have a positive impact on people who earn more. Islamic philanthropy here is focused on improving the welfare of the surrounding community in one of the ways that is carried out, namely channeling Islamic philanthropic funds in zakat, infaq, alms, endowments and also in helping poor surrounding communities. In this paper using qualitative research methods which will make it easier to obtain complete data on how to distribute Islamic philanthropy in the welfare of society, which in this study has literary sources from literature studies. In this Islamic philanthropy review the distribution of funds to the surrounding community in the welfare of the community, both channeling funds directly or through mosque intermediaries.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh pengangguran dan ekspor netto terhadap kesejahteraan. Kesejahteraan menjadi perhatian, mengingat keberadaannya yang tidak saja dapat diukur secara ekonomi tetapi juga non ekonomi yaitu pendidikan dan kesehatan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif dipilih untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Data terkait variabel penelitian dikumpulkan dari dokumentasi yang dipublikasikan oleh Bank Dunia muali tahun 1990 sampai dengan 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengangguran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan sehingga hipotesis teruji. Dalam kaitannya dengan ekspor netto, variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan sehingga hipotesis teruji. Disarankan kepada peneliti yang akan datang untuk memasukkan variabel moderating misalnya kebijakan pemerintah dalam bentuk pajak mengingat variabel ini berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan terutama di tengah pandemi covid-19 beberapa tahun yang lalu.

Abstract

Cryptocurrency has become one of the technological innovations that is changing the paradigm of the global financial system. However, in the context of Islamic law, the legality of cryptocurrency trading still applies. This article aims to analyze sharia principles relevant to cryptocurrencies and explore their potential application in the Islamic finance ecosystem. Using a normative approach and literature study, this article finds that the halalness of cryptocurrency depends on aspects of gharar (uncertainty), usury, and general usefulness. This article also recommends a regulatory framework for the development of Islamic cryptocurrencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of the marketing mix of educational services in increasing competitiveness and customer value at SMP Ar Rahmat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that SMP Ar Rahmat has innovated the marketing mix in several aspects, such as product innovation, price, promotion, and place. The innovation is directed to provide added value for customers and increase student and parent satisfaction. This research provides advice for SMP Ar Rahmat in innovating the marketing mix, such as improving service quality, expanding the reach of promotions, offering more varied educational programs, providing financial assistance, and collaborating with educational institutions or companies. This research can provide input for decision makers in the world of education to innovate the marketing mix as an effort to increase competitiveness and customer value in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan data sekunder, meliputi Produk Regional Domestik Bruto (PDRB), tingkat kemiskinan, dan tingkat ketimpangan pembangunan di wilayah Jawa Timur dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dampak Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan tingkat Kemiskinan terhadap tingkat Ketimpangan di Jawa Timur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara individu, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat Ketimpangan di Jawa Timur dengan untuk variabel X₁ (pertumbuhan ekonomi) adalah -1,616 < 0,31. Oleh karena itu, Ho diterima dan mencerminkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam konteks parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat Ketimpangan di wilayah Jawa Timur. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk variabel X₂ Kemiskinan adalah 1,667 > 0,307. Sehingga Ho diterima, yang artinya variabel X₂ (kemiskinan) secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel Ketimpangan di Jawa Timur. Nilai adalah 12,5 < 19, menunjukkan bahwa ketika dievaluasi bersama-sama, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Kemiskinan tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada Ketimpangan di Jawa Timur. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,938 atau 93,8%, mengindikasikan bahwa sebanyak 93,8% variasi dalam tingkat Ketimpangan di Jawa Timur dapat dijelaskan oleh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Kemiskinan. Sementara itu, 6,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variasi atau faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam cakupan penelitian ini.
