Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are currently competing to get students and get quality human resources to improve the quality of the institution. Human resources are an important element because they play an active role in improving the quality of the institution. Human resources are the driving force of educational institutions that determine the quality of the institution. The purpose of this study is to formulate how human resource management is carried out at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah Education Institution with a research focus on planning, recruitment, placement and, and development of human resources in improving the quality of institutions at MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto the phenomenon in its entirety. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation as supporting. The results of the study found that human resource planning refers to the needs of students as customers, while recruitment refers to the need to maintain quality. Placement and development of human resources at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah are based on the results of the evaluation of the teacher council, advice from the kyai of the pesantren. The results of the study also showed that the right recruitment of human resources can improve the quality of the institution. Human resource development has an effect on better student services. This study concludes that improving the quality of institutions can be done through recruitment, evaluation, advice and development or read as a theory in improving the quality of institutions

Abstract

The aim of writing this work is to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. The library research method involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify key findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this work show that the low ranking of education in Indonesia reflects the gap in educational quality and requires effective and sustainable intervention. Improving teacher quality through training and certification programs is very important to increase educational competitiveness. Visionary leadership is needed to direct and motivate teachers, staff and students in achieving better educational goals. School principals must be able to formulate and communicate a realistic and strategic vision, as well as adapt to changes and future challenges. The government and education stakeholders need to work together to improve the quality of teachers and ICT facilities in schools. Support from parents and collaboration between government, schools and industry are very important to ensure education in Indonesia is relevant to current developments and community needs.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions need to change the old perspective with a new paradigm. One of them is with educational production corporations. A new form of organizing and managing education that integrates several aspects, namely academic, economic, social and business without losing the important meaning of education itself which is mutually beneficial and supportive. It is hoped that this paradigm will strengthen the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of this article is to examine the challenges and opportunities of educational production corporations in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions. This research uses library research. The data collection technique used is literature collection, namely collecting library materials related to the research object. This research uses a library research approach. The data collection technique used is literature collection. This research involves collecting data or scientific papers that are relevant to the research object from various library sources. The results of the research show that the challenge for educational institutions in increasing their competitiveness in the era of independent learning is by using the concept of educational production corporations, namely; a) demand for superior educational production and services, in line with needs, and able to compete in the global market; b) minimal human, financial and infrastructure resources in managing the education sector; c) maintaining harmony between academic, social and economic interests in the context of educational business. Production corporations in the education sector as an effort to increase the competitiveness of transformative Islamic educational institutions can be realized one way by analyzing opportunities from the superiority of this concept.

Abstract

The budget for administrative costs is indicative of the well-being within the company. According to Islamic economic principles, the primary objective is to attain comprehensive prosperity, encompassing material, spiritual, and moral well-being. The concept of prosperity and happiness (falah) aligns with the tenets of Islamic sharia, which consist of five principles of maqasid sharia: religion (ad-ddin), soul (an-nafs), reason (al-aql), heredity (an-nasl), and assets (al-mal) (Suardi, 2021). In the realm of Islamic economics, the maqasid sharia approach can guide budget formulation to align with Islamic values, emphasizing public welfare, justice, and sustainability.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu permasalahan pembangunan pada negara berkembang. Laju pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan merupakan indikator yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia. Permasalahan ini menjadi semakin kompleksitas akibat kurangnya keterbukaan dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah berwenang dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penelitian ini memiliki maksud dan tujuan memperoleh pemahaman terhadap pengaruh laju pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kemiskinan di Indonesia. Sumber data dari riset ini menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Dalam riset ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa laju pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

 This study aimed to examine the effect of Brand Identity on Brand Awareness among ASNs in Blitar Regency. The population used was 105 populations with 86 samples that fit the criteria, namely ASN and users of wardah cosmetics. Primary data is taken using a questionnaire distribution with a Likert scale of 1-5. The approach used is an associative quantitative approach. The tests carried out are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, simple regression tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that Brand Identity has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness of Wardah cosmetic products by 38.4%. Keywords: Cosmetic Industry, Islamic Branding, Brand Identity, Brand Awareness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of sharia marketing mix at Lumintu Mukena Grosir Tulungagung in increasing sales. The research approach used is qualitative with deep interviews and case study research types. Data is sourced from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the application of sharia marketing mix at Lumintu Mukena Grosir Tulungagung consists of 4p, namely (1) Product, where the product is made from harmless materials, prioritizes quality, includes special characteristics on the product, namely with manual embroidery and there is no element of fraud because the product sent is in accordance with the image listed on the sales media. (2) Price, where the price of the product adjusts to the quality of the product sold or ordered by the customer such as in terms of the type of fabric, size, model, motif, to color. (3) Place or distribution, where the distribution is carried out using a trusted shipping service and in keeping the goods in good condition, packaging is considered in such a way. (4) Promotion, in promoting its products is carried out through social networks such as, Whatsaap, Facebook, and Shopee, where this promotion adjusts to the conditions of the product.

Abstract

Kondisi perekonomian yang tidak pasti menjadi masalah pelik bagi manusia sebagai makhluk ekonomi. Kenaikan biaya hidup yan tidak diikuti dengan peningkatan pendapatan yang sebanding membuat masyarakat harus mencari solusi penyelesaian yang sesuai. Frugal living hadir menjadi salah satu solusi yang banyak dibahas oleh masyarakat saat ini. Frugal living dianggap mampu menjadi jembatan atas ketimpangan kemampuan ekonomi dengan berfokus pada pengeluaran yang tepat. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggali tentang konsep frugal living serta bagaimana penerapan konsep frugal living dalam mendukung perencanaan keuangan individu. Dilakukan studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang mendalam untuk memahami konsep frugal living dan bagaimana peran frugal living dalam mendukung keberhasilan perencanaan keuangan pribadi.

Abstract

Pembiayaan merupakan produk yang ditawarkan oleh bank dan non bank, lembaga keuangan  konvensional dan lembaga keuangan syariah. Pembiayaan menurut prinsip syariah adalah peminjaman uang atau pinjaman berdasarkan perjanjian atau perjanjian pinjam-meminjam antara bank dengan pihak lain dan mengharuskan peminjam untuk melunasi atau dari surat utang setelah jangka waktu tertentu untuk membayar atau membagi keuntungan. Al-Istishna’ merupakan pengembangan dari konsep bai' as-Salam, yaitu menunda waktu penyerahan apabila pembayarannya dilakukan secara mencicil atau ditangguhkan pembayarannya. Ketentuan al-Istishna’mengikuti ketentuan hukum akad as-Salam. Jenis kontrak ini digunakan dalam transaksi hipotek Islam. Fokus  penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana implementasi protokol istishna’Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Syariah (KPR) di Royal Madinah Balabak Kota Kediri. 2). Bagaimana prosedur pembayaran cicilan Habitat Syariah  Royal Madinah Balabak Kota Kediri dengan Home Credit (KPR). Metode penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian mengadopsi metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan penulisan dokumen. Selanjutnya data akan dianalisis  melalui tiga tahap: a). Reduksi data, b) penyajian data, dan c). Pengambilan keputusan dan verifikasi. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menggunakan segitiga pegas untuk menguji kekuatan material. Dilihat dari lapangan, produk KPR Royal Madinah menggunakan alat akad Istishna’, yaitu jual beli dilakukan berdasarkan pesanan, dan rumah dibangun dengan persyaratan tertentu. lokasi  ditentukan oleh pengembang, pelanggan hanya perlu memilih persyaratan yang dibutuhkan, melakukan pemesanan, dan kemudian akan di buatkan.

Abstract

His research aims to describe competitive strengths, competitive areas, and Competitive results in improving the competitiveness and marketing of Islamic education services. The urgency of this research is that a deep understanding and implementation of appropriate strategies in competitive strength, competitive area, and Competitive Result can optimize the competitiveness and marketing of Islamic education services. This type of research is categorized as library research using a descriptive-qualitative approach to examine competitive strength, competitive area, and Competitive Result as strategies to optimize the competitiveness and marketing of Islamic education services. Competitive strength includes various factors that play a role in influencing competitiveness. One important aspect is the quality of education. Educational institutions that provide a relevant curriculum, have qualified teachers, and use effective teaching methods have an advantage in providing an optimal learning experience for students. Competitive areas include specific market segments or the overall market that an educational institution targets. It is important to accurately identify and understand these competitive areas in order to effectively direct the marketing and development strategies of educational institutions. Competitive Results in the context of Islamic educational institutions include the achievements and outcomes that are sought to improve their competitiveness. The strategic objectives of competitive outcomes are to achieve competitive advantage, drive growth, and ensure long-term success for the institution..
