ABSTRACT The impact of industrial pollution may disrupt workers' health ceramics and air pollution. The pollutants come from dust generated from the sanding process ceramics. Dust can cause effects such as impaired lung function when exceeding a threshold level and a long exposure. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of age, years of service, nutritional status and the use of a mask with a lung capacity of potters working part sanding in sub-district PurwarejaKlampoksanding.This research is explanatory research with cross sectional approach. Data were analyzed using multiple regression test. The population consists of 24 people with the female worker. Instrument in this study is a spirometer and PDS (Personal Dust Sampler). Results of the bivariate analysis are R value <R table regression (0.404) which means that there is no effect of age with a capacity of lung function, there is no influence tenure with lung function capacity , while the frequency of use of masks and nutritional status R value> R table regression (0.404) it can be concluded that no effect of nutritional status on lung capacity, there is a relationship with the frequency of the use of masks lung function capacity. Are suggested to the owner of the company that requires workers to wear masks while working.while the employee should be disciplined to wear a mask, eating a nutritious and balanced diet and maintain a healthy weight. Lack of nutrition on infant and children can cause interference in growth and development. 0-24 months old is the fastes growth sufficient periode and should get nutrition intake to support optimum growth and development. to reach the optimum growth and development age swap of infants should get esclusove breast milk feeding until 6 month old, to givesuplememtary feeding to infant since 6 month old. yhe objectives of these research are to know the management of suplementyary feeding and the effect to growth rate and nutritional status under 5 6 month to 124 month old public health center Purwokerto Selatan Banyumas Regency. Methods of this research is retrospective cohort . sample is under five 6 month-24 month old as many as 35 from poor families. data analysis were used descriptive, ANOVA and Chi square test. the result of this research did not show significant weight gain by giving suplementary feeding. after least research did not show significant weighting gain by giving suplementary feeding.after leastsignificance difference test, there was different on second anh third month (p value 0,006 and 0,000 (<0,05)). Chi square Test showed that was different supplementary feeding with nutrir=tional status on third month (p value 0,032 (<0,05)) and closeness of weak relationship (association coefisien 0,289). conclusion; intervention by suplementary local food 6-24 month increased body weight significantly after two month, influenced nutrition status on third minth.

The natural disasters that took place in many parts of Indonesia in the last 10 years have caused an enormous losses, including agricultural sector. The objective of this paper is to estimate the magnitude of the influence of flood disaster on land price changes in Yogyakarta, using a hedonic price approach. The sample are is choosen from the vulnerable flood area mapped by Geographical Information Systems (GIS), from which farmers and land owner are selected as the respondents. The paper finds the evidence of a high level of flood stream coefficient, indicating that the flood significantly reduces the land price. The average of household’s marginal willingness to pay for the decrease in flood stream level is estimated to be Rp 2.175. Merica sebagai tanaman perkebunan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan devisa negara. Sumbangan komoditi merica terhadap total ekspor non migas masih relatif kecil yaitu sebesar 1% tiap tahunnya. Namun sebagai komoditi ekspor pengembangan tanaman Merica masih sangat strategis walaupun setiap tahun selalu terjadi fluktuasi harga di pasaran internasional. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui alokasi waktu dan besarnya pendapatan petani dalam usahatani merica di Desa Bantimurung, Kecamatan Bone Bone, Kabupaten Luwu Utara, dilaksanakan Juli sampai September 2017. Penentuan responden dengan metode simple random sampling yaitu 15% dari 160 populasi sehingga terdapat 35 responden. Data primer diperoleh melalui pengamatan langsung (observasi) dan melalui wawancara dengan kuisioner. Data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi yang terkait yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan HOK per hektar menujukkan bahwa tanaman merica pada persiapan lahan adalah HKP 17.58, HKW 2.64, HKA 1.57, pengolahan lahan HKP 9.15, penanaman HKP 9.40, penyiangan HKP 3.40, HKW 1.55, pemupukan HKP 4.20, penyemprotan HKP 7, pemangkasan HKP 4.20, pengontrolan HKP 3.88, panen HKP 16.26, dan pasca panen HKP 5.10, HKW 0.88, HKA 0.30, dan total pendapatan bersih (TR) Rp. 41.468.884 per tahun atau Rp. 3.455.740,3. The research aims to empirically analyze the effects of motivation, perceived costs, perceived convenience and perceived usefulness on student interest in participating in competency training. The research object is students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Semarang University. The number of samples was 96 students. The sampling technique used a systematic random method, namely students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics. Technique data analysis used multiple regression and classical assumption tests as well as hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results showed that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in participating in competency training. (2) Training costs have a negative effect on interest in participating in competency training. (3) Perception of convenience has a positive effect on interest in participating in competency training. (4) Perceived benefits have a positive effect on interest in participating in competency training. The conclusion is that motivation, perceived convenience and benefits have a positive and significant effect on the intention to attend competency training, while the training costs have negative results. The implication: (1) The quality of the training needs to be improved, namely by using a lot of case study questions and practice questions. (2) The material is kept as simple as possible so that it is easily understood by the trainees. (3) Cooperating with institutions that issue competency training tests.

Increasing productivity is a major concern across industries, as the company’s effectiveness and efficiency of resources into products that can be marketed and determine the business benefits. As a result, the various indicators and factors for consideration have been directed to increase productivity.This study aims to (1) Identify the relationship of safety, health, work environment and work discipline to work productivity, and (2) Identify the relationship of work environment on work discipline.Object of research is done in oil and gas industry large industrial class, namely LPG Plant Media Energy, PT. Media Karya Sentosa Gresik. The data used comes from questionnaires returned data and feasible to be processed a number of 108 respondents, who are employees of PT. Media Karya Sentosa Gresik. Summarized data with SPSS 11 software and using AMOS 16 to process the data statistically using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). With SEM, obtained safety factor has a direct effect of negative but not significant effect on work productivity, occupational health factors have a significant positive direct effect on work productivity, work environment factors have a direct effect of positive but not significant effect on work productivity, and indirect influence on work productivity through work discipline, work discipline factors have a direct effect of negative but not significant effect on work productivity, and work environment factors have a direct effect of positive but not significant to the discipline of work.

Akhir-akhir ini sering terjadi demonstrasi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Salah satu tuntutan yang diajukan oleh para demonstran adalah reformasi ekonomi dan reformasi politik.Misalkan pola suatu saat para pengusul reformasi menghen- daki dicabutnya undang-undang Nomor 1998 Tatrun X, dan menyatakan bahwa tututannya itu merupakan kehendak dari 90% mahasiswa di seluruh tanah air, tetapi ada pihak yang meragukan pernyataan tentang jumlah 90% itu, dan pihak yang meragukan pernyataan itu berpendapat bahwa jumlah mahasiswa yang menghendaki pencabutan Undang- Undang Nomor 1998 itu jauh di bawat 90%.

AbstractThe objective of mathematics education covers the development of the students’ ability to use logical reasoning. At the Department of mathematics Education of IKIP Yogyakarta the sstudents study logic and set theory in the “Introduction to Foundations of Mathematics” (IFM) course. Categorical syllogism, shortened as syllogism, is an argument that is often used, but the subject matter of the IFM does not cover categorical syllogism. The problem is whether the course has developed the students’ ability in syllogistic reasoning. The study investigated the level of students’ ability in syllogistic reasoning and the correlation between the students’ grades in the IFM and the students’ ability in the syllogistic reasoning. The sample is 57 students who have taken the IFM at the Department of Mathematics Education. The ability in the syllogistic reasoning was measured by the a test on syllogism, where the students had to determine the validity of the 256 categorical syllogism in the standard form. Theresult indicates that the students’ ability in syllogistic reasoning is of low level and that there is no correlation between the students’ ability in syllogistic reasoning and the students’ learning achievement in the IFM (at the significance level of 0.05). therefore, it is recommended that the topic on categorical syllogism be included in the IFM course.Keywords: mathematics education, argument, categorical statement, syllogism, and syllogism reasoning.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kondisi psikologis atlet junior cabang olahraga panahan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi psikologis atlet junior cabang olahraga panahan di Daerah Isdmewa Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan satu variabel, yaitu: kondisi psikologis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet junior cabang olahraga panahan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi berjumlah 32 orang dari 35 orang, karena 1 orang udak hadir dan 2 orang tidak mengembalikan angket. Semua populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga disebut sampel total atau sensus. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah angket.Untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul, peneliti menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi psikologis atlet junior cabangolahraga panahan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terdiri atas (1) motivasi, (2)komunikasi, (3) kerjasama, (4) adaptasi, (5) inisiatif, dan (6) keyakinan, semuanya masuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik.Kata kunci: kondisi psikologis, atlet junior di D I Y
