Abstract

Building a teacher's personality that includes spiritual and religious values is very important and fundamental, because he is responsible for the quality of education, he is the heir of the Prophet, he is an agent of improvement (ishlahul ummah) and the teacher is the front guard in realizing the ideals of independence. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Education Program for teachers at SMPIT Al Qalam Depok, West Java. The result of this analysis is the preparation of an Independent Education Concept to Strengthen Teachers' Islamic Personality Competencies at SMP-IT.  This research is a type of qualitative research using methods, namely field research (field research). The primary data source from this research was obtained from field research at SMPIT Al Qalam Depok, West Java as well as other supporting books. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, while analysis techniques use content analysis or content analysis. The results of research on Independent Education (tarbiyah dzatiyah) for teachers at SMPIT Al-Qalam Depok, West Java, found that there are a number of aspects that teachers have carried out in everyday life, especially in the school environment. A number of aspects of independent education are measured by the implementation of the following activities: 1) Regular Islamic studies week 2). Training held to explore a particular theme or skill 3).  Tatsqif is an Islamic study to broaden insight and build perception 4). Al Yaum Ma'a al-Quran is a day's activity with the Koran. 5). Mabit is a worship program for spending the night together as a means of tazkiyatunnafs 6). Rihlah or recreation and 7). Evaluation of yaumiyah worship as a means of monitoring self-improvement commitments.

Abstract

Perkembangan praktek peradilan di Mahkamah Konstitusi senantiasa mengikuti kebutuhan praktek peradilan secara umum. Perkembangan praktek peradilan itu juga sebagai jawaban atas tuntutan rasa keadilan dari pencari keadilan. Mahkamah Konstitusi sejak melaksanakan kekuasaan kehakiman telah memperlihatkan karaktek adaftif terhadap tuntutan kebutuhan praktek hukum. Riset ini membuktikan Mahkamah Konstitusi melalui beberapa putusannya yang monumental. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan penelitian hukum normative, yang menjadikan putusan pengadilan, literatur hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai bahan utama. Abstract

This study focuses on how the application of the sorogan method in learning to read makharijul letters and whether there is an increase in the ability to read makharijul letters after using the Sorogan method. The method used in this study is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach. The results of this study are that the application of the sorogan method is carried out in groups and students experience an increase in the ability to read the Qur'an through the introduction of makhorijul letters through the sorogan method. This research has an impact on increasing students' ability to read the Qur'an. Students learn to read the Qur'an easily through the sorogan method.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program bimbingan dan konseling yang dilakukan di Pengadilan Agama Cibinong terhadap pasangan yang rawan bercerai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif yang analisisnya dilakukan secara kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi perpustakaan, observasi, wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling dilakukan dengan cara mediasi terhadapa pasangan yang rawan bercerai dengan tiga tingkatan yang terdiri dari tahap pramediasi berupa menjalin interaksi dengan para pihak yang bersengketa, memilih strategi untuk membimbing proses mediasi, mengunmpulkan dan menganalisis informasi latar belakang masalah, menyusun rencana mediasi, membangun kepercayaan dan kerjasama diantara para pihak. Kemudian melakukan tahap mediasi dengan cara memulai sesi mediasi, merumuskan masalah dan menyusun agenda, mengungkapkan kepentingan tersembunyi para pihak, membangkitkan pilihan-pilihan penyelesaian sengketa, menganalisis pilihan-pilihan penyelesaian sengketa, Mediator mengingatkan para pihak agar bersikap realistis. Kemudian memasuki tahap akhir dengan program tawar menawar akhir, dan mencapai kesepakatan formal.

Abstract

Keberadaan Pasal 8 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan, menjadi permasalahan dikarenakan tidak semua peraturan yang dibentuk oleh lembaga negara atau pejabat dapat dikategorikan sebagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Studi ini ingin mengidentifikasi jenis peraturan yang dibentuk oleh lembaga kekuasaan legislatif yaitu Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, dan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, apakah masuk ke dalam internal regulation atau peraturan perundang-undangan dan bagaimana dengan uji materilnya. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, melalui pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan konseptual yang akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil studi menjawab, secara teori peraturan yang dibentuk oleh Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, dan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah masuk ke dalam kategori internal regulation. Namun demikian, dalam praktiknya masuk ke dalam kategori peraturan perundang-undangan yang ditegaskan dengan adanya Pasal 8 Undang-Undang No. 12 Tahun 2011. Dikarenakan termasuk peraturan perundang-undangan di bawah undang-undang, sehingga Peraturan Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, dan Dewan Perwakilan Daerah masuk ke dalam Objek Hak Uji Materil Mahkamah Agung.

Abstract

This study investigates the Indonesian Ulema Council Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 concerning the Legal Status of Supporting the Palestinian Struggle, aiming to evaluate public compliance with the fatwa in boycotting Israeli products and their affiliates. The Indonesian Ulema Council, an independent Islamic organization not affiliated with any political parties or specific Islamic sects, possesses the authority to issue fatwas grounded in Sharia law. Through a qualitative juridical-sociological approach, this study scrutinizes the content and ramifications of these fatwas on the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research concludes that while MUI fatwas carry informal legal significance, their implementation should consider fundamental needs and national economic repercussions. Indonesian Muslims demonstrate diverse reactions to the fatwa, with some adhering to it due to religious beliefs, while others prioritize practical necessities and business concerns over the boycott call. The prevalent support for the fatwa must be considered in the pursuit of justice for Palestinians.

Abstract

The phenomenon of apostasy that occurs in disaster-prone areas is a serious issue that needs to be addressed with a strategic approach, especially through creed education. This study aims to analyze the concept of creed education in overcoming the danger of apostasy in disaster-affected areas, especially in Kertajaya Village, Ciranjang District, Cianjur Regency. The focus of the study is directed at three main sources, namely the creed education program of the National Muallaf Center Founder Aya Sofya, the strategy to overcome apostasy in the Book of Sullamut Taufiq, and the implementation of the creed education program in Kertajaya Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a field study approach and documentation to explore the data in depth. The results show that the three approaches have an important role, but their implementation still requires optimization, especially in the aspects of material delivery and program sustainability. In conclusion, the integration of the concepts of creed education from the three sources can be the basis for developing a more systematic, comprehensive, and collaborative program in tackling apostasy in disaster areas. Abstrak Fenomena pemurtadan yang terjadi di daerah rawan bencana menjadi isu serius yang perlu ditanggapi dengan pendekatan strategis, khususnya melalui pendidikan akidah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep pendidikan akidah dalam menanggulangi bahaya pemurtadan di wilayah terdampak bencana, khususnya di Desa Kertajaya, Kecamatan Ciranjang, Kabupaten Cianjur. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada tiga sumber utama, yaitu program pendidikan akidah dari Founder Muallaf Center Nasional Aya Sofya, strategi penanggulangan pemurtadan dalam Kitab Sullamut Taufiq, dan implementasi program pendidikan akidah di Desa Kertajaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dan dokumentasi untuk menggali data secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga pendekatan tersebut memiliki peran penting, namun implementasinya masih memerlukan optimalisasi, terutama dalam aspek penyampaian materi dan keberlanjutan program. Kesimpulannya, integrasi konsep-konsep pendidikan akidah dari ketiga sumber tersebut dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan program yang lebih sistematis, komprehensif, dan kolaboratif dalam menanggulangi pemurtadan di daerah bencana.

Abstract

Student planning requires skill, foresight, sensitivity, seriousness and strong determination, and serious management to achieve the expected goals. The multiple intelligences possessed by students must be explored and developed through self-development programs according to their respective talents and interests. Therefore the school principal as a policy maker should produce policies so that the implementation of the learning process can run effectively. Discipline development must be planned as well as possible, both academic and non-academic development. This study used field research methods (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method. The observation was used as the data collection. Records and other documents were used to support the conducted research. The objects in this study were books, journals, and articles. The subjects in this study were the school principal and vice principal for student affairs. The results of this study indicated that student planning is the initial stage in doing something that begins with the analysis of students’ needs, Students’ Selection, Students’ Orientation, Students’ Placement, Students’ Records, and Reports. Student planning at MTs Al Ghiffari had been going well in terms of PPDB and students’ Orientation Period, but it needed to be maximized in terms of grouping students, fostering student discipline, and organizing special services

Abstract

The community has the right and responsibility for the existence of quality educational institutions. similar to the regulations contained in Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools that the implementation of an internal quality assurance system absolutely must be carried out well. However, based on the results of research conducted in several Islamic boarding schools in Bogor, we do not fully understand the stages of quality assurance. Several existing Islamic boarding schools have a quality assurance team but they are not the oldest in the organizational structure. This means that the human resources appointed as the quality assurance team include but are not legally formalized in a decision letter, this means that the Islamic boarding school implements quality assurance components but is not implemented administratively. This research aims to first, analyze the need for developing an internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. Second, to develop an internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. Third, to test the feasibility of the internal quality assurance system model in Islamic boarding schools. The research uses the Research and Development method, using the ADDIE model. The results of the research findings showed that the analysis of the need for developing an internal quality assurance system in Islamic boarding schools was carried out in the first two stages of the field needs analysis consisting of 9 Islamic boarding schools with 11 respondents. The conclusion was that 100% of respondents needed an internal quality assurance system model for Islamic boarding schools to guarantee the quality of education. boarding school. Second, document analysis consisting of internal quality assurance system documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture's primary and secondary education, as well as internal quality assurance system regulations issued by law number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools, became a reference in preparing a model for the internal quality assurance system in Islamic boarding schools. . The Islamic boarding school internal quality assurance system model produces a product in the form of the SPMI model in Islamic boarding schools which explains the internal quality assurance cycle including planning the quality of Islamic boarding school education, preparing plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, implementing plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of plans to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools, setting standards. new quality and developing strategies to improve the quality of Islamic boarding schools. Third, a one to one test was carried out with educational management experts, linguists and experts in the field of Islamic boarding school with validation test results by experts in educational management of 81% "decent", language experts of 88% "very worthy", experts in the field of Islamic boarding school of 76%. "worthy". Then revisions were made based on the experts' assessments and suggestions to produce a second prototype. The next stage is implementation in the form of implementation, carrying out a feasibility test on practitioners with an average validation result of practitioners of 90% "very feasible", then producing a third prototype. Next, it goes to the final stage, namely evaluating the third prototype by carrying out revisions based on previous expert assessments so that a product is produced. end.
